We had a table booked for 7 of us for a birthday lunch at 1pm 20/10/24 2 of us had the Sunday lunch which was only just warm, the veg wasn't fresh,mash was sticky and the meat was just sliced looked like packet bought and the beef was tough,the meal had to be sent back to be re heated so I was rather disappointed. The kids pizzas were OK The other adult meals were just OK to. There was no customer assistance asking if all was OK which would go a long way We weren't the only ones that sent food back another sent back because tge food wasn't cooked properly

Come here a lot, staff are very friendly, Becca, Alex and the manager were great today, always so friendly. Food and drinks are good. Good price. Nice atmosphere

Overall experience was really good along with reasonable prices and daily offers. We did have food missing which we ordered, and once letting a member of staff know, I did receive a bit of attitude. However, service from the bar was fab. Plenty for the kids to do while waiting for food (£1 machines, etc), great location, and a children's play area outside when the weather is nice. The restaurant itself is slightly dated but suits the atmosphere. Would go again.

Food is amazing, especially the Lamb Kofta Flatbread 🥰 most definitely my favourite. The service is always pleasant and a good atmosphere.

Their friendly demeanor and attentive service truly enhanced our visit. They took the time to recommend drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. Rebecca was lovely, great service

We were disappointed with our food. The salad was limp and brown, the tomatoes were old.... The music coming from the kitchen was overpowering the music in the restaurant. Not a great experience at all.

Got to say, a quick bite to eat turned into a lovely family meal. Our waitress Caroline couldn’t do enough for us, even sorting out a small issue that was our own fault. Definitely be back again.

Abigail and Robert were exceptional in their service to us, so lovely and kind. The food was amazing and great value for money.

Excellent service from Caroline, very helpful and over all a lovely person. Food cheap and cheerful but a good amount and none of us left without being completely full. Will be back again soon and to return the plate.

Not been here for a while and as my first choice was full, decided to come here. Very pleasant young lady told me I could sit anywhere and somebody would come to take my order. It wasn’t busy at all but a lot of the tables appeared unclean as were the menus! Surely it won’t take a lot of time to wipe the tables and menus once in a while? After waiting for almost 20 minutes, nobody had taken my order and as I was running out of time, left hungry.

Got served by Caroline and Katie fab service as always , very attentive indeed and both always make sure to see how your doing

They catered for 12 of us 8 adults 4 children. Meals came out together with an organised, friendly service from the staff. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Great selection to choose from.

Called in yesterday on the off-chance(saturday afternoon). Didn't have to wait long to get served considering it was busy. Not too busy tho that you couldn't find somewhere to sit. Wasn't expecting the ritz to be honest, I'd been a few years ago when it was the Dylan Thomas and it was OK then, but now, the food was excellent. Staff very helpful and attentive, really impressed. Definitely recommend.

Went to copper pot last night with family of 8 for my 75th birthday, it was amazing, the food was served fast, hot and delicious, the waitress was really lovely, and a good night was had by all. Well done xx

Lovely meal! Sue our server provided excellent service during our visit. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured our dining experience was enjoyable. She made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend the hungry horse! Nice easy food, good price and great attitude!

Sue and her staff were nothing short of amazing. They are so attentive it really made our visit worth the travel. Originally we had a bad experience with on of our meals but Sue was very quick to invite us back as she was sure this wasn't a common occurrence. Well, she was right. Our visit today was great. Sue and her staff couldn't have done enough for me and my husband. Don't debate it, just go! You will be very impressed! Thank you for everything xxx

Been to the copper pot numerous times over the years as a family. Is it Michelin star quality, no. Is it good quality pub grub at a reasonable price, absolutely it is. Never had a bad meal there and we all have our personal favourites, ranging from pie & mash, fish & chips, hunters chicken and an all day breakfast to name a few. Play area to the side for the kids which they enjoy, relaxed atmosphere, pints for around £4 and you can use Tesco clubcard points to help pay for the meal. Perfect for a midweek lunch/dinner.

Just had a fabulous meal smothered steak chips peas and I've got to say best meal I've had in a long time, deffo be back, and the lady behind serving was bloodyluvly

The seating is stained some seats are torn all seating looks filthy needs a refurb will not go again u till this happens

Cant fault the food, had half chicken with chips, food was hot and very nice, cooked thoroughly cant see wat all the bad reviews are about, my son had a burger and my husband had chicken with bbq sause which was also very nice. Waitresses took time to ensure everything was ok. Thanks guys would definately recommend

Probably the worst meal we have ever eaten as a family. The food was absolutely disgusting. The pub itself stinks and needs a thorough clean and refurb. Avoid at all costs.

We've just had a late lunch at the Copper Pot, two Sunday lunches and a mixed grill. All the food was lovely, it was quite quiet and we had a lovely waitress called Caroline. The outside seating was lovely in the sun for a drink after lunch before returning home. Thoroughly recommend as a Sunday treat if you don't want to cook 😊

Ordered a beef and turkey roast dinner food was excellent. served hot, extra gravy available if needed. served by Caroline will definitely be back.

Kids meal pasta was very watery.

Very friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff, only one issue is that there's been on Garlic bread on both our visits this week, but the food cannot be faulted otherwise.

All Staff are friendly, Rebecca gave us really good service on this occasion we ate here. Food is tasty and good value. They should add the Katsu sauce to their list of dips available as it is amazing.
