We have been going to the coffee pot for about 8 years. Always greeted with a smile and good is always great. The team are all lovely. You can even have a Thai dish for breakfast!!!!!

Whenever i am in Hounslow i pass this place oftem and after 10years i decided to try it. I was eager to practice my Thai as i used to live on Thailanf and owned as international restauramt in Philippines 25 years ago. We used to serve Thai curries, chili basil dishes and Tom yam soup so i kmow how to rate the Coffee Pot. I had an excellent chicken curry and my friend had a gpod crispy chicken. Unfortunately the owner was European, as was the waitress so i could not converse in Thai. I woll definitely return again for another delicious economic meal.

Amazing food. Their English Breakfast is a good old fashioned British fry up, nicer than most greesy spoon cafes, but the star of the show is the Thai food served at this restaurant. Amazing for breakfast or even to take away and heat up later at home. Generous portions, amazing flavours, freshly cooked, cheap price. I live in the UK for 5 months of the year and when I am living abroad this is the restaurant I miss the most. I have been visiting this cafe since I was about 10 years old with my father, and now I am 35 and still go regularly when I am in the area.

We eat there every day and it's excellent it's a great atmosphere and super food ..!! We are always made very welcome and nothing is too much trouble for the staff ......AND very reasonably priced for very good food

Just went here for lunch and was a bit hesitant after seeing the previous review... ignore it. The place was heaving and the quality and portions of the food were excellent. It was also delivered to us super quick. Probably won’t have dinner as we are both very full, and all for just under £9 each. We ordered two dishes, crispy chicken and pad Thai and went for large portions as we were sharing. Plus two drinks. The pad Thai was particularly excellent.

i used to love this place! Cheap and cheerful. Quick and friendly, on-point service. There was a chap that used to run/worked here most every day. However for the last 3 months or so, there is a different guy now. Basically the portions have lessened and the prices are going up and service going kaput. This place is usually heaving! Today - empty - maybe a coincidence but when I ordered my lunch today I usually have it ready to go in about 3-5 minutes. Once I had placed my order, the guy that is currently working in there started talking to some customers, then sat down with them, proceeded to get his mobile out and was chatting away. Two people that came in after me got their food. I look up and see my sandwich waiting for me to be passed through to me. Had the guy not sat down at a customers table, he would have heard the lady call the order out and he would have passed it to me. I looked through to try and get the waitresses attention - she could see I was waiting. At this moment a customer (!!) noticed that I was waiting and told the guy - it was only then did he retrieve the bag from the waitress and gave it to me. This is also the 2nd time that my boiled egg sarnie, has contained green boiled eggs from being overcooked. Needless to say I won't be going back.

I haven’t been in a while, and honestly for that I am gutted. If I lived locally, I would eat here multiple times a week. Instead, I get a fleeting visit once or twice a year when I’m in London, but I am so excited every time because I know I’ll eat here. The tofu options are amazing. Staff are so lovely and welcoming. Atmosphere is charming and cosy, and the food is incredible every time without fault.

We eat here a few times a month. We normally go for the Thai options. Always consistent and great quality. Staff are all lovely. Not one space to complain about. Yellow curry and the Thai soup are recommended.

This is the best place for Thai, I’ve tried most dishes and everything is yummy especially the pad Thai! The staff are lovely too ( jon is always polite and keen to help you pick your dish if your unsure! Great food great atmosphere! Highly recommend it as it’s my favourite place 😋

Food r delicious, atmosphere is good and clean. We always have our quick lunch there . The ladies are very friendly and beautiful.

I go for the Thai food, excellent quality, fast service, paid £8.70 with a drink, it’s the xl portion , well worth it, clean, fresh Thai, this is a no frills cafe which services other typical “cafe” style food as well

By far the best food available locally. Whether you go in for a Thai or a fry-up, the quality will be high, and the price inexpensive. For a small Cafe there is a good choice of food available, always well made with fresh ingredients. Staff are friendly and attentive, with John always polite and smiling. The only possible drawback I can think of is that The Coffee Pot is not open on Sundays. They deserve their break, but the Sunday morning hangover would be far easier to bare with fried chicken in noodles and oyster sauce. They do nice milkshakes and the likes too.

We love coffee pot family and food. We always come on every Saturday lunch. My son love it and John is the best . Thank you 😊

I wouldn't have thought I would be coming to a place like this as it is a builders cafe type of place but they do have an amazing Thai food - been a regular visitor since.

I love coming into this little restaurant during lunch time. The staff is very friendly and the Thai food is just delicious and super inexpensive. It's definitely worth a visit. The location is basic but I think that part of the Coffee Pot's charme!

The Thai food is great, authentic food cooked by Thai chefs. They use to open for dinner which was a great BYO café for fantastic food, unfortunately they are not open for dinner anymore, but worth the visit for a lunch Thai meal.

Desde el exterior la cafetera parece un café típico pero no se dejen engañar por el paso interior y exterior, aunque la decoración es muy básica si te gusta la comida tailandesa, estás en una maravillosa sorpresa como la comida que se sirve aquí es una de las mejores que he probado en mi vida a precios absurdamente baratos . roja pad fantástica de curry tailandés Thai histórico y también sirve estupendos desayunos británicos también . He estado yendo durante años y lo puedo recomendar encarecidamente

My husband and I regularly visit the Coffee Pot for Thai food and/or an English breakfast, depending on our mood! The staff are alway friendly, even shouting "hello" from the Kitchen. Reasonably priced and quick to order and serve, the choice is great. Thai yellow curry, crispy chicken with sweet chilli sauce, or scrambled eggs on fresh bread (not the hovis type, unles you like that, they have that too!) are to name but a few of the dishes on offer. Worth a visit, especially after a heavy night before!

Thai food is lovely very reasonably priced and served quick!! All the staff in here are friendly and helpful! Shame it's not open in the evening!!

Belying its name the Coffee Pot is a greasy food cafe that serves up (in addition to the full English and other traditional delights) some very tasty Thai lunches. No frills, order at the counter, wooden tables with benches but some of the best Thai I've tasted, ample portions for lunchtime, freshly cooked, friendly service. Job done.
