This is my favourite cafe in London. Incredible food and drink, unique and special decor, wonderfully warm and friendly atmosphere. Go tomorrow!

Had lunch here with my daughters, the owner was friendly and welcoming and patiently explained all the menu items and gave us plenty of time to choose. The food was lovely, the atmosphere relaxing and lots of interesting crafts and information to look at. The owners are really adding to the community, hosting groups there and providing local information. So good to find in these days of chain restaurants, where you could be in any town and they are all the same. We had a very enjoyable experience and the food was tasty, fresh and something different. The Chai was good too. Looking forward to returning!

Best coffee in this area. Lovely cosy ambiance, and the proprietors are very laid back and friendly. You can chill and read the paper without being rushed. I like to make notes and sketches while I'm there, as the atmosphere is quite conducive to creativity. I haven't had a meal there, but the croissants and other snacks are very good. Cuisine is mostly Moroccan, and while not stricrly vegeterian, there are some nice meatless options. This place is a gift to a rather dreary stretch of Wandsworth Rd.

I have visited several times and it is one of my favourite places close to home. The owners are lovely, and so welcoming. The coffee is great, and love their selection of teas too. The moroccan wraps and pancakes are excellent, definitely worth a try! It is a cosy and quiet place, good to do some reading and studying.

Cozy cafe with tables inside and outdoor (weather permitting), full of charm and personality. It serves Algerian food (one of the owners is from Algeria), big choice of teas, amazing French and Arabic desserts, fresh juices. Free WiFi, a few newspapers and some books available to read. Interestingly they also sell Algerian handcrafts, various paintings and they host group mental support sessions on Fri. Open till late during Ramadan. Lovely owners. I wish the food menu was bigger/more varied to come here more often!

We are staying approx 400 meters away from this cute little coffee shop. We happened to stumble across it while waiting to check into our hotel. We just completed a gruelling 30 hour journey from New Zealand and looked worse for wear. We craved coffee and a snack to replenish ourselves. Coffee is good and the baklava was nice too. I had a croissant which was heated with cheese in it. It was a nice haven to be in and perhaps a bit unexpected venue as the other reviewer said its among a row of shabby shops. Once you're inside you quickly notice how much of a gem it really is. The interior is what makes it special and also the lovely customer service of its staff. It definitely made a great first impression of London for us. The lady (perhaps owner or manager) was so kind as she heard that we just arrived and she ended up giving a free piece of baklava to eat as she knew how much of a horror the journey can be. I wanted to write this review to say it's a nice place to go to and the people/the interior of the place is what makes it very special. A place I definitely would love to return to daily to get my coffee :)

It's not a very promising location - a rather tatty row of shops on the shabby section of Wandsworth Road. But once you're inside this shows real promise: Moroccan decor, plenty of character, smell of fresh croissants (some more were being baked downstairs when I visited), full range of coffees. Friendly service with a smile, and no complaints on the coffee front either. There's a range of baguettes on offer, and apparently hot lunches on weekends. Plenty of seating indoors and outside (where you can expect a little traffic noise, but not too bad as the pavement's very wide in this area). If you're after a coffee this is more interesting than anything that's been done before in this area and deserves to do well.

I Due Amici , truly feels like a home away from home. The warmth of the restaurant is immediately apparent, with its cozy, intimate setup that makes you feel welcomed the moment you walk through the door. the gentle hum of conversation and soft background music provide a comforting ambiance. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in and unwind, taking your time to savor your meal without ever feeling rushed. Their avocado egg with toast is a highlight—simple, yet thoughtfully prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The staff at I Due Amici enhance the experience even more, as their friendly and attentive service makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer.

Having a tastecard is a great thing in London, although the initial up front cost can be a lot, you easily make back the money in savings. My friend and i were lucky enough to walk in without booking and have the taste card accepted on a wednesday night. At first, everything seemed great, nice ambience, friendly owner but then the whole atmosphere changed when the manager/owner became what i can inly describe as "cheeky".
