A specialty coffee shop inside the complex with an excellent location. Order Flat White (bad) The coffee does not taste good and the steaming milk is bad. The barista was not good at dealing with us, he did not welcome us, and he was distastefully racist. I do not recommend it and will not return to it.

Coffee is OK, atmosphere is nice, quite and suitable for small meetings and to sit and finish your work. Employees serving are a bit cold, didn't like their attitude. I tried the Tuna sandwich, it was good.

Nicely located with good seating area and atmosphere. Good for the ones looking for speciality coffee. However, the temperature for the cappuccino got to be lowered a little bit, but not a big deal. Definitely recommend it for anyone passing by especially the travelers via Piccadilly station.

why even bother to ask wether its to go or to drink at premises if you're just gonna pour it in a paper cup anyways 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ pastries were fine tho, coffee mid, floors dirty unfortunately servers and baristas very very hospite I won't try again tho

10/10 the best mocha I have tried! The perfect combination of coffee and chocolate. The prices are good considering they are an independent coffee shop. £3.80 for a large mocha and it is large! They have a wide selection of foods ranging from sandwiches to deserts which you can try. They are also very nice. I recommend the brownie blondie. The staff are very friendly, nice people 😊 A must go place!

If I'm traveling down to Manchester, I park at the Q car park so this is convenient...it's great that they have good tasting coffee! I usually have a mocha, and tbh, it's a good reset just in case I had to experience the awful motorway service station coffee on the drive down. Life's too short for bad coffee 😄

A coffee shop in a perfect location surrounded by many offices but seriously fails to impress. Second attempt to get a coffee today and like the first one it went straight to the bin. Terrible taste. Almost stale pastries and cheap muffins. Can't see it surviving for long if something does not change.

Tucked away in Piccadilly Place, the Coffee Hive serving smooth cappuccino and very tempting pastries and generously sliced cakes. The chocolate marble cake is calling to me.

Tucked away in Piccadilly Place very nice selection of coffee and hot drink all brewed very nicely. I if hungry they have nice snacks and love cake 🎂 to full you up. And, You will be served by very nice story# staff.
