My wife and i visited for lunch today. This was our second visit to the Clydesdale restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service we received during our visit was excellent. Our waitress was attentive but not interfering. This contributed greatly to our enjoyment of the meal. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and you feel relaxed and comfortable in this setting. The Clydesdale offers a different dining option and is an asset to the area.

This was our second visit, the first was a few weeks after opening and an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately this time we felt very let down on service, accuracy of order taking, waited over an our for our meals despite the restaurant being very quiet. Food was very average for the price.

Relatively new addition to Cumnock Dining. Located in the Old Bank the restuarant is a relatively nice place. Not too crowded but it is a bit noisy due to its shape, could do with something to absorb some of the noise!. Menu was OK but lacking the variety of a real tapas bar. That being said, all the dishes were very tasty, well presented, and not bad value for money. Staff were helpful and friendly. Prices were good for the food and reasonable for wine. The limited menu would stop me from going back too often but I would go back. A welcome addition to Cumnock dining. Well done.

My family and i visited the Clydesdale for the first time recently. We were very impressed. The food was excellent with an extensive choice from the tapas section of the menu as well as other options. The decor in the restaurant is of a high standard and adds to the feeling of space , airiness and a relaxed atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive. Well worth a visit.

First visit to The Clydesdale. Very impressed. Very nice decor, plain but smart with plenty of space between tables. Warmly greeted by the manager. Enjoyed starter of mussels (mejillones) served with marinera sauce, followed by the King prawn Alancini. Both dishes were very tasty. I also had a nice dry wine which was suggested by the manager. All in all a very pleasant experience and I most certainly will return.

Really nice to have somewhere different to eat in town. Excellent food and good size portions. Efficient and attentive staff, but perhaps could improve diner awareness. A non alcoholic drinks menu for the drivers and non drinkers. Mocktails? Especially at Christmas. Look forward to our next visit.

Fabulous authentic Spanish tapas. Lovely ambience retaining some of the original features of its previous business as a bank. Friendly welcoming staff.

Met up with a couple of friends for a catch up and all had a great experience 👌 The service was fantastic the guy was attentive and nothing was a hassel. The food was superb we got lots of light bites to share and ended with the oreo pancake bites and wow they were amazing 😍

Delicious starters followed by pink roast beef. Speedy staff. I think an open log fire would add to the ambiance, especially with cold weather coming up. Every country pub should have one!
