Have had food from here previously which was amazing. Tonight I phoned for delivery at 4.30pm, I phoned back at 5.30pm as it hadn’t arrived. The girl told me a blatant lie that it was late because the traffic was so bad but that my order had left the restaurant. I live a maximum of 10 minutes away so when it hadn’t arrived after a further 25 minutes I phoned again to be told that the girl had just left with it. My order had obviously been missed and if the girl had admitted that and apologised that would have been fine, these things happen but to tell me straight forward lies is appalling customer service. Cancelled order and went to the chip shop, £10 cheaper and oddly enough the traffic on the way was fine.

Best chicken wings, have had the peri peri a few times (my favourite and best I've ever tried). Also tried the BBQ last night which was delicious too 🤤
