Love this place, always a pleasure. Especially like the espresso, salads and loaded fries and breakfast.

I allways get the best bowl of Minastronie soup in Italio the food is excellent.

Haven't been a customer for too long maybe 8 months . But the team make you feel most welcome, go out their way to make sure you get what you ask for and how you like it cooked and presented. Professional, courteous and friendly , food is fab , reasonable prices and coffee is good ! Double shot! Bonus points 6 breakfast items of your choice! Thanks for putting up with my quirky choices and sauce decisions ! Thank you you're all amazin!

Been going into this café since it opened and quite frankly, I wouldn't go anywhere else for a coffee, breakfast or lunch in Kilmarnock. The food is really good and presented beautifully. Service is with a smile and a blether and the prices are very reasonable. Relaxed friendly atmosphere with good music playing in the background.

I was passing threw Kilmarnock and italio was highly recommended I asked the girl Tracy if I could have poached egg instead of fried which was not a problem she was very obliging and really helpful would highly recommend for food also staff was lovely deffo go back oh and my poached egg was cooked to perfection 🌟

Absolutely disgusting, I'm in here on a regular basis and today I was talking with my friend on my phone and had on loud speaker as I have a hearing problem and I was told of for talking by a customer, but I could hear his conversation, I was asked to leave....THERE IS NO SIGN STATING YOUR NOT ALOUD TO TALK ON YOUR PHONE... I was not ALOUD to explain why I talk loud or had my phone on loud speaker as I have a hearing problem....SHAME ON THEM.. JUST TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THEY ALSO TALK ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS...Tracey told about an old woman having an accident in the toilet, SHAME ON YOU TRACEY... I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS CAFÉ... THEY'VE DONE ME A FAVOUR CAUSE THEY CAN'T EVEN COOK A POACHED EGG...

Was in today had beautiful bowl potato leek soup freshly made. Warm welcome by Tracy rick would recommend italio vista every time when in Kilmarnock

We ordered 3 Calzone for takeaway. They were cooked fresh and they even make their own dough. Stuffed full of our personal choices from the menu, mozzarella and tomato as standard and we each then chose 3 more toppings and for £10 each, they're fantastic value for money. My husband and I managed to eat half each before we were full, so saved the other halves for next day. Service was excellent and the online ordering was very easy to follow. I received an email with my order confirmation and a text when it was ready for collection. We even went back the day after for coffee and toast. 2 lattes (1 with a syrup) toast with Nutella and toast with jam, all for £7.70 We definitely found our new coffee shop and will be back many times.

Loved their chicken Italio which would have had 5 stars but been told you can't have it as takeout any more. Have to be sitting in 😢 Update. You can now order and pick it up. But it wasn't as nice as I remember. Different pasta I think

Me and my wife went for breakfast we both had full scottish breakfast .It was excellent we both cleared the plate .Service was great also and think this may become my place to go and try other meals

Ordered “fresh carbonara” Was served over cooked penne in a bechamel sauce from a microwave I’m sure the pizzas are nice but from what I’ve seen I won’t return

Brilliant restaurant. Go every month with my disabled sister. Freshly prepared food that is very tasty. The lentil soup is phenomenal. Looking forward to my next visit. Really friendly staff too which makes it so much better.

The staff were not wearing masks and not following covid protocols. There was no queue management. I mentioned this and was met with hostility. It was profit over public safety. I left without eating

Minestrone soup was delicious and very filling. Cannoli biscuits very tasty with the coffee.

Struggles with ordering system meant food wasn't quite ready when they said it would be but absolutely worth the wait. Excellent food and very friendly service!!

Very good, huge portions well cooked and tasty too. Gluten free pasta available, can reccommend the Bolognese, and the Pizzas. Owner really friendly and helpful. Would deffo eat there again if in Kilmarnock.

Purchased food from Italio in Kilmarnock this evening for the first time. Wow!!! It was all delicious. My husband had Calzone which he thoroughly enjoyed (best he's ever had). My lasagne was exactly as I like it. Not sloppy at all which I can't stand. Granddaughter enjoyed her tomato pasta. We also has chips and garlic bread. Huge portions on all food and couldn't finish it all. That's lunch for tomorrow sorted. Support your local restaurant and give Italio a go. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Oh, by the way prices are also great.

Absolutely first class! I was recommended Italio by my boss instead of going to the usual pizza company. What can I say, I ordered pizzas, burger and fries for my kids and I and they were out of this world. A pizza that actually has flavour!!! Amazing food, clearly super fresh ingredients, a true taste of 🇮🇹 . The customer service is second to none with extremely pleasant staff, nothing was too much trouble and went out their way to help. It was the first time I have ordered and it won't be the last. HIGHLY recommended! Only one thing left to say......Step aside "usual" pizza place!

Had take away today and it was fab, service in shop terrific will deffo be back fir both sit in and take out.

Ordered a takeaway from here on Saturday as I’d heard good things about it. Wasn’t disappointed; the spaghetti carbonara was creamy and delicious and the meat feast pizza was loaded with a tasty selection of succulent meats; absolutely recommend this fabulous wee Italian restaurant.

After a long day we decided to order a home delivery of two pizzas. Upon receipt of the delivery the pizzas looked like they had been thrown against a wall so I called the restaurant for a replacement, had to speak to the chef to ensure our meal would be replaced. With a little push back they replaced the meal. Only to receive a meal that did not reflect our order or meet acceptable standards. I then phoned and spoke to the chef again at this point to request a refund at which point I was effectivly told that because they are busy they did what the could to accomodate me and hung up ! I had to call back a third time and demand a refund. I am sorry but when I pay good money for a meal I expect that meal to be as order and to an acceptable standard, not to be meet with a poor attitude because they were busy. I certainly will not be using italio again.

Went for a walk around town this afternoon and decided to pop in here afterwards for a coffee and grab a bite for lunch. Great customer service, friendly staff, good value for money, due to COVID-19 only open for takeaways. They do good meal deals on cold sandwiches and wraps with any hot or cold beverage.

italio is a hidden gem in kilmarnock the meatball stew is exceptional and calzone pizza a dream. The owner/ chef is so pleasant and obliging and staff lovely. The prices are great and flavours so much better than the pizza chains. Definitely recommend a visit.

Our carry out order of chilli chicken burger and chips plus macaroni cheese were delicious. Well done one happy customer.

Got a takeaway from here and it was perfect. Chicken pasta was delicious, full of flavour with a slight kick to it. My daughter said her pizza was great and the chips were nice and crispy and not greasy. They even included a wee Easter gift of sweets in with the order. Would recommend and will defo order from there again, soon!

In our current position we are not able to go out for dinner so opted for a takeaway from Italiano King Street Kilmarnock as found on just eat, ordered, brought home to find dry squashed burger and soggy chips and pasta portions like you would serve children, when called to ask if something had maybe happen was told that’s the portions sizes (in total should be 400 grams, I get more out my slimzone meals in Asda at 500 grams) and that’s it, the burger is exactly what we ordered not cheap at £7.50 for some soggy chips and squashed burger, the girl on the phone didn’t really bother, basically it is what it is didn’t ask for pictures or anything, not good service at all!

Enjoyed our breakfast. Great value for money. Lovely staff. Highly recommend.

First visit today. Ordered pizza,calzone,lasagne mac and cheese. Everything was still warm when I got home. Pizza lovely,mac n cheese delicious as was the lasagne. First time but certainly not the last. Oh and got the ordered carried to the car. Brilliant customer service

Brilliant wee place to have lunch. The chef takes pride in the meals he cooks, every meal I have had here has been 10/10.

Ordered marinaded chicken with salad and home made coleslaw for lunch today. Chicken tasty and moist, salad and coleslaw delicious. A great alternative to pizza and pasta when watching carb intake. Once again thank you Jamie for putting this on specials board. My friend ordered the chilli nachos which were delicious too.

Can’t fault my first visit today me and my daughter had the french toast bacon maple syrup deal with either tea and coffee it was priced at £4.50pp what an amazing deal Owner and staff very welcoming and checked everything was ok and it was it tasted delicious I will return in 3 weeks time and I can’t wait Don’t walk past it’s lovely

Been going here since it opened. Great food. Italio special burger, yum, chilli pizza, minestroni soup, french toast with maple syrup to name a few. Oh and the little chocolate rolls :). Service is friendly. Best place in Kilmarnock!

We decided to share a pizza between us so we selected the Diavolo. It's not the 1st time we have eaten a pizza here so we knew what to expect. Everything is made from scratch using the freshest ingrediants which means it tastes superb. SPOILER ALERT!!! It's not like Domino's. If you haven't sampled a pizza from here what's wrong with you. Do yourself a favour and try one, you won't regret it. And why not try one of their delicious coffees whilst your waiting. Great food, great coffee, what's not to like. Back of the net.

Friendly staff, always willing to cater to your needs. Good food at reasonable prices. Immaculate toilets. Selection of food - pizza, chicken dishes, burgers as well as breakfast food. Ginger bread is delicious. Sells ice cream. Locals should pay this place a visit to keep our local businesses in town.

Becoming a regular place for lunch with my friends. Food always top quality and staff very friendly and going out of there way to make sure you have an excellent meal. Tried the breakfast today for a change and it was definitely worth the drive down from Glasgow! Hidden gem for sure and a must try no matter what time of day!

Italio has become my favourite place to eat and customer service is excellent. When popping in for a coffee with a friend or on your own , I'm always guaranteed a warm friendly welcome . I don't even have to tell them how I like my coffee they remember. An absolute gem of a place in Kilmarnock.

When i'm back home i am usually in here most afternoons and it's obvious why. The food in here is first class. If you like real italian food cooked with passion from a chef who knows how to cook italian cuisine the correct way then this is the place for you. Kilmarnock is crying out for somewhere that cooks proper italian food and not your usual kid on garbage. The acid test is always if they know that the plural of panino is panini. There is no such a word as paninis. Obviously that error does not exist in this establishment. The owner and the staff are very friendly with nothing being a problem. Do yourself a favour and try a homemade pizza or pasta dish, you won't be disappointed.

I have been a few times. My boys love the pizza, so do I! The fries are amazing. The coffee is very good and the staff are nice and friendly. I'd highly recommend people to try it.

Been in over 10 times now and everything was as good as first time. Food is awesome staff are amazing best restaurant in Kilmarnock by far and you don't need to take out a mortgage to pay for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend Italio

Been in here over 10 times now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The food is amazing the staff are fabulous and go out their way to make sure you enjoy you experience. We highly recommend this little jewel you won't be disappointed and you will leave with change in your pocket as its not overly priced either.

Took my son for his 12th bday dinner. Had only been once before when it was busy, but still the staff remembered who we were and what we had on our pizza! The food is amazing and it's not expensive. The staff are really friendly and went out their way to make sure we all had a nice time. Will definitely be back.

Tried this for the first time and will be back , brilliant service and food . I had a cheese burger and must be the best burger I’ve had in Kilmarnock my Daughter had Carbonara and really enjoyed it , and all reasonably priced.

Had lunch here with family and friends and found the food excellent. Very fresh and packed with flavour. The staff were very attentive and a credit to the owner. Highly recommend this hidden gem and hope it goes from strength to strength!

I Have tried a few places in kilmarnock but Italio is a new trendy up and coming Cafe/Pizza Place thats not long opened in our town handy for meeting friends etc they have a specials board that often changes and all the prices are very good making it very affordable for all very Clean and Friendly Staff makes it an added bonus to Kilmarnock 10/10
