Food was cold and wrong topping on the burger

It allowed me to place an order despite not being somewhere they deliver to, took the money out of my account anyway, then five minutes later said they wouldn't be delivering it?? So now I have to wait a week on a refund and I don't any other money to order food for right now. Absolute disgrace.

The pastie looked shrivelled was burnt on the underside and even with that removed, it tasted awful. I’ll never order from cook company again

Good cold and soggy won’t be back for £20 I would rather of ate the dogs food

Lovely piece of fish, fresh and tasty. The chips could have been crispier and the salad was missing the cheese. on the whole, a good meal.

I honestly cannot fatom why it is so hard to read instructions properly!!! Put both burger toppings on one burger and absolutely nothing on the other! Used to love this place but have messed my order up one too many times with no rectification!

disappointed. asked for no salad on burger, it came with salad. they forgot our 2 sausages and had to deliver them later. the steak wrap was tiny and came without peppers and mushrooms as advertised... not worth 8.50 at all.

Ordered a specific item and they send a different item and expect it to be ok absolute shambles. If you were in a bar and ordered a beer and someone brought you a vodka that’s exactly what it’s like doesn’t fix an issue. Should have refunded the error and gave other item as a good will gesture. Don’t accept an order for something you don’t have

Ordered a 3 piece chicken meal today, Got 3 overbaked drumsticks(small,shrivalled ) 1breast of chicken(mostly all bone)and a chip(all lukewarm),tub of curry sauce(disgusting). Avoid this place!...Even if you're starving!🤮

Food I ordered had stuffing in it I was told by the staff they didn't have food with stuffing in it and they would send someone up to pick it up 4 hours later still waiting

never got what I ordered but not the delivery drivers fault rang the chip company they told me they would send a driver up with full refund but no-one arrived

Says open till 10 get there 20 minutes before it closes to be told your only aloud what’s laying under the lights for god knows how long.

An hour and a half for 2 taco chips, the chippy is right up the street from me ,food is freezing too.

Ordered food for pick up paid online arrive at time requested ti pick up, when you arrive they rung in your order so you have to wait as if you just ordered at counter. If staff moved any slower they would stop. Thus is not just today but always like this. Slowest serving chippy in Belfast. Fish is nice though chips are mediocre

Ordered 2 x Chicken Fillet burgers and a chip, chips were good but the burgers were awful. Wildly overcooked and difficult to eat. It was a waste of money. Really hesitant to order again.

Wrong chicken baguette sent, ordered one with peppers, onions and cheese. Sent the chargrilled chicken with lettuce & tomatoes.

Normally love from here but quite a few times things have been wrong in my order and now it was burger toppings which my husband can't have onions so food was a waste of money and no help from just eat or the chippy to rectify the mistakes

I’m severely alregic to high histamine foods and specifically asked for no sauce on burger and the burger came drenched in sauce which I couldn’t even touch the box or I would of took a reaction

Whoever made the curry needs sacked it was like gutter water, consistency and taste. The pasty was burnt beyond recognition and tasted like it was cooked with a blowtorch, all around disappointing as they’re food is normally phenomenal

Big fan of this place and usually never disappointed but my daughters wee chicken nugget meal - they were like tiny asteroids, chewy and overdone, i hate to invoke a stereotype but she was literally crying. Careful with the nuggies lads and ladies

Ordered at 345pm with a scheduled delivery time of 530pm, whilst I wasn’t expecting it to arrive bang on 530pm I wasn’t expecting to wait an hour later with no update other than when I requested one. I selected the delivery time of 530pm as I needed to leave the house for 6pm, so having to wait that additional hour messes my schedule up for the rest of the evening, leaving me late for appointments

Been a few times This time I got fish goujons. Absolutely lovely and a big amount of chips free as was my curry sauce thrown in by a friendly lady. Could not fault it and will be back. £6.95 was reasonable for such a large portion.

Food wasn't delivered, at all. I waited over an hour for food that didn't show up. They said the restaurant was very busy at this time, boo hoo. Don't get out of here if you actually want to eat. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Horrible chicken burger meals cold tiff chicken

Food arrived cold and due to that, chips were rubbery and goujons greasy. Appeared that driver was doing other deliveries before getting to my address. Arrived 1 hour 4 mins after ordering

I just got an order delivered and have to say it was honestly the worse chippy i have ever had . Chip co used to be our go to every week then it started going down hill. We havent had it in a while and thought i would give it a try to again to see if it had got back to old standards. Worse thing I could have done! It arrived 15mins late and was absolutely freezing ( i dont mean luke warm it was actually cold) so it all had to be heated up again. Everything was soggy and the batter on the gougons was rubbery . I was under the impression that a goujon meal you got 5 gougons - i ordered 2 meals one had 3 and one had 4 . One of the meals also had that much salt on it it was actually inediable. Wouldnt even mind but it cos me £39.00 and was vile . Only good thing was the garlic dip!! Honestly avoid at all costs !

Ordered a chicken fillet burger but they sent me a Southern fried burger menu doesn't state this so I unfortunately couldn't eat it

Chicken was pink I had to ring up. They took my name and number but no one has rang me nor any mention of a refund

I ordered a taco chip and a cod supper. The chips were horrible and I couldn't enjoy the taco chip. They were rock hard. The cod supper barely had any chips and the chips were horrible. I won't be ordering from here anymore. I use to on and off and the chips were never like this.

Pastie was hard. Overcooked and clearly reheated. Chips were all ends of potato. Meals were like warm. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered 18.42. Rang for update 19.48. Delivered 20.14. Food tasted like it had been sitting for a while. This place is usually bang on i order from it all the time, food lovely & delivery quick. I do not know what happened tonight. Delivery was over and hour and a half and food wasn’t upto its usual standard. Disappointed :(

Burger was red in the middle, cold and smelled funny. Lady was helpful at Chip Co when we contacted them to let them know but unfortunately just left a bad taste in the mouth (literally). Won’t be back.

This has to be by far the best order I have ever had from Chip Co. The chicken Goujans were sooo fresh & juicy, the batter was perfectly cooked & now on to the pepper sauce, this is the first time I have ever tasted pepper sauce from a chippy & omfg game changer, shame the tub was soo small if I knew it was soo good I'd of deffo bought Bucket😂😂😂, 10/10 if every order wasn't cooked & delivered with such care💯

I have gotten from here multiple times. One of my favourite chippys. Received an order tonight just after closing so couldn’t ring the store. Everything was cold. The chicken gravy formed a sludge and had an awful taste. All of the food was freezing. The cheesy chips that where enclosed with gravy had some warmth but it wasn’t warm. The burger had so much relish on it that it soaked the whole thing.

Order here quite regularly and usually don’t have an issue but on this occasion my food was completely cold and inedible.

I have visited this chippy for years, but recently the chiefs that work on Friday evenings have seriously let the place down. Chicken burgers have been well overcooked to the point that the batter is rock-hard. There has also been a fish aftertaste to the chips. This could be easily rectified by good hygiene and cleaning the equipment. However, this is no reflection of the reception staff who are very friendly. Only those cooking the food.
