The Charcoal Grill in Wrexham

Tonight had two pizza and a garlic bread. Delivery was on time . Driver polite . Food was delicious. Really pleased . Would highly recommend

Food was delivered, when we opened the bag we found 2 items missing so we called them several times, eventually they answered and when we explained the problem the person huffed and hung up the phone, bellends

Been a few times now and each time seems to get worse. Its a little more expensive than others around and online it offers a buy one get one free deal on a pizza 'which in fact isn't' it's more like buy one get one half price, when you look at the prices.

Best take away I have tryed in Wrexham by FAR! Ordered 5 times and it has alway been booming & fresh AF! Keep up the good work!

I normally like the food from here but last night it was totally disgusting chips under cooked an the donner meat tasted like it was put in the microwave to warm up most probably last night donner meat won't get from here again vile

Couldn’t recommend this place enough, had a long day wanted a pizza after work, all was well until I received the pizza only for the dog to eat it whilst we washed our hands, so I called the restaurant in hopes they could again deliver another one and the lady I spoke to was the most friendly person I’ve ever spoken too, and the backup pizza arrived within less than an hour, this place will be my first choice when it comes to taste, delivery and customer service!

Awful customer service. Staff in charcoal grill were extremely rude to me tonight. I will not be ordering from this takeaway again now as a result of this.

Shocking this place has gone down hill lately used to be the only place we would order from last week chicken wrap the chicken looked like and tasted like it had been sat the re cooked tonight order a meal deal with ''can of drink" send a kids juice tried ringing the shop both times suprise no answer

Never had one problem with this restaurant, food was always lush and hot.. Last two occasions we've found long black hair in our food. TWICE. Long black straight hair. First order was re sent out. Second we wouldn't bother.. The staff should be wearing hair nets for starters. Its knocked me sick.

We have ordered food twice from the Charcoal Grill and on both occasions the food was delivered quickly was very warm and very tasty.Tonight was even better we ordered food and it was delivered in 25 minutes via Wrexham eats.Well done.

Good food and customer service 👍 Order was initially missing a piece of chicken and the drink from meal deal but after a call they had the missing items sent promptly.

I paid on figo website the food came it was awful I've always enjoyed my food from there all the time the pizza was freezing cold. My friend chicken was pink in the middle and freezing all fat hanging off it from the chicken and my.chicken kebab was dry I asked for extra garlic sauce not a teaspoon please refund my 15.60 that u took out of my bank we are loyal customers to u all and to find our food like that was shocking so refund please

No drinks provided with the kids meals yet always received on previous orders. After calling they were refused and told this would be taken off the menu as they are running two sites. Six very disappointed children.

Fantastic service. Ordered food from them and the driver arrived at my door with my food and said I’d been chosen for the 50% off and handed me half of the money back. This was also on top of the 20% that they offer when ordering online. Everyone needs to check these guys out!

Louise (the lady that answers the phone) is such a lovely happy person! Every time I ring she is absolutely brilliant and so accommodating! Nothing is too much trouble! I have been ordering from charcoal grill for a while and the food is always spot on, one time there was a mix up with my order and it arrived much later than expected. When I phoned back to tell them Louise sorted it out no problem and went out of her way to put it right for me. She has a brilliant telephone manner and the patience of a saint when taking my complicated orders every single time she definitely deserves some praise!!

Four pieces of fatty meat with cabbage and a roll of sauce do not feel at all. whoever does this has never eaten a good kebab.

I was surprised by the delivery only 25 minutes Delicious and fresh food. Best Takeway in town for a best price.

Happy with food- What I ordered and pizza flavour reminded me in a good weird way of the pizzas I had at primary school. Only negative was that it took longer than predicted to get to me but no biggie I'll happily use them again.

Never had a problem with these but tonight I placed an order no show of food but taken payment for it and no answer for the phone!!

Ordered via deliveroo and unfortunately recieved the wrong size pizza (smaller) unlike dominoes (where we had to wait an hour for them to deliver the correct pizza and had to return the one we had!) they told us we could eat the pizza we had and delivered another pizza out straight away and was very apologetic, great customer service!

Had a very disappointing meal from here tonight normally very nice but my large kebab come and look more like a kids size. This is the second time in a row now 😥

Nicest around !!! This was by far the best kebab iv had in the Wrexham area. Mixed charcoal kebab was £11.50 and worth every penny. All meat was cooked to perfection and marinated perfectly. Would highly recommend. The Donna meat was the nicest iv ever had. Thin cut and very tasty.

Shocking service ordered from just eat said it was on its way 5 mins from delivery time and they cancelled order I've spend years using these shops central,pizza palace,and charcoal Grill not happy don't usually complain but had too this time.

Stay clear i will never order again the pizza looked liked someone dropped it and un cooked I give the driver 2 10.00 notes and said keep the change he come bk and said i only give him 1 10.00 note but i had 2 10.00 notes and i had a 20.00 note so i ended up paying with my 20.00 note i was on the phone to them but they just didnt want to know the worse service i have had up to date so far and i do order from them but never again i know what i paid the driver

Good pizzas, good kebabs and most of the time delivery is within the time slot as promised. The chips can be a bit hit and miss but everything else is always fresh and tasty
