This place is amazing for those that want a great pint of Ale or Cider at £3.50. No fuss. Great for a social meeting that is warped back in time in the Victorian era. Think Peaky Blinders without the gangsters!

Myself & my brother come to Weston 3- 4 times a year & this is a great addition to Westons pubs. A proper little bar, small & cosy like someones front room. Really good real ale & cider. The 2 guys behind the bar are really friendly & knowledgeable about their beer. Popped in here on carnival night a couple of weeks ago & was really busy, good atmosphere, but a fairly quiet place normally. Also have pies & pasties if you fancy a snack. A real must visit if you are in WSM.

A great place to try some exceptional beers. When I was there they had some award winning beers from Quantock Brewery on tap.

Myself and my partner came across this ale house by accident and what a lovely surprise , the two guys behind the bar were so friendly and informative about the drinks they provide .... the rhubarb cider was delicious ... next time we visit Weston we will definitely go to the cat and badger ....

Quirky, real ale, front room style one room pub, friendly chat with the barman. No music, television, fruit machines, food etc. Good beer and conversation, refreshing oasis away from the ghastly gastro 'pubs'.

What a great real ale/cider bar. Weston has a dearth of pubs serving decent beer - the Cat and Badger addresses this failing perfectly. A wide selection of local real ales and ciders very friendly and knowledgeable staff and a real cosy feel makes this an ideal watering hole. Anyone who enjoys a proper beer should go along and support this superb little bar. For those not partaking in real ale or cider, they also serve wine.

The Cat and Badger represents the nearest thing you can do to a beer festival without going to one. It's a Micropub so to speak that supports a Snug like Corry. Seriously its worth a visit and is supported by local characters who are quite entertaining. Recommended.

A friendly little pub with knowledgeable owners who know their ales and ciders. I have enjoyed the local Crossmans real cider on several occasions. Also on one visit a decent gluten free ale from Cheddar Ales. The tables outside are a pleasant place to sit in the afternoon sun.

I hadn't heard about this place before but went out "for a couple of drink" with my neighbour and he suggested we try the Cat and Badger as he knows how much I like "proper" beer. What a pleasant surprise, great beer, very friendly service, nice "ambience". I would have said that this is exactly what Weston needs, but there are a couple of other places that sell really good beer, I hope that it does enough business to survive. I'll definitely be going back.I'm not sure if they serve food, so I'm not sure why it's listed as "restaurant"

Beer - beyond excellent! Atmosphere - great drinking space! This is an outstanding ale house, beer straight from the barrel, selection changes every week, a positive journey of discovery through the world of beers. Well done Chris & Andrew for providing a real asset to the weston beer scene. It's a pity their only open Thurs - Sunday. Nice local pies chaps!.

This is not a restaurant but a lovely quaint ale house, a little gem. They do advertise local pies but i haven't tried them yet. There is seating outside, with the summer approaching will be a perfect spot for a good ale or many other options. Owners very welcoming.

We had planned to go to Brunello as I am vegan and my friend is gluten free. However we wanted to support a small business and I had seen Zoe’s on Facebook. So glad we changed our plans. Had an amazing fried breakfast each and took a slice of cake home. Staff were so friendly and so on Monday I took my 8 year old after school as they do an activity and food for £6. He did toppings on a small pizza which they then cooked and served with their meal of sausage and chips. They also decorated some little chocolate cornflake cakes which he took home

We enjoyed one of the best meals I have ever had! The tapas were outstanding. Fantastic range of foods. We chose about a dozen different ones which were delicious and large enough for 4 of us to share. An excellent range of wines, beers, ciders and soft drinks, as well as ice creams and macarons to finish made this meal, along with the helpful and attentive service. You need to book as there are only a few tables. The deli is equally good with home cooked pastries, great coffee and well sourced drinks, meats, cheeses etc Thanks!

Quality food at decent prices. I have been stopping here on my way home from working in Winford and the service is excellent as for the chef he is really passionate about his work. I highly recommend that you stop here you won't be disappointed.
