Both myself and my partner attended the cwtch on Saturday in January, it was quiet compared to the Wetherspoons over the road which we thought was surprising for a weekend. We were advised to go to that pub under the pretence of live music and were shocked to see this wasn’t the case as the manager told us it was not in the business interest due to a quiet period. Cath the manager had a horrendous attitude so we made sure we were served by someone else and avoided her. We were next served by Anna, who greeted us with a smile and honestly couldn’t do enough for us. We would return if there was guaranteed entertainment and friendly competent staff.

Good pint. Nice Staff. Good prices, great to see Pubs open again. Pit stop before train ride. Nice pub, may visit here again.

Nelson Road
Delicious food, but an insultingly small portion, which was just about lukewarm. I didn't complain out of respect to my friend who had arranged the table as a treat for me. The waiting staff were fab, and the coffee was excellent. The first time I have left a restaurant feeling completely mugged off. Most certainly won't be going back.

Central Store Hafodyrynys, Newbridge WalesAlways closed.. Everytime I try to ring order won't go through even though there closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Had the taste for there curry and very disappointed on Saturday .....

NP12 2QEWent here with my hubby and sister in law and boyfriend.... neva have a starter but my sister un law did and she had the minestrone soup and a roll...which she said was beautiful... i had the Turkey for main .. we also had 1 lamb and 2 mixed meats.. all the meats were cooked beautiful and all very tender.. and an absolute platefull of it... the veg came in turines and there was huge amount of it.. plus we had stuffing and rosties and Yorkshire.... all the food was cooked to perfection... for desserts we had 2 choccy fudge and cream and a apple pie and custard... Absolutely beaut.... lovely friendly staff all of them... Will definitely be returning here....

Unit 30 Castle St Castle Court Shopping Centre, Caerphilly CF83 1NU WalesBooked for a family meal for my daughter’s birthday- received a voicemail 2.5 hours before our booking, cancelling our reservation due to staff shortage! Obviously, no time to book anywhere else. Unacceptable- how not to run a business!

Dynevor House Dynevor Terrace NelsonAbsolutely pathetic liars. Ordered cookies for the kids. Was sent garlic bread instead. Called up, said they would sent the cookies out. Never did. Called up again and they said they had just refunded the cookies despite me not asking for that. They HADN'T EVEN DONE THAT!!!
