The Britannia is the same as most Britannia's and that is very average similar to Travelodge just not as polished Britannia's are generally OK however rarely anything above that!!!!! Unlike Travelodge though in that Travelodge are all almost identical when thinking about the rooms in particular that is!!!!!!! I have found that the problems with these Britannia Hotels are generally the little things, like for example often in the rooms there are these pretty damn bright Green lights that stay on all night which mean unless you are immune to light pollution you will almost always need a sleep eye mask/patch to cover your eyes with or something similar!!!!!! Also on a similar tip there fire alarm is almost always flashing red with a similar effect to the Green light in that you may need to cover your eyes up!!!!!!! Remember your paying to stay hear so should you really be having to wear eye protection!!!!!! I will say one thing though however it doesn't make any of this any easier to cope with and that is other Hotels often have the same problem with the Fire Alarm flashing red like in the Travelodge for example, therefore it must be a simple matter of changing the batteries or something which these places should be able to do, like I said a small thing for a little more peace of mind and a Happier customer!!!!!!!

Ordered at around 2pm food didn’t come til 3:20pm. Food was cold. Ordered initially at 1:30pm on Deliveroo and was told 25minutes after it was rejected due to issue with Esther kitchen card machine. Called at 14:05 for them to call back 14:15 they had no oxtail. Next they said they going to deliver by half 2 and came so late. I was told the manager would discuss the issue and ended up paying full price for terrible customer service had a bad experience won’t be supporting this again. Unfair, not on time and definitely ain’t worth the price. On top of the mutton was bony and gashed my top of my mouth
