Polite, friendly staff, and food was delicious as always, with great portion size and fair prices (their prices to buy has gone up too just like all of ours so prices accordingly, they have to make a profit in this crisis too)

Great little cafe/tea room. Popped in whilst waiting for MOT. Decent little sarnie at a cheap price, the staff were very helpful and kind.

Went for a 60th birthday tea/lunch the food was excellent plenty variety to eat and the cakes to die for a lovely little venue great value for money if your passing pop in as the menu caters for all

Since the first time i came and had breakfast here i haven’t been to any other cafe. The bacon is cooked to perfection how i like it. Home made cakes are made when requested which are worthy of a place on the great British bake off.

Where can I start? Amazing mini buffet/afternoon tea, 1x 4 people 1 x 2 people. The effort that went into both was awesome. The presentation was absolutely beautiful, selection of food was very varied, sandwiches, Quiche, sausage rolls, nibbles etc., bread was soft and very fresh and amazingly had no crusts ..... love it The cheese board was very unexpected but very much appreciated, The Arch Tea Room knew it was my Mom's birthday and went that extra mile to make it extra special. Overall it was the perfect experience and I am very happy on every level. The staff are very friendly, helpful and care about what they do now I've found The Arch Tea Room I will never go anywhere else.

First time visit for afternoon tea and a great experience. Lovely little cafe in Netherton which is easy to miss. Clean. Well priced and friendly staff. Will definitely return.

We had a baby shower here at the Arch Tea Rooms and we can’t praise them enough! The food was so fresh and delicious, the place was immaculate and the ladies who run it are so friendly and helpful, we really couldn’t have asked for any better!

My wife brought us an afternoon tea plus extras for my birthday, have to say all the food was awesome, from the crusty cobs , pork pie and quiche to the chocolate brownies, jam and cream scones and Victoria sponge .Delivered with a smile, would recommend this cafe/tea room. .

My wife and bestist had afternoon tea at The Arch Tea Room, a treat that was supplied by the tea room following a competition I had won. The breakfast is spot on! we had one vegetarian and one full English. The coffee is really good quality! I visited a week later for afternoon tea and everything was really good, home baked cakes with extra coffee and tea. This is the best cafe/tea room for miles.

We visited the Arch Tea Room today 29th April 2022 . We had a lovely breakfast with Tea and toast . Service was very good food was good staff very pleasant . We shall be visiting again. Thank you ladies
