Fantastic little Gem of a restaurant. Don't expect the Ritz, but place was clean, covid aware, friendly and polite staff. Need to book to ensure table. Food six stars. Only complaint I had was my coffee was very bitter but that may be down to my taste buds after all the gorgeous aromatic food. 2 people, 2 course each, 2 glasses wine, loads prawn crackers, glass coke, bottle of sparkling water and 2 coffees.....under £50. A real Gem in Pinner. Also they do takeaway. Well done, will definitely visit again.

I’ve been many times to the restaurant. But today had my first quarantine takeaway and I have to comment on the amazing Thai food. The most perfect pad Thai and som tum salad. Best local restaurant by FAR. And super quick delivery!

Having spent the day in London with our niece and partner we finished the day in their local Thai restaurant. I just wanted barbecue ribs and these were fine. I had some of my partner's chilli beef and this was very tasty and nicer than many others I've tried and the noodles with bean sprouts were good too. Service wasn't particularly quick but happy to wait for food to be freshly prepared. Overall everything was fresh, hot and tasty and if we stay in Pinner again I would be very happy to eat here again.

Nice to try local places and I love Thai food but this was a serious disappointment. The service was sooo slow, the decor was drab and the food was pricey, tasteless and had a hair in it. The waitress seemed rude and her hair was not tied back so when I got my food he hair was touching it. There was burnt bits in my Thai green curry and I just felt a negative vibe from the restaurant.

Friday evening visit and the restaurant was not full but fairly busy. Portion sizes were good, prices were reasonable and food was ok in terms of flavour, but really not spectacular. There are not that many Thai restaurants around so Pinner is a fairly captive market. I always have the same dish at every Thai we visit so like to compare, and this unfortunately didn't rate too highly. Two lady waitresses serving; one who was delightfully friendly but seemed inexperienced (was unable to tell us much about what's on the menu and served tea in a teapot with no lid) and another who, while she was clearly in charge and knew the menu well, seemed more focussed on serving efficiently than having genuine, warm interaction - everything was done in a hurry and with a fairly forced smile. I think we would go back again but only if we were desperate for Thai food in a hurry.

First visit here after a glowing report from a friend. I had the “non vegetarian” mixed starter, lots of tit bits on the plate, the only downside was the crab cake which was a bit rubbery, everything else was lovely. I had a Thai green curry with chicken and sticky rice. All of which was very good but not fantastic, this however is mitigated by the price point set here. Three adults two beers apiece all had two courses with two sides for the table. £80.00 That is a pittance for the amount of food that was served. I will be visiting again.

We chose this restaurant as it had a clear vegan section in their menu. When we were choosing or food, the waitress told us only the soups were vegan. I asked what about the other mains in the vegan section, but she wasn’t very aware of what was vegan and what not. Eventually we ordered spring rolls, vegetable tempura, sweet and sour tofu and sticky rice. The tofu had a long hair in the plate. The waitress took it back and offered us a free drink. She was professional and apologetic. I have to say I expected better of this restaurant. Sometimes it’s good to go out of the way and try authentic restaurants, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Every dish that we had here was fantastic and felt much more authentic than other Thai places I've been - down to the sweet chilli sauce which was clearly homemade rather than the fluorescent red stuff that you normally get out of a bottle. The waitress was friendly and helpful and it feels like a family-run restaurant. Try the mushroom and coconut soup.

I’m local, I been to this restaurant before, Last Thursday night was with my family ,our 3rd visit I guess. Staffs are lazy ..as anything… Food was very little potion , Staffs are very keen to close the kitchen and go home rather than looking after the customers … Anything you request to order after 10.00 PM , “ it will take 15 minutes “ they say this before take the order… I will never go again…

I agree with someone who said they have often walked past, as I said to my partner who first took me here in Feb ( we have been here about 4 times since) I wouldn’t necessarily walk in but boy are you missing out. This is a lovely restaurant due to the food, my partner loves Thai and this is his favourite local and it’s very fairly priced. We always start with the sweet corn cakes which come with a punchy sweet chilli sauce , satay chicken which is so fresh, tonight’s one was the best and my partner always has Tom yum soup , the prawns are big and juicy. The pad Thai is of the standard I had in Thailand = delicious. My partner always has talapia in ginger and lemon and we love the way George slices the ginger it’s just amazing. I’ve had most of the chicken dishes and I love the red Thai curry and the sweet and sour chicken. I would honestly try anything on the menu and trust that it would be fine and if not the staff always check and you can honestly ask for anything. Will always go back we love Thai Villa

The food here is delicious and great value for money. All 4 of really really enjoyed our meals. We had the classics between us and weren’t disappointed - satay, green curry, red curry, pad Thai, massamam. Thoroughly recommended. I really don’t understand why it isn’t so busy. Probably not as snazzy as some of the competitors but do you want snazzy interiors or great food? A hidden gem.

Often walked passed here and wondered what the food tasted like until finally both my fiancé and I decided to go in. We were both glad we did. The service is very friendly and helpful with any questions about the menu. The food is of a great standard and priced very reasonably. We had three different mains with rice, all cooked perfectly. Overall, an enjoyable meal and a restaurant that we will be visiting again and again!

I dropped in for a takeaway and the restaurant had just closed. They young lady very kindly agreed to take my order as it was a takeaway. She helped me choose a dish and I had a lovely cold beer whilst waiting. The King Prawns in ginger was delicious, large succulent prawns and plenty of ginger to give it a good kick. Price was fine but no discount for takeaway. I would like to have given 4.5 but I rounded up instead of down.

Tasty food enough variety of dishes. Very busy when we went on a Saturday just room for us to sit even though by the door. Had house red wine, not very impressed but I suppose it was the cheapest. The only thing which was a negative was the slow delivery of food from ordering and waiting to eat, looked around restaurant and it seemed other tables were waiting too. Maybe they should afford to hire one other waiter/waitress part time just to speed up the service? However, would visit again if our usual Thai restaurant the Thai Cooper was full, there the restaurant is small but service much much quicker..

We went for dinner on a Saturday night and were the only people in the restaurant. Pros:Amazing food, absolutely lovelyCons:As good as the food was, the portions were on the small sizeTHE SERVICE: run by two very young girls who were not the friendliest, we had to pretty much whisper to make sure our conversations were not being heard, we felt as though we were being watched the whole meal. Some smiles would be nice, and perhaps louder music to make the atmosphere much less awkward. We wanted to leave to actually have a conversation ASAP!Would return if it was much much much busier!

Ate here a couple of weeks ago. The food was generally delicious,, but the value for money was not. The spare ribs may have tasted fantastic if only they had some meat on them (4 tiny ribs). Just a tip to the owners to maybe provide a bit more value for money. Not a real criticism overall.

I had been looking for somewhere different to go for my sisters birthday and came across Thai Villa and I'm glad we did. The food was great! Some of the best Thai food I've had in a long time. 6 of us went and not one of us had a bad word to say. The restaurant was packed all night (always a good sign) the food was all cooked fresh, and the staff were lovely. One of our party has a really bad peanut allergy but they catered for that and she was able to enjoy all the dishes she wanted. All in all, I would definitely recommend this for people wanting to great Thai food without the big price tag.

It was my birthday. We had celebrated past midnight, but that evening Raj called and decided we should mark the occasion with supper. As much I like Indian food, I do find that it is not good for the waistline, so, I suggested a Thai. It was a Sunday evening and we decided on one in my village which neither of us had visited. We decided on one of the set menus, but asked if one of the dishes, which was beef, could be substituted with chicken, the sauce remaining the same. This was not a problem. A family run business, it was very homely and friendly. The service was good and the food very good. Definitely one to revisit - no hesitation in recommending.

I visited the Thai Village with my girlfriend on a bust Friday night.I must qualify my rating with the fact that I have never eaten Thai food that was anything less than delicious. So 'average' in the world of Thai food still indicates a very enjoyable meal. The meal was not amongst the top rank of Thai food I've eaten but still very tasty. The prawn salad and fishcakes were particularly good whilst the main courses were tasty but a little more ordinary. We did order a portion of prawn crackers and were disappointed to recieve the rather bland Chinese takeaway version rather than the more spicy, strongly flavoured variety usually served in Thai establishments. The desert menu was disappointingly sparse with none of the fritters, pancakes or stcky rice based dishes that I have enjoyed both in the UK and Thailand.Service was very polite and friendly but a little ragged, with a general lack of attention and the tendency to have to ask everything a second time. Nothing serious though. The bill was reasonable and seemed appropriate to the meal. Not a bad place for an impromptu and inexpensive evening meal but for an occasion, I would find somewhere a bit more special.
