Lovely tasting meals thai green curry is beautiful and love the salt n chilli chips

Ordered duck chow main..duck was not cooked it was raw..called to inform and did not care, not bothered. Another customer lost.

Lush food, quality everytime. But they've changed the mock chicken hymapan to tofu and its disgusting. Very disappointed change it back. They have now changed back to original staff food is amazing 👏

Green curry from a jar - it was gelatinous and there was no coconut milk whatsoever. The chicken was overcooked and chewy. It was really poor and I wouldn’t go back!

Gelatinous green curry that tasted like it was from a jar. Raw vegetables, chewy chicken and stodgy rice. Very disappointed and won’t be going back

The King prawn fried rice is an absolute delicacy. Great taste and great prices...wish they open all day of the week.

Huge portion unfortunately not nice. There was a strange smell to beef in blackbean sauce rice was stodgy. Beef and mushroom dish was like meat off a roasting joint and mushrooms tasted foisty. Definitely would not recommend

Very good quality take away. Authentic flavours, generous portions. All ready within 25 minutes phone to my collection. Salt and pepper chicken starter was superb. Curry puffs nice with the sauce. Mongolian lamb was tender, spicy noodles were good. Pad thai was nice. Overall very satisfied.

Honestly love this place. Eat from here all the time! The people who work here are so friendly and make me feel so welcome every time! You will not go wrong eating from here, I especially recommend the Pad Thai! It’s absolutely amazing! Keep the good food coming!

After the disaster of the poor food from the previous people it has been a great pleasure having good food again. Welcome back my tummy feeling loads better now with the good food.

I have used the Thai Pan from the time it first opened and loved the food and friendly service. A new manager has taken it over and the standards have dropped rapidly. All prices have gone up, less choices and portion sizes are half what they used to be. Will go no more till things change.

Always get a great curry from here.

I rarely write reviews, but having just read the one about MSG I am compelled to correct this. I am a regular at the Thai Pan as they are the only oriental food place that doesn’t use MSG. The food is very tasty, single portions are ample and can easily feed two, staff are friendly and the food is cooked infront of the waiting customer. Thai Pan has been around for 15 years in Hartlepool for the simple reason that their food is the best in the town.

The food was outstanding. I'm definitely ordering again in the future...

I have to say I have eaten many take always but never felt disgusted enough to write a review. This has got to be the worse take away I have had in years.....it's definitely not Thai.....it also doesn't fit in with any other cuisine....truly awful and full of MSG and if anybody knows true Thai would NEVER use MSG. truly vile and if I was starving to death I still wouldn't order from here.

Cheap, delivered on time, but didnt taste fresh, as if stored and re heated. Portions are massive too.

First time ordering from this Chinese , special curry for 2 , disappointed with the watery curry , Shame chips are frozen and price is the most expensive we have every paid .

The egg fried was rock hard and like rubber, the chowmmein was warm and really bland.... the starters wernt great in flavour neither.... we've ordered from here before and was Lovely, my gfs Thai curry was nice but overall it was pretty poor x

First time I have ordered from here and I was not dissapointed. Very nice food and lots of it. I ordered the Beijing set meal for 3, this could of easily fed 5 adults. Very impressed. Will order again.

Ribs were very tough and the chicken dry.

We placed another family take-out with Thai pan this weekend and just can't fault the business. The system of ordering and paying for the food online is just so user friendly it makes life so easy - really impressed with the way this has been set up, and really happy with the prices plus 10% discount for online orders currently. As before, the range of the food offer on the menu continues to be so wide, you just wonder how they can actually do it all as well as they do. Still not been let down by either poor delivery, or poor food so yet more top marks for this restaurant - give them a go, they are definitely worth a try.

Not pleasant at all I've eaten lots of Thai meals and this was not a good one, the chips were awful, steamed Thai rice was just overcooked long grain rice not jasmine and the curry was sludgy and bland wouldn't order again!

Arrived 30 mins early and piping hot. Starters were great, and seafood tom yum was amazing (really spicy!). Chilli lamb was tender but wasnt crazy about the flavour. Will definitely order again, but get a different main next time

We've been ordering food from Thai Pan for a while now and have nothing but praise for the business - based on our overall experience, I'm really not sure that there is anywhere as good, or better, in the town from a takeaway perspective. The range of starters is a big selling point for me, as is the breadth of the menu offer which caters for a whole scope of tastes. Price-wise, I've found them to be spot on, offering both value and quality, together with a discount code for on-line orders. We've not been let down by either poor delivery, or poor food so what can I say - give them a go, they are definitely worth a try.

The most delicious meal I've eaten in ages. Bit hot on the tongue which I wasn't expecting, but I've not had Thai before. Was a really tasty meal, and we will be ordering again.

This was my second visit to this wonderful establishment. Special Curry with rice, Prawn Korma, chicken wings and Floating Market Soup. Everything was cooked in front of you to perfection. Taste of this food was sublime. Reccomend this place very highly. Well done to the Chef., she sure can cook.

Chips were not very nice at all, tasted like they were warmed up, chicken was tasteless and chewy will no be ordering again.

Really glad I had chips on my order as couldn't eat anything else. The Chicken was dry and hard and the noodles were sloppy. Also everything was cold except a tub of sauce

Food bland didn't taste of anything.. except the sweet and sour sauce just tasted like cucumber not nice.. definitely not worth the price.

The delivery took slightly over an hour but it was worth every second of the wait. The food was absolutely gorgeous, obviously freshly prepared and cooked. Delivery driver was very friendly. I would highly recommend this place and my only regret is not finding it sooner, we will return.

Starters and Tom Yum was very tasty. Pad Thai was nice too, but it didn't resemble an authentic Pad Thai., it was more like a chow mein.

At last I have found a takeaway that does a decent curry.

First time ordering was recommended by a friend, Will not be returning, ordered beef curry an masala chicken.

First and last time trying this takeaway. Fish cakes were an absolute joke...!! They were tiny with the consistency of leather and covered in soggy batter, disgusting. The Thai green rice wasn't green rice but white rice with a few chopped up pieces of coriander. Chips tasted like they were cooked in old oil and the basil chicken had far too a strong taste of basil and nothing else. All in all a complete and utter waste of money and I feel robbed to be honest. Poor quality of food all round, and all I can say is if you fancy a nice Thai meal, don't order from here as you'll be extremely unsatisfied by the experience.

As I just said to the staff, absolutely BEAUTIFUL food! Cannot pick any faults with it! The flavours are amazing along with the friendly service. Have had many takeaways from here and they never disappoint!

There was a problem with my order going through but the restaurant rectified it straight away! Excellent service. Plus the food was perfect. Happy customer.

A bit disappointed - I paid for and didn't get a Can of Coke and less than half a chicken breast in my Basil Chicken. It all tasted as great as ever, arrived hot and at the time advised when my order accepted albeit later than originally expected from website.

The food was so disgusting , Thai fish cakes are the worst , 4 prawns in curry shocking and fried duck was awful. Don't do it .

Used to love Thai Pan, but got 2 completely different dishes tonight and they both came in the same colour brown sauce that tasted like gravy. I've also got the angel wings for years, but they have got smaller every time I have been. Will not be going again!

Food was okay, but chicken curry had more mushrooms than chicken.

Excellent as usual. I tried something different this time, beef steak in peppered garlic sauce with mushrooms and broccoli.... It was delicious and plenty of it. The food always tastes awesome and the service is always great too. My fav takeaway !! Defo recommend! Thanks for a lovely meal
