Excellent Chinese food the best I have tasted in a long time. We ordered, egg fried rice, plain chow mien, crispy shredded chilli chicken, salt and pepper king prawns and vegetable spring rolls. Spring rolls are homemade, a rarity these days. Staff are so friendly.

Food was lovely. Quickly prepared. Very good value for money. Very polite and friendly service. Will be going back there.

This was the worst Chinese we have ever had it was late, cold and incorrect order, no apology and was expensive

Tried Green curry and Red curry and 2 sorts of Spring rolls all of which were excellent...and such good value.

We usually go to a different takeaway to get our chinese but there was something we fancied that our usual chinese didn't have. We found Thai pan and ordered £20 worth of food items and it was lovely! So tasty and flavoursome, would definitely recommend 👌🏼

Ordered tonight food not as nice as it use to be sweet sour chicken soft and tasteless and chowmain not nice rice dry don't know if thay have new chef ? Or just not as good as it use to be ?

I'm glad I didn't read these reviews before I ordered otherwise I would have probably gone somewhere else. We got the Cantonese set menu, which at £21 was great value and more than enough for two people. Everything was perfectly cooked and fresh, delivered by the only delivery guy I've had turn up to my door in a mask. Would definitely order again.

Tasteless chips avoid. Took a long time to cook too. We would of gone elsewhere but everything was shut. Fed to rats and went to mcdonalds.

I placed the order online at 6.45pm and despite 3 subsequent phone calls and reassurances that the food was being packaged and was with the driver, I called to cancel the order. 1h 45 minutes after placing the order, it arrived. Shame I had given up by that point and succumbed to a bowl of cereal. I'll not bother in the future.

I stick to 3 dishes, the salt n pepper prawn, beef in black Bean sauce and house special fried rice which is packed with pork,chicken,beef and prawn, I have enough left over for a meal the following day, it's been my go to Chinese in bognor for a few years now, worth a go!

I am very surprised at some of the Negative comments. I use to write for a well known Magazine on food & have been getting our take a ways from Tai Pan for years. Every 2 weeks we order... within an Hour it arrives hot with good portions & very Tasty. My wife who is from Burma spoils me with authentic Curries & we both love the food from Tai Pan when she has a rest from cooking. 5 Stars ...would recommend .

I ordered Thai and Chinese food online more times and I was always very satisfied. Very tasty food and always quick delivery, keeping the food hot. Only one thing I would note that I would be perfectly happy if they use eco-friendly food containers instead of plastic boxes. Highly recommend!

Loved this place for a long time, but this time, not as good as before. Cant quite put my finger on it, but the food just wasn’t as nice.

Bad customer service. Fake Thai food. Go to Bangkok Lounge if you want Thai and order from China Royal if you want Chinese. How do you plan to stay in business like this.

Having recently moved to Bognor we are still trying to find a decent Chinese takeaway.Gave this one a try last night, ordered 1 X spring rolls £2.50, 1x chicken curry with egg fried rice £5.90, 1 X chicken with cashews £4.60 and 1 X plain chow mein £3.20Total £16.20 but charged £17.10 when I queried if this was correct, the young man behind the counter assured me it was by waving the receipt in the air. I asked if the menus price was correct he said yes, again giving him the chance to correct the charge by adding up the order again. He just repeated the charge was correct.I was not going to argue over 90 pence so left with a menue to double check at home. I was correct. The menue on the front page claims "Our Customers Come First" Unfortunately you have just lost my custom completely. If this scam is carried out regularly it must be quite lucrative to say the least.So please be warned or better still go else where!!!!

We enjoy the odd takeaway from this establishment, nice fresh hot food supplied every time, would not hesitate to recommend this place.

We were on a strict time frame tonight and ordered on line at 6.20pm. At 7.45pm when I finally got through on the phone I was told another half hour.... Rubbish! Don't suggest anyone orders on line ever!

Thai Pan Bognor. That’s a first! An evening at my Mums 0.4 Miles from your establishment and though when phoning to place our order for delivery I only gave her address. So imagine my surprise and how annoyed I was when I then get a call from my 86 year old Grandmother in a state as she’s had to slowly make her way to the door and pay for our order. “Odd” not you might think! and how could I expect her to just pay for it without prior notice. But not when I explain that she was at my house 3.1 from you and not at all anything like the address I gave you, so then I had to drive there to collect my food. Ridiculous as it would have been quicker and a 6 mile round trip shorter for me too collect it from you.

40 mins late and they delivered the wrong food. Also the thai red curry was the worst I have had yet. There are better places to get thai in bognor.

Ordered through Just Eat. Waited 2 hrs - nothing. Just Eat confirmed with Thai Pan that they had the order and would be delivered in 20mins. Nothing. Then Thai Pan ring to say they didn't have the order and did I still want the food. I said yes, but in the 20 mins promised. He said they couldn't do that and did I still want the food. It went on an on like that until I told them what I thought of them all, and took the refund. I WILL NEVER USE THEM OR JUST EAT AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pedimos una China que serán entregados por 20. 30 como estábamos de salir a encontrarse con sus amigos. La comida fue llevado a 18. 00! Llamé y me explicó, las mujeres en el teléfono no parecía entender la situación. Ella quería que me quedara en la comida y comer. Traté de explicarle que no quieren ahora, es por eso que ordené para 20. 30. Entonces ella dijo que ella no podía hacer otra ya que ya tenía nuestra comida, ella me ofrecio £4 en nuestra próxima orden si estaba de acuerdo para comer luego. Finalmente decidieron enviar al conductor que recoge la orden de 45 minutos más tarde. (Además, no marca las bañeras en caso decidimos calentar la misma comida más tarde).

Have food from here weekly, order always correct. Food hot and fresh when arrives. Always honest when telling the delivery time, which not always happens with other takeaways.

Este tiene que ser uno de los mejores para llevar chino en la zona. La comida es siempre caliente y sabrosa. Nunca me defraudó. También está muy bien tener un menú variado para elegir.

Probar muchos comprada en la ciudad pero este es mejor, la entrega es muy rápida y amable siempre a tiempo

One of the best Chinese takeaways I've had so far.The food is fantastic,freshly cooked and tasty. Great value for money, well worth a try if you like good Chinese food.

Not worth rating. Won't even give one tick. Not nice and the food was thrown away. I dont usually leave reviews but wont be fair on other people if i dont. Am on vacation to butlins with the kids. Ordered some food, fair enough order was placed at about 10.20pm as the kids were hungry by the time we got back to the hotel. The food definitely looked like leftovers. The spare ribs had different colours like there were all put together so not to waste. One of the ribs only had bone and the huge portion size was way over what any chinese takeaway would normally sell. I didn't taste it as it didn't look right and obviously couldn't serve to my kids. The rice I tasted but tasted off. Others may have had good experiences. I guess pending when they ordered. My honest opinion is that I ordered quite late and they just chucked in the left overs so not to waste as it's end of the day. In my defence they are opened till 11pm and should serve just as good a meal at all times. Off course my kids had some crisp and went to bed. It's not about the money I threw away but the principle. I hate dishonesty and that's decided to alert others.

We always use Thai Pan, they have a vast menu, and we have always had fantastic meals from them. Choose from Chinese or Thai, both are great!! Food is delivered on time and hot!! We have tried all the other takeaways locally and found Thai Pan to be the very best!! Don't waste your time going anywhere else!!

We order from Thai Pan every week, every time the food is amazing, we try various meals from the Chinese and Thai menu, every time the food is superb, seriously if you want a great oriental meal don't look anywhere else, just order from Thai Pan, you won't be disappointed!!! The menu is so varied and has so many great options!!Thank you so much for your fantastic food!!!

There isnt much to say about this place apart from the so called Thai food went straight in the bin. One of the main courses was that bad it really did look like a box of vomit. I will never go back here and neither should you

This has to be the best Take Away for miles. We've tried most over the years and not one has drawn us away from Thai Pan.

We have tried all the Chinese Takeaways in Bognor Regis over the years, but have found this one to be the best!! We have made lots of orders and we have never had a bad meal!! The food tastes great, yes delivery can take a while but that's a good sign for a takeaway (there busy)!!We have had the Chinese option and tried the Thai menu, both superb, after spending sometime in Thailand the dishes here are very authentic!! If you want a great takeaway meal give this one a go, you won't be disappointed!!

Sat 11 July 2015 around 7.15pm After asking a few people in town where I could find something nice to eat. I was directed to Chichester Rd As I found my way along this road . I asked a couple who were outside Thai Pan how is the food here and they told me it is very good. After speaking to the man behind the counter he suggested Rice with Chicken.I decided to order, after a little wait I was brought a meal that I never expected to look so good, and size of portion so large.I was so impressed, surprised at the quality ,the chicken, the rice, the flavours.( more geared for a takeaway customers). The customer service was really welcoming as well. Excellent food, and felt okay in the morning so no worries there as well, this place is a gem, healthy food options, very impressed indeed. looking forward to returning soon...

You wouldn't get food in this place between 45-60 min,very friendly,nice family,food very good taste.Tried most of Chinese take away in this town but surely they are one of the best.Most of this reviews are really malicious look like people disappointed with long wait every Saturday night

This used to be our place to go for a take away. Was ok but nothing special - not worth the effort to drive to. Quite salty and the chicken a little rubbery.

The food has gone down hill at the Tai Pan. Not a very nice experience recently and the quality was poor. It tastes so artificial.

Better go for dominos pizza..absolutely disaster..I ordered for different main courses and they all in the in. Chinese take away served as Thai.. Under cooked chicken, overlooked pasta,tasteless. rubbish not food...

we have ordered 4 main courses on Sunday and we go that delievered after 1 hour.. the stuff we got we cannot call food really.. and definitely not thai food... cheap worst chinese takeaway.. WHEN I complained on the phone about fod quality(undercooked chicken, overcooked pasta, vegetables from the can) the lady told me that it is chef's taste amd I shouldn't complain... absolutely disgusting rub8sg8. hungry? order Dominos....

Claims to serve Thai food. Be warned - it doesn't.What we got was a sub-standard MSG gloopy Chinese takeaway. The 'Thai' dishes were typicallow end Chinese takeaway fare without the slightest hint of the distinctive fresh and zingy Thai flavours you/we are now happily accustomed to. I had Chilli Pork. There was not the slightest hint of chilli and the pork was our old staple - Char Siu 'red' pork in over sweet gloop. The Pad Thai was tasteless, slimey over sized egg pasta!Truly, truly dreadful. This place may even be in breach of the Trades Descriptions Act - seriously!Horrible con. Would never, ever go back. How these places still trade is utterly beyond me.
