Had a very enjoyable meal tonight, food was good, the young waitress was just lovely, shame about the older one who was not welcoming and not pleasant at all I felt like I was in her way and she didn't want to serve us like we were in her way she never smiled, was not pleasent at all such a shame because every thing else was lovely, if I hadn't wanted to have Thai I would have walked out, but the food and young girl made it worth it ...

We  stopped here for a leisurely lunch on the Bank Holiday in August. Good job we booked, as it was busy - but it always is! And the reason why? Because it is good. We opted for the 2 course lunch with an extra dish! Greedy? Yes, but so worth it. Spring rolls, prawn toast, beef massaman, yellow curry and the extra? pad Thai! Fresh and tasty, ensures we will be back again (and again). Staff were friendly as always, polite, helpful and friendly.

I have overlooked this restaurant for years. Express lunch today, Thai green curry for me. Service was brisk, food very good quality and value - even though 10% service charge had been added, and its too embarrassing to ask to have it removed from the bill. Not surprised the place was full on a Wednesday lunchtime. I'll go again

We had a really enjoyable dinner, the curries we ordered were amazing, full of meat and veg and everyone else we were with loved their orders as well. The noodles and a stir fry were packed with ingredients and cooked to perfection, not a soggy veg in sight. Would definitely visit again

I just don’t get why Chinese and Thai restaurants are always in a rush for you to order and for them to serve you so quickly! That said, although the waiter was perplexed, I told her we’d look at main courses on the menu AFTER we ‘d had our starter. I’ll just speak for myself here….My Tom Yam soup was very underwhelming. However, I ordered a stir fry ( No’ 51 on the menu ) Pad Kaprao and this was excellent. The House white wine was decent enough; for a Tue evening it was busy. I’d go back but skip the starters.

Lovely place. Food great but had to wait too long between starter and main. They did apologise and said they were busy with takeaways. Good value.

Our food was ok, nothing exceptional. Thai curry, rice etc. What struck me was the very strange tasting glass of water I was served - it tasted like the smell of a pond. I asked my partner to taste it and he thought it might have come from a storage tank - if it was tap water I'd be asking for a refund from the water company! I was offered bottled water as an alternative but it's quite expensive so I declined.

A very enjoyable lunch time meal,great value for money,nice atmosphere good fast service friendly staff.We will return on our next visit.

Even though we booked last minute and on a bank holiday weekend the staff at Thai Palace were great.Table for four at short notice and the place was packed. We had set meal B with Tom yum ..more than enough for us all and the food was delicious 😋

Food is fantastic, about 12 of us and we were served quickly. The restaurant was busy which is always a good sign.

I love this place, never dined in I always get take out but my family members have dined in and love it. All I can say is the food is very tasty and authentic. The staff couldn't do more for me. Last Time I went was new years eve I picked up my food and the heavens opened I had my 2 year old son with me, the gentlemen escorted us to my car holding an umbrella over our heads. Its our go to for thai food I would reccommend the green curry and the massaman curry

We couldn't fault the food, myself and my friend enjoyed absolutely everything! Everything on the menu was well-priced for the area the restaurant is in. I just have two pet peeves! Sorry! I had the muscles starter and just wish I had a plate to the side so I could get rid of the shells or something to wipe my hands with afterwards and the only other thing was that all napkins and cutlery were removed off the table so we had nothing to wipe it with afterwards as there was some spilt curry on the table and we had to consciously avoid putting an elbow in it for the rest of the meal but those are my only critiques! Really very good, we are frequent visitors but rarely write reviews, but the food we had here on Friday night was excellent and that needs to be broadcast to anyone looking to eat in this lovely market town

I've been to this restaurant many times over the past couple of years. My parents come and visit often and we always come here. The food is reasonably priced and always fresh and delicious. The vegetables they use in their dishes are always so fresh and well cooked. Service is quick and friendly. I honestly cannot fault it here and it is by miles the best restaurant in Beverley for both the quality and value of the food. Highly recommended.

The food and service here was impeccable - we couldn't fault it. We had a set meal which was delicious and gave us a varied and balanced meal. We loved it - probably one of the best Thai restaurants we have eaten in.

Had one of the set meals and it was superb. The service was excellent and the waitress and staff very friendly. Generous portions and as we were staying in a hotel, sadly couldn’t take home what we couldn’t manage.

I have been when it has been the lunch menu, but first time on the evening and we wasn't disappointed. Lovely choice of food, nice atmosphere, well priced and the quality was excellent. I would definitely recommend!

Worst Thai food I've ever tasted. Chicken satay dry bland. Duck pancakes with no.filling. honey ribs the size of a finger. Dumplings the size of a malteaser. Absolute garbage

Been to many Thai restaurants over the years and I can honestly say this was the worst one. We ordered 4 starters Chick satay 4 sticks no bigger then a finger, Dry tasteless. Duck pancakes. Hardly any filling also tasteless. Honey ribs 4 tiny ribs meatless sauce like water. Dumplings the size of a malteaser Mains Red curry 5 small pieces of dry Chicken, No flavour no heat. Pathetic Prawn dish contained 4 prawns in a sauce which was like water . Best part of £70 Garbage

Thai Palace is a beautiful hidden treasure in Beverley, and after being recommended to visit, we came for an evening meal on a Saturday night. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the staff were consistently friendly and attentive to us, always a smile on their faces which is lovely to see! For starters we shared the Toong Tong (thai golden bags) which were very tasty. For main courses we ordered from the chefs specials, Goong Yai Pad Pong Ga-Ree (stir fried king prawns) and Ped Makham (battered duck with tamarind sauce) which we shared with some noodles in the middle. This food filled us completely and left us very satisfied, the duck in particular was gorgeous.

This was my first time dining here but most certainly won’t be my last! I was with 8 friends, the service was fantastic and the food which was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented arrived really quickly, this was the general consensus of all of us and just when we thought things couldn’t get any better, we got the bill and were all pleasantly surprised at what great value for money it is, cannot fault the place!!

Dinner for two, booked for 6.45pm on a Saturday evening, the restaurant was very busy and we saw several people presumably turned away as they came in and left very quickly. We were served promptly with drinks and our order taken. We had two starters, mussels and pork and prawn dumplings, delicious, followed by chicken masaman curry, pad Thai and duck with crispy rice noodles, each plate was almost cleared. The food was just lovely, we left feeling like we’d eaten really good food. We’ve eaten here a few times now and thoroughly enjoyed everything we’ve eaten. Service is quick and we were only there an hour but it was a very enjoyable hour. Highly recommended.

This used to be our favourite restaurant when we visited area. Unfortunately we went here last night and the meal wasn’t the best. We had sautéed chicken to start which looked nice but had a very rubbery texture and some looked under cooked. The chicken that was in the yellow curry had the same rubbery texture and was chewy, it also looked undercooked and the yellow curry had only 2 slices of potato in it. Ended up paying fourty quid for rice, chips and curry sauce as left all the chicken. Maybe they’re using cheaper ingredients now so we won’t be visiting again.

Absolutely brilliant food, lovely staff who were friendly. The food was really tasty and well worth the money. We both really enjoyed our meals especially the green curry (duck) extremely tasty. 😋 We would definitely visit again, strongly recommend to anyone who enjoys tai cuisine

Absolutely gorgeous authentic Thai food, nicest I've had outside of Thailand. The spring rolls, corn cakes and mock duck curry were so tasty and all beautifully presented. Brilliant restaurant one of the best Thai meals I have had! We were lucky to get a table as we had not booked bearing in mind it was a Wednesday night which shows how good it is! We were offered a drink and some prawn crackers while we waited for a table and looked at the menu and the staff were really friendly. One member of staff was leaning on a radiator most of the time we were eating. Made me feel as if we were being watched. Service was good and the food was hot and tasty.

Revisited today 17/2/23 very poor meal, lemon chicken was dry, not enough sauce, and my scallop main was sadly lacking in Scallops £30 for a takeaway!!! Got home to find how disappointing it was. Stir-fried noodles and veg, all the veg way undercooked. I won't be back.
