Cocktail making class for 6 🥂 Kit was great, she showed us how to make 2 cocktails of our choice of the selected menu. We were able to try each cocktail to know which one we'd like to make. Was great fun an would highly recommend. The food was decent an tasty too. Definitely great value for money.

Went for a meal before a show. The restaurant was clean and we didn't have to wait long to be seated. Food was delicious, fresh, and hot, and nothing was too much trouble, even when I asked for mayonnaise, which was right behind me! Our waitress was great and gave us just the right amount of attention without being overbearing. Really enjoyed the meal and cocktails.

We pre-booked our tables for 16 some weeks prior to our arranged visit at 6.15pm on Saturday evening. We arrived on time to be told that our tables were not yet available as they were still in use due to the kitchen running slow. We were asked to go firstly to the bar area where we were met with a long wait to get served. The sullen faced barman appeared to be over stressed and immediately screwed up his face at our request for cocktails that were prominently promoted on the bar he was seving from. After a long delay to get our drinks, the news came through that tables had eventually been allocated to us. Our young sever was very pleasant and took our food order in quick time but did warm that the kitchen was still behind and that there may be a slight wait in receiving our starters. In the meantime, we were continually encouraged to order successive rounds of drinks until our starters arrived. The starters were generally acceptable but far from spectacular, especially given the overly, expensive pricing applied. Again, we were actively persuaded to order more drinks as we awaited our mains. Our mains were finally received some two hours after our booked time and this meant we had to rush our meals to meet our next booked entertainment. However this only happened after I had to call the shift manager and I clearly made her aware of our total lack of satisfaction with the service being afforded to us. One of the meals, a pasta dish, had to be returned immediately as it was clearly overcooked. The macaroni was a tiny portion presented as thrown on the plate with no attempt to garnish in any way! Certainly, we'll overpriced. The rib portion was small and lacked any quantity of the highlight sauce advertised! At £25 again well overpriced for what was received. General option was the meals were too costly, average at best in quality and certainly not worth the wait! We were left with no options to order any deserts. The £700 plus bill was then presented to us without any concession for the poor level of service received. I asked to speak with the manager again and she appeared some 10 minutes later. She said our delays had been caused as they were terribly short staffed and those staff present were extremely inexperienced! She agreed to review our bill and returned to say that she had been able to knock around £100 off of it. We were in such a rush and the consensus was just to pay it and get to our next appointment. However it did not address our disappointment with what should have been an enjoyable, pleasant dining experience had turned into a total fiasco. It was not our fault that they had staffing issues and we derived no satisfaction to hear of the financial difficulties this company are facing as mentioned in the national press today!

Waited 20 minutes without having a word spoken to us other than ‘you can sit here I guess’… Ended up leaving as we felt invisible. They weren’t at all busy, yet had at least 10 members of staff, half of whom were gathered around the bar staring at customers yet not making any effort to interact, the other half aimlessly wandering past tables without giving them a second look. We gave them the benefit of the doubt when we came in and they were yelling across the restaurant at each other, and again when we were seated at a dirty table, and yet again when the menus we were given were absolutely filthy and genuinely squelched when we turned the pages but unfortunately it was the same waitress walking past 8 times without a smile, comment or asking us if we needed anything that was the final straw that lead to us leaving. I believe the fact that again not a single member of staff spoke to us as we left says it all about our experience. To wait at a table to order anything at all even drinks 20 minutes after we arrived for our booked table is appalling, much like the attitude of the staff on this occasion unfortunately. Went to an alternative and busier restaurant nearby and were served within 2 minutes… really goes to show the lack of care and training of staff on this night

I was disappointed by the food and service on this occasion with the only real positive being the live singer with it being a Saturday night. The food was underwhelming with lukewarm, at best, chips and small portions served. Waitresses were too busy dancing and giving their numbers to customers to bring the food when it was fresh.

We were sat at our table about 6-7 minutes just waiting to be asked if we even wanted any drinks. by that time we’d already decided our full groups meal and been waiting sometime. When the food came chips were not hot and one of our party’s food didn’t come with everyone elses. We had to chase up and ask a member of staff my someone’s food was missing and the chips had clearly been sat for a while after being fried. Honestly pretty bad overall. Definitely not coming again. TGIs in White Rose Leeds is 10x the place this is and I will go there again.

Overpriced, cold, small portioned food. The atmosphere with the live music was the only nice thing. The staff were more focused on giving their numbers out to customers and dancing near the kitchen. When the food came out one of the mains was missing and we had to chase for it, all the chips were cold. For meals between £20-£30 we shouldn’t feel underwhelmed. I asked the manager where the food was and why the chips were cold, she disappeared without an apology and a waitress came back with the chips and the missing main. Really poor experience.

I would sack all the waitresses that were on duty around 2pm on 08/08/24. DISGUSTING manners and attitude. Waited 20 minutes and noone came to take our orders, when I asked politely for the 6th time to please take our orders two young female waitresses shouted sarky comments at us at which point we left. Other tables were also waiting for service and people queuing at the front.....why is there no manager on duty? Walking to the exit we noticed how many dirty, grimy tables there were and no one clearing and cleaning them. With the obvious lack of hygiene visible everywhere we were quite pleased we didn't eat anything. AVOID THIS DISGUSTING CESS PIT AT ALL COST. WORST RESTAURANT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

Only giving this place 1 star for fje cocktails!!! 3 of is had starters and a main. The starters had absolutely no taste whatsoever and although we had different mains, they were all chicken dishes which were all dry over cooked meat. Yes this is the chicken fajitas in the photo (looks like steak as its so dark and dry) Definitely would not recommend!!

We felt like we’d been ripped off! We were really looking forward to visiting as we hadn’t been to TGI’s in about 5 years. First of all, within 10 minutes of ordering our food was with us before our drinks had even arrived, however the food we got was incorrect. Our drinks then arrived: a half poured beer and the ‘2 for 1’ cocktails offer. The food was average but the main disappointment was that it was barely warm. We then discovered upon paying that the 2 for one cocktail offer came to £16?! So in my opinion just a marketing scam! For somewhere that is charging £20 for a main course and it just being average, we left very disappointed and we wouldn’t be returning to a TGI Fridays anytime soon. I would also like to mention that I had reserved a table, and the allotted time you have is 1hour 10 minutes before you have to leave your table… absolutely disgusting.

When my burger came, the bun was rock hard. I mentioned it to our waitress who apologised and I asked for just a new bun. It took ages to come so I asked to speak to a manager as at this point the rest of my burger was now cold. We heard the managers response “no they can’t speak to me I’m busy”. Very rude and the experience ruined our first “child free” evening for a while! Won’t be going back.

Now, I’d understand the attitude if I was being a Karen, but we were nothing but respectful and polite (even after experiencing the horrible attitude). Such a great experience! While traveling we went to this location and we're blown away by the service. They were very accommodating for my allergies and understood the importance of gluten free. Check out this burger and my first ever espresso martini! I will definitely check out more TGI Fridays and wish I get to one day come back to this great location. I honestly would discourage friends and family from even thinking about eating here. We arrived at 2:30pm on a Friday to a relevantly empty restaurant, we waited at the host stand for 10 minutes without anyone greeting us before one of the servers came and seated our party of 4 near the kitchen. We asked for 3 bottomless sodas and one water with our first waiter and mentioned that we weren’t ready to order yet. The first round of sodas were timely delivered by a second waitress before she asked for our food order even though we still weren’t ready. She also asked what our drinks order was, tried to claim my water was lemonade and it was very confusing as we felt like we were being passed about from server to server. I struggle making quick decisions and had a few questions regarding the ultimate ribs and what the difference was. My friend ordered the sesame chicken strips and asked what sides were included, she was told that any side was included, ordered the cheese and bacon fries and found out when the bill came that the waitress had indeed lied and was charged extra. Another friend ordered the cajun chicken pasta and the other a double cheese and bacon (glazed) burger that he paid extra for the second patty. When the food arrived my friends fries came plain, the burger was the complete wrong one with no bacon and no extra paid for patty, my ultimate ribs had nothing ultimate about them and were absolutely tiny. I am convinced they gave me the classic baby back ones by mistake due to all the other issues with our check. When I politely (and quite awkwardly) addressed these issues to the food runner, he said that the ribs were ultimate as the bones were smaller but after comparing my portion to the photo on the menu and the photos online, I am not convinced. I wouldn’t have minded but it was 4.80 more for the ultimate ones and there was really no difference. He did turn around and swap the burger and the fries but was quite frankly rude, belittling me infront of my friends for “complaint complaint complaint” when if they got the food order right in the first place we wouldn’t have to send it back. When the new food came out i asked for butter for my sweetcorn he responded “I brought you over two because you’ll probably complain again and ask for another one” which made all of us mortified as sending food back is never a nice feeling. Throughout our time here we had several servers pass us by and not remove the empty glasses from the table nor ofer to refill the bottomless sodas. I had to keep smiling and trying to grab there attention to ask if it was okay for another coke which I would totally understand if it was busy but there were 3 waiting staff stood by the pass chatting in a relatively empty restaurant. After the second waitress put our food through wrong, she never returned so we were looked after by another different waitress (maybe marina) who honestly was quite lovely and did the best of what she could in a bad situation. Overall the food was wrong, we felt lied to about pricing, service was slow, and we were passed around like ping pong balls from waiter to waitress to waitress so felt like a right hassle from the begging, but unsurprising that our food was wrong due to all the changeovers. Wouldn’t come again especially not if I’m going to be mocked by an individual for sending the wrong food order back!

I usually give places the benefit of the doubt, and try to write positive reviews, however there is no excuse for this embarrassing, pathetic establishment. First of all we were told we would need to wait 30 minutes for a table, which was perfectly fine, but then one hour later we were still waiting and had to prompt them to be seated. We then sat at the table for a further 30 minutes before our order was taken. Meanwhile, there was a pathetic excuse of a live musician, butchering songs in the background. Finally, the severely overpriced food arrived (seriously, how can you justify £30 on a shoddy burger and fries, crazy) and it was average at best I'd say. One positive was the lady who served us, was a really nice person and you can tell she was under a lot of stress. All in all, I highly doubt I'll ever visit another TGI Friday's again in my life, this one visit has put me off completely. And please, TGI's Manchester, spend some of those obscene profits you must be making on £30 pound burgers and hire some more staff, you're killing them. Pathetic establishment.

During our recent visit to TGI Friday, we had anticipated a lively and enjoyable dinner, having made our reservation in advance. However, upon arrival, we were met with an unexpectedly bustling atmosphere that led to an initial delay in being seated, marking the start of a series of missteps that evening. The restaurant’s vibrant energy seemed to overwhelm the ordering process, which was prolonged and, unfortunately, our food order was inaccurately fulfilled not once, but twice. This added a layer of frustration to our dining experience. Additionally, it was noticeable that some members of the staff appeared to be struggling with the demands of such a busy shift. Their energy did not match the fast-paced environment, which perhaps contributed to the errors and delays we encountered. In light of these issues, the manager stepped in to offer an apology and attempted to make amends by providing our starters free of charge, along with a 25% discount on the remainder of our bill. This gesture was appreciated and demonstrated an effort to rectify the situation, showcasing the management's understanding and customer service commitment. Despite the manager's attempts to smooth over the experience, the evening did not meet our expectations for a TGI Friday dining experience. While the compensatory measures were fair and acknowledged the inconvenience we faced, it's with some disappointment that we conclude we are unlikely to return. The essence of a good dining experience lies not only in the food but also in the seamless service and atmosphere. It's unfortunate that, on this occasion, TGI Friday fell short of delivering that combination. It serves as a reminder of the challenges restaurants face during peak times and the impact it can have on customer satisfaction.

OK so I wasn't expecting too much as we did just call in to 'grab' food but felt compelled to review. We visited the Manchester Exchange Square branch on St Patrick's day. The actual food was great, presentation was lacking on the potato skins sharer, they were literally just thrown into a bowl, not really a great amount for a sharer and not even a bit of spring onion to garnish. The service let the whole experience down, we both ordered ultimate ribs, me the half rack and my husband full. When they came it was pretty obvious my husband's weren't ultimate and were baby back. We did get the bill amended accordingly but only due to us noticing and asking. Getting the attention on staff was difficult. On more than 1 occasion I noticed someone, who seemed to be supervising, asking other staff to stop 'standing around chatting' and checking the customers. On another occasion she prompted staff to clear plates in an area. I really did feel for her as she was clearly needing to push a lot of the staff to actually do the job they were being made for. Food good, service not great at all.

Arrived at TGI’s about 4:45pm and promptly shown to our table. After some deliberation we ordered our cocktails abd decided on the wall to wall chicken platter and a side of loaded fries. Upon arrival we found that the barbecue chicken was cold and most of the other chicken was luke warm, even The fries were not hot. We complained to our waiter who took them away, stating the chef will cook some fresh. After about 15 minutes, he returned with more food, full of apologies. This food was as bad as the first , not wishing to make a fuss we ate it paid the bill and left. I have to say TGI Fridays, you need to be better as that food was not worth the £44 we paid for it I will not be recommending you to anybody!!

We went in for dinner. The place is very large and there were only 3 or 4 employees to serve tables. Even though there were few tables occupied, it took almost an hour to serve us. It's supposed to be a "fast food" place. Then there were errors in the order and also the photos of the dishes on the menu do not correspond either to the presentation or to the quantities they list. Despite everything, the waitress who served us was friendly. I imagine that the problem was a shortage of staff, since the place is very huge.

This place is scam. They charged way more and never gave a bill to check it. For Food: We ordered one 13.99£ downtown, 18.99£ uptown and 1 Mac & Cheese - 6.95£ for food. For Drinks : 2 * Pina cola = 16£ 1* Henikein = 6.50£ They charged 78.64£ when the total was way less than this. The waiter was in hurry to clean the place, never gave proper respect. Just do yourself a favour and avoid this place. The place was so cold when we arrived we had to ask if the heating could be put on. We ordered starters, mains and drinks. We got our drinks and starters and I have to say thought we were off to a good start. But unfortunately that is where it ended. Our mains arrived, even though our started plates were still on our table. My husband sat for a good 5 minutes with no cutlery before we could ask someone about it, we had also ordered onion rings and wanted to order wine, but we could not get hold of a server. I went to order the wine at the bar, but it couldn't be added to our bill...I needed to order with a server. I went to the pass for our onion rings. The manager approached us, at this stage we were leaving, and wanted to know what was wrong. Hadn't seen this guy until now. I explained the issues, and there was no apology whatsoever, just an excuse about being short staffed, they weren't that busy. My experience of working in hospitality is that mains are plated until starters are cleared, and this is when cutlery is delivered. It's also customery to add if we would like anything else, hence giving the opportunity to order wine. This is not a short staff issue, but a training issue. And if you are that short staffed, why is the manager not out on the floor?? I offered to pay for starters and our drinks, which the manager took me up on, and was there was still no ownership of the issues!

Really disappointed tonight and not one to leave a bad review usually but we really didn’t enjoy our experience here. There was a live singer on, which is fine but the music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak. Then we waited an hour after ordering for our drinks to arrive but they never did, the food came before the drinks did and when the food came it was barely warm and I had to ask for our drinks, I understand Saturday is busy but they didn’t notice our table had nothing on it for an hour and we had to ask the guy who brought our food out for drinks and another waitress, as they still didn’t appear. Also the prices of everything have gone up significantly since the last time I visited and I don’t think it’s worth it anymore, I have enjoyed TGIs in previous years but I don’t think I will return after this experience.

We decided to come here for my girlfriend’s birthday. After all the hype I had given her about tgi Fridays. It was an absolute disappointment, the staff was miserable to be serving customers. It was more like a youth club for the staff. It had no atmosphere. The food was as you would expect from tgi’s (awesome). It’s a shame the atmosphere didn’t match. I would definitely recommend going to the Cheadle royal tgi restaurant or any other place in Manchester but not here. Would of stayed longer but we would rather spend our money elsewhere..

This TGI is bigger than the one in my locality. I was there on a week day so it wasn’t very busy. I think their food is very pricey compared to other TGIF, probably because it’s more fancy and in the middle of town. They serve alcohol and nonalcoholic beverages here so it’s good family and for group of adults. They only have one WC in the male toilet, for a restaurant of this size, I believe there should be more than one WC in the toilet.

I seen bad reviews about the bottomless brunch but service was great they made sure we always had a drink asking what we wanted after they just brought one over. The food was good dispute the limited menu but the cocktails were extremely sweet on the brunch menu so sweet I was almost sick they clearly do this to stop you asking for more, the Long Island iced tea was the only relatively strong one aswell.

I am absolutely disgusted!!! I went for a meal with my family and we bought drinks whilst we waited for our table. My grandma ordered ribs and me and my grandad ordered steak. I started eating my steak when I noticed an insect crawling through my steak. I was in shock, I spat my food out and then noticed another dead insect. I asked for the manager who said I didn’t have to pay for my meal. He didn’t even look at my plate or ask to see the video. It’s like he knew there were insects in the food. He asked for payment for drinks & we explained that we had already paid for the drinks & that I hadn’t touched the drink I ordered to the table. Josh the manager then demanded payment for the one drink and threatened to call police! I have reported this to the food standards agency. When I explained the situation to security, security then had to tell the manager to just leave it over a £6 drink. The manager did not deal with this professionally at all, however, security was very professional at de-escalating the situation. We then left. I think this Friday's franchise has to be my favourite in the North West. I've visited on several occasions and on each occasion the service has set this franchise apart from others I have visited. . The venue itself is decorated in the Fridays theme but there are few additions that you don't find in every restaurant. Such as the Harley Davidson in reception and wayfinder signs. The venue is very deceptive from the outside as it's much larger than you would think and has two floors (one is available for private hire). . The food is Fridays. Been to one, been to them all but that's not a bad thing. You know what to expect and the Manchester franchise delivers. . The family and I had lovely time on our most recent visit and our host, Marina, was amazing and was great with the children. . I will definitely return real soon.

I don't understand how TGI Fridays can justify such a large amount of space with it's service and quality. As always the sesame seed chicken was great but the veggie burger and pasta were bang average, overall it's acceptable but what's really shocking is that they charge over £4 for a can of Dr pepper, a single can. The other drinks such as 2-4-1 cocktails are just 2x the price of a normal cocktail which means the 2-4-1 is a LIE. £16 for 'one' cocktail would be reserved for a classy high priced establishment not some average premix in a normal glass. Unlimited refills is offered on some watered down drinks but there is no self service like nandos you're reliant on the waiter coming and asking so you'll be lucky to get 2 glasses before you give up. I'm afraid it's just all a bit lack luster for the money paid, support a proper local business instead. In addition our food order was wrong as they seem insistent on using stupid paper pads to write orders down. Or they just don't train staff properly. Either way it seems to be a common theme.

My first visit but I am not quite sure that I will visit the restaurant again. Ordered an Ultimate ribs which was tasty, looked good but the portion understanding the fact that I ordered for a half but the one that I received cannot be considered half was so small. Paying £23 for that small portion was not worth it. The Mac n cheese bites that we ordered felt it was undercooked. And the way of presenting the dish was very bad. It looked as if somebody ate half of our bites, presented in such a huge dish so less in quantity and were scattered all over. Ordered a Chicken burger with broccoli for my child which he couldn't eat. As the burger was as hard as a rock with a tasteless chicken inside as hard as a rubber. Served with a raw broccoli. Ordered meatless fajitas which was supposed to be served with meatless chicken but when we received to our shock the vegan chicken were provided in very small pieces which you can't even see with your naked eyes, you might need a microscopic glass to notice it and they are charging £20 for the dish. The most annoying thing is the speed of service we had to wait for almost an hour to get our food. They were only busy serving drinks to people not food, seems they have only one person who cooks for them. If you want to waste your time in waiting for the food and have lots of extra money to waste then you can visit as the portion you will receive will not look worth the money. Very expensive for the quantity that you receive.

Normally love Tgi’s and visit one every time I’m away as I don’t have one in my city. By far the worst Tgi’s I’ve ever been too. My partner ordered the quesadilla and myself a burger both with loaded fries. My partners quesadilla was tiny, like a child size, both arrived with no sides. Had to wait ten mins for the sides to turn up, by this time the food we already had was cold and so was the freshly served chips. I paid an extra £3 for cheese and maple bacon topping. The ‘cheese’ I am pretty sure contained no cheese, was tasteless and bland with a light scattering of burnt bacon bits that didn’t taste of maple. Food was shocking quality for the money, money we could have spend on the market which is serving better quality food. Not worth £50+ by a long shot.

firstly we walked in and got sat down quickly which was nice but then we were left for 20 minutes just being walked past. i saw our server just chatting to a couple as we were waiting. we eventually got seen trying to ask someone to serve us so then we got served. 30 minutes later we got our food but we still hadnt had our drinks so then had to ask for them to be delivered. the server i asked was very confused and was like erm yeah sure. then it was another big wait to get the bill. food was nice as usual but the service is ridiculous.

Not usually one to complain but the service was shocking. Nothing happened how it should, asked for menus, asked to order, asked for another menu for the desserts, asked for the bill. All after waiting and giving them a chance to. Not the worst thing I know but annoying. The worst thing was the prices, small portions now and the £10.25 brownie was awful. With it being one of the most expensive desserts you'd think it would be decent...it wasn't. Please see the picture. £10.25, it also said Brownies...I don't count one brownie in half to be brownies but that might just be me. 🙃

Been here before and loved it but today was not good at all, restaurant was pretty empty but still took a while for orders to be taken and then the unlimited drinks were only unlimited if you flagged down servers and waited ages for them. Kids meal came with starters which is fine but not told before hand and the plate it came on was red hot so couldn't put anywhere near my child, he had fish fingers which were so hot I burnt my lip on them and broccoli which was practically raw so couldn't give to my child due to a choking hazard. I ordered a hot dog with no onion and it came with onion so had to flag down a random server as ours had disappeared and was given no apology and it came back with no fries so had to wait for them too. We were not checked back on during the meal at all and it was just so slow for such an empty restaurant. I've always thought tgis service was great but definitely needs improving in this location, quite an expensive place for rubbish service and not great food!

The food does taste nice but the service seriously let everything down. We were sat there for about an hour before we even got our food. When it came, it was a bit cold, and wrong, the sauces we ordered were not brought in. Ordered orange juice but given cordial which they charged us for even though we didn't drink and sent back. The waitress who served us did not know the menu well, we asked when ordering what sides were for which dish so as not to incur additional charges and she confirmed this but when the bill came all our sides had additional costs which increased our bill. Ordered pasta for my little one and I had to send it back as it was appalling. Waiting staff seriously need to be well trained as it spoilt our evening. It was my first time eating back at TJI Fridays after a long while but at this rate, im better off elsewhere

Went here before a show at the AO. Food was tasty, they had a singer who made the atmosphere very good and I love all the fuss they make around birthdays. The markdowns come for the service. Firstly let me start by saying our waitress was brilliant and no fault can lie there. Where the service has fallen short is in the kitchen and lack of communication from there. My wife's fajitas never came and we were told twice that it was "just being plated" the rest of our party finished and her food was still not cooked. She was just left with an empty plate, some wraps and cheese, salsa etc. Also, the dips, sauces etc that were supposed to come with our meal didn't arrive. Poor showing from the kitchen.

Ordered a few small veggie dishes here all to come at once. Two of 3 items came and I was left to wonder where the 3rd was. I asked a member of staff and he said he would have a look. He went to the kitchen window and was gone about 5 minutes before he disappeared and did not return to me with food nor an explanation. I then caught the attention of our initial server who I asked again where my vegan loaded fries were. Looking and sounding confused she said she would check the kitchen. Another roughly 5 mins passed and she returned with a version of vegan loaded fries I had never seen. They are a personal favourite of mine as no one does them like TGIs however they looked nothing like what I’m used to. They had what appeared to be shredded chicken or vegan chicken I’m not sure but some form of chicken and an unidentified sauce. I had to wait to attempt to get the servers attention again. When I finally did and explained to her these are not how they are normally served and that the shredded bits looked more like a variation of chicken be it meat or vegan and that it was not the vegan bacon bites. I could not believe it when she tried to insist to me that it was the bacon I said look at it smell it it’s shredded fried chicken/vegan chicken. She continued to insist that it was vegan bacon bites. I also said I ordered the festive ones as when I had those at a different TGIs they came with a gravy-like sauce and were incredible. She looked confused but asked me if I wanted to take the fries back to the kitchen to which I nodded please. Ten minutes or so later she returned with the fires again poorly presented as though they were thrown together. It was also questionable wether or not the bacon was vegan as it tasted different to all the times before but I wasn’t sure so didn’t even bother to ask and wait all over again. Not the best service which is a shame as I love TGIs and this is the first time I’ve been to this one so it’s a poor first impression unfortunately

I’m not really one to leave a review and I have been to TGI lots of times before in Scotland and absolutely love their food! However the one in Manchester I think is maybe perhaps poorly managed, due to the service, the food was okays myself and my friend order the same thing and they looked very different in terms of portion size etc, however not the end of the world, what did push me to write this review was when we were ordering I was in mid conversation saying my order then another server came up and ask for a lighter of our current server taking our order. They stopped and then proceed to get them a lighter and come back to us… quite disappointed in terms of customer servers. And made me think of the hygiene level. Hopefully they can learn from this. Thanks :)

No way this is worth 5 star. My family and I ordered on Deliveroo. ALL of the food was inedible. Everything was way too salty and very very burnt. The order cost us £43 and what a waste that was. We will never order from here again. If you don't believe it then order and find out. 😀

I've eaten at this restaurant twice and it tastes like normal barbecue ingredients + random food. After eating it twice, the damaged rifling was completely smoothed. Now comes the post-traumatic stress disorder of jet trauma, which is highly recommended, even nine out of ten.
