Food was amazing, our server Josh was very polite and so helpful with helping us and setting up the app also

Smash burger was slightly overcooked, staff friendly.

Came in for a quick lunch bite while out shopping. My server Emily was very attentive during my meal, and food was quick.

I had the sesame chicken and was served by rhona she was so welcoming and sweet and the service was great!

Bit disappointed with this visit - they were short staffed and we were told they couldn't do the usual birthday fuss which defeated the object. Food was ok - very expensive for the size of the portion. Think we will have to find somewhere new for birthdays going forward!

I ordered this order at 1750, I chose the 1930 slot. The order didn’t come till 2025. More time kept being added. The food was very cold and the driver was quite snappy when my daughters collected it from front door.

TGIF have upped their game, done away with some if the old American razamataz serving and got back to basics. Food was excellent, Full Rack of Ribs always a wee but pricey but that's what we go for. Food was served hot, something that has been an issue for me in the past although not necessarily at this branch. Service was quick efficient and polite. Clean and tidy and busy enough to provide a good Friday night atmosphere. So happy this iconic chain is still running and hope they can establish themselves again. Defo return based on tonight's experience.

Went for dinner after work. Was met with the delightful Veronica at the door who promptly seated us. Always with a smile on her face. Graham on the bar makes such good cocktails, and they went down a treat. Thank you so much

This place is either a hit or a miss. Literally you can go in one time and have no issues, then the next time your foods undercooked or raw. They do put it right when there's a mistake, but who can be bothered to wait forever for their food for it to be cold? On the plus side... the daiquiris are absolutely amazing 👏 so, even if your food is disastrous, at least your streaming off the drink 🍸

Had a nice meal at TGI, but what really made it enjoyable was the fantastic service from Shannon. She was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely great at her job, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Her menu recommendations were spot on, and she checked in just the right amount to make sure we were happy. Thank you!

Always a nice experience at TGIS. Our server, Shannon, was fantastic in particular, extremely welcoming in and very knowledgeable in terms of our sons allergens which would make most servers crumble! Shannon really couldn't have done enough and is a credit to this restaurant and the company as a whole.

Over the years, been a regular customer of TGI, however this weekend discovered their pricing on a very reduced menu to be shocking!!! £26.95 for a Cheeseburger and £21.99 for Frank's Sesame Chicken, absolutely ridiculous! No wonder they have had to file for bankruptcy, at this rate, Union Square restaurant will follow suit. Wondered why it was so quiet in a Saturday night!!

Put order in at half 5 and they kept changing delivery time delivered at 10 past 7 whole order was freezing raging after paying nearly £50 for it shocking certainly won’t order from tgif again

Food came nearly 4 hours late. Yes you read correctly. 4 hours!! Food freezing and items missing from order.

I had never been to TGI Fridays, so I thought I would check it out. The food was passable but very overpriced. I ordered the calamari, which was decent. Then, I ordered a burger and fries as it was an "American" restaurant. Very average and expensive. By the time I had finished, my burger, the fries were freezing cold. You can get the same type of food much better at a reasonable price elsewhere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Music was awful. Don't recommend it and won't be back.

the driver did not deliver any of our order yet was one street away when we checked. so we were given a secure code that clearly was not given to the driver. then call the restaurant to be told to contact just eat yet there is no point on contact on the phone so I now have 3 hungry children. ridiculous service

food is absolutely freezing cold. burger has to be eaten with cutlery because it's saturated in sauce. cheese dippers overcooked.

Great meal out at TGI’s, our server Kirsty was super welcoming, friendly and made us feel like no question or request was a trouble, even helping us to use the rewards app. Kirsty was always one step ahead with making sure our drinks were refilled and getting us more of the unlimited chicken strips! Thanks again.

Ideally would like a full refund as I don’t normally use this app and this has put me off! I have had to microwave my order and the quality is terrible

The place is very suitable, it is a good place for the party. The excellent roasted pork ribs, meat buns and sauce are very tasty. I will try other dishes again next time.

Lunch menu is a good deal, thought the baby ribs would be small, but it’s like a normal size from the main menu! What a surprise. Probably the best TGIF I have been to :) Every staff in the restaurant had been very friendly. :)

Being in TGI Friday’s makes you feel very cool. The food is not the best I’ve tasted but the place is sparsely lit but has a very nice atmosphere. The food is a little less affordable but it’s totally worth it.

Came in this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the standard of service. My waiter Samuel greeted me with a smile and helped me walk through the menu. The food was great and the music added to the funky atmosphere.

Ollie was very nice and we had a nice conversation while having our drinks was very nice to speak too.

Had an awesome time today with my family as we had a lovely waiter, samuel who was very patient with us which was highly appreciated. He brought a very positive attitude which created an overall better experience. The food was lovely and had great portion sizes. The overall experience was very enjoyable. Would come again!

We went for a burger and waited 10 min before someone came to take our order and an additional 25 minutes before someone brought our order. I find the waiting time too much for a place with at least 8 waiters going around all the time. The burger was tasty but certainly not worth its money. The skinned loaded potatoes did not taste well at all. The atmosphere was not bad but I think we were affected by the bad service and food. I wouldn't recommend it unless they significantly improve their service, price and food quality.

Not surprised that TGI had to file for bankruptcy with service received. Went at 530 with friends to get food. Didn’t look too busy from the outside but not sure the staffing situation. Took about 20 minutes to get our drink ordered and another 15 minutes or so to get them delivered to us. Ordered bottomless chicken bites and my friend ordered fries. Took about 30 minutes for me to get my food and another 15 minutes later my friend got his fries - they said it was fries with a Cajun sauce but looked more like leftover fries with shredded cheese added on and forgotten about… at this point I ordered another plate of chicken. Waited another 15 minutes for the staff to ask me if I wanted another order which I told them they had already placed one.

We loved this meal, really tasty and the wait staff were chatty and polite, and helpful about allergies!! Fresh food and plenty of choice. We will definitely go back to TGIs in Aberdeen. Cocktails were really good too, strong and freshly made...what's not to like! The raspberry ripple was like a dessert!!

I came in on Friday night and the atmosphere was brilliant! Ollie and Josh on the bar absolutely killed it with recommendations, delivery and balance of all cocktails throughout the night! the manager Veronica always was occupied, checking on guests, running a very smooth tight ship the entire time I was there (4 hours). This experience completely changed my opinion of TGIs!

Samuel was an amazing waiter. Very friendly and not intrusive.

Today would have been a 5 star rating but unfortunately our order was not brought out correctly and we had to wait to get it swapped over. It was done quickly and efficiently. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always willing to deal with questions and queries.

Slow service as it appeared under staffed, however the person that served us was really good. Food very expensive and arrived barely warm. My partner and I had a glass of wine each with our meal and when asked for another was told they'd run out!! This was early evening!!

Great service from Divyau! Good food and a smooth experience.

Food was excellent but the service is what made it for me, Divyau was on the ball and made lots of effort to make our meal there 10/10. Her balloon creation put the biggest smile on my daughters face.. If the food being excellent isn't a good enough reason to go, Divyau is.

Just eat put wrong location on map causing driver to be confused and deliver food late.

Served by Abby. My friend and I came to TGI Fridays Aberdeen for lunch after golf and the food was spectacular and, more importantly, the service was beyond excellent. Abby served us, she was friendly, communicative and very polite. Abby explained the menu perfectly and actually improved the experience. Thank you.

The only reason I am not giving a one star is because of the wonderful waiting staff who work hard at their jobs and are a delight to be served by. (If this review was on service alone it would be 5/5) Unfortunately my praise stops with that as my issue is with the food. I have received food poisoning from this location twice now. The first time I let it slide as it hadn't let us down before and restaurants are allowed off days once in a blue moon. But twice in a row? That's a pretty bad sign, especially when it's only a few weeks apart. Was very disappointed and feel extremely unwell now. Feeling confident it was the sesame chicken main that gave me food poisoning. Will not be returning.

Order food for the 6 of us the food came out with 3 meals coming out and a large gap between the first 3 and the second 3 meals when the last 3 meals showed up the sweet potato fries where stone cold and we had to send them back and the garlic bread that came with the child's meal was awful it was stale and hard you could probably build a house with it
