Hi, don’t normally review but ordered from here tonight and have to say the girl on the phone was super pleasant and friendly on phone. Ordered x3 10’ pizza deal, with wedges, bbq wings and garlic bread but deal was no longer available, however they still done it for me ‘just this once’, Thank you. Also delivery took just 30mins, and when the food came, food was delicious, still warm and well presented/packed, overall *5 and will definitely be back! Thank you TGF pizza :)

Prices are affordable, really good customers and food is 10/10

Excellent customer service along with delicious pizzas and side orders in Enfield.

I had the worst evening ever just by ordering a pizza from them. I was knackered from my day and just thought that easy and quickest way will be to get delivered a pizza . Now I am hungry and tired and there was no sign of pizza up till 10 pm . And just by saying that pizza driver is on his way , he had a car accident , or he is coming again no one showed up. Imagine what you would have felt when u r tired and u think getting pizza would be easy way but no it was supposed to be ur night mate. I am expecting a confrontation from the management and compensation . My kids were hungry up till 10 pm. It was extremely frustrating.

The owner and worker threaten me over the phone disrespectful behaviour telling me to come to the shop don’t order

Awful on all counts. When placed order was told will take 40 mins to 1 hour. After an hour was told driver on his way. After another 15 mins still no pizza. Called again and was told again he was on his way. Still no pizza after another 15 mins. Looked outside to find the driver 10 doors down on the wrong side of road. When checked pizza was luke warm and completely uncut. Told by driver the original driver had been in accident... really. Not sure how true that was as we got the free bottle of 7 up that we were offered and declined may I add. We have been using this TGF store for many many years with no issues. When my husband called back to complain he was not treated with any respect whatsoever and the man just argued with my husband the whole time. Pretty sure we will not be using this store again.

2nd delivery where food has been missing and this time round took the driver 50 minutes to deliver the correct item. Already had to wait 50 minutes for delivery. Food was ok but nothing to rave about.

Love their pizzas, but the man that takes orders need to work on his grasp of English & how to speak to the customer......it was as if I should feel privileged he picked up the phone to me & allowed me to order from his shop. Douche!

Once a good place, but since changing owners, the quality of service and standards have dropped. Hangs up quite often when trying to get through on the phone, sorry but you just lost a long time customer!!!

Was good untill they decided to bump thr prices much higher. Who will charge £1 more for half and half and also no drinks with an 18" this is a pure joke

Great value for money, we collect so tend to get 18" for a tenner. Fresh tasting pizza not greasy. Love it!!! Better than Pizza Gogo, Dominos and Pizza Hut

In front of the shop TFG pizza in Hertford road Enfield is advertised free delivery , ordered pizza for £9.99 just before putting the phone down I was told £11.99 ,asked why £9.99 only for collection told then no thanks and put the phone down

They have changed the lovely spanaki, that's a shame...spanaki use to be amazing, feta, spinach, onions , ...now they've added sweetcorn...I couldn't even finish the new spanaki...sort it out THE...stick.to the original otherwise im not ordering again...

I ordered pizza and they brought wrong order. They said they were sending me another one and it will take 30 to 45 minutes. I waited for an hour. I called back twice and they told me another half an hour. I told them I could not wait that long and the guy used the F word on me like twice and called me stupid.

My kids and myself don't order anywhere else love this pizza parlor 5*
