Been here on a few occasions and cannot fault, great service, excellent prices and a fast and friendly service exactly what I was hoping for! Will be back, my family love how friendly the staff are! Thanks again x

Yes it was a good Tesco. I loved it will be back as they sold food and food was what I needed. Idk what else I would do.

I would highly recommend that no one goes anywhere near here, our order involved a bacon roll which the bacon was nearly raw & when a member of the staff was informed we were told it's cooked just not crispy, I reiterate the bacon was near raw, also sausage roll was burnt. Absolutely disgusting.

I visited this place with my mother and daughter who were hungry. My daughter asked for a plate of chips and my mother a fry. Waited, and waited quite a long time then fry appears and told no soda bread left so just gave You an extra potatoe bread instead, which my mum didn't like. There's a Tesco full of soda bread but nobody bothered to give us an option. So my mum who has nearly half her fry eaten I have to go up and ask where my daughter's chips were as she's screaming hungry at this stage. Oh they're coming I'm told waited over 15 minutes for these chips and what appeared was an insult as you can see from the picture. To call that a portion is disgraceful let alone a meal. Staff were not friendly at till nor was there service with a smile. We left and will never return and took my daughter elsewhere as she was still starving!

Ordered fresh rolls from bakery for collection a few days later. Everything ok and rolls ready for collection but have Tesco changed the recipe for their bakery rolls. They used to be very floury and soft and fresh but this time they appeared a bit hard on the outside and quite chewy to eat. They didn't seem like freshly baked rolls. Don't think I would buy again.

OMG….THE WORST PLACE TO EAT EVER! Firstly, the staff; arrogant, unhelpful, more interested in their own chit-chat, full of attitude when they do eventually notice you as a PAYING CUSTOMER (training issues definitely high-lighted) and masks lowered to speak, tut, tut, tut! Secondly, the food and in this case a fry; soda and potato bread deep fried (2 days ago probably), the fried egg is like a rubber ball, bacon is sunburnt rather than cooked, sausage old and wrinkly (probably died of old age) and tea at 50p extra but no choice of coffee unless you pay full price. Mushrooms and beans microwaved. If this is your idea of good, local, no frills cafe food then forget it. Note to TESCO management: We are surrounded by some of the best ingredients in the world. Bread, meat, eggs…I could do better from the ingredients in the supermarket. GET IT SORTED….IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.

With new restrictions in place i thought tesco cafe in Newtownards were fantastic. Quick, chatty, pleasant and food was neat and delicious 😋 I seen some bad reviews so was worried when we went up in the lift what to expect. But it was brill and kids made to feel welcome. Will be back for another mango smoothie and ulster fry.

Got a quick Tuna and Sweetcorn sandwich here on 24/2/2020. I took one bite and realized there was just bread in my mouth. As you can see from the photo, the sandwich contained one tiny sliver of lettuce and about a teaspoon of tuna and sweetcorn sandwich filling. This is a total rip off. I tried to contact customer service, and they asked for my receipt and the barcode from the package, then asked me 3 separate times for the store address, which I had provided at first contact. Looks like no genuine response is going to be forthcoming. I'd never waste money eating here again.

Their Ulster Fry has to one on the worst ever, cheap ingredients cooked badly, avoid. Much better available in the town center and for less money.

The food in here is average and they charge top tier prices for. Theres many other places you can go close by that are better and less expensive.

I frequently shop at this store, or other branches of the chain. Today there was reduced signage throughout the store, due to Black Friday. I purchased a Christmas tree, advertised at 25% off, and two baby outfits, with a 50% reduction. I learnt at the checkout they were all full price. I didn’t buy the items and went in search of a supervisor. When I explained the situation she replied that people often left items in the wrong place. I knew this was not the case, since the clothes were displayed at the end of a rack with numerous 50% off signs. I gave the supervisor the opportunity to visit the display to see what I was talking about. She declined. I then went to customer services. The sales assistant was very sympathetic. He checked the display and removed the reduced signs, agreeing that the goods present weren’t actually reduced. Some Christmas trees were on offer, but not the one that I had chosen. Why then was the signage 25% off on the shelf with my tree, not the reduced items? Whilst Tesco are not necessarily breaking the law, ( there was some tiny print that even high prescription spectacles could decipher), this does not make for happy customer relations. Nor does a supervisor dismissing a situation. The young man from customer services was lovely, very apologetic, and agreed that the information was misleading

If you're looking for a quick coffee + snack while, or after, shopping then give here a try. You get what it says on the tin! Basic café food and drinks served (usually) with a smile and at budget prices.

Food portions are tiny, food is low grade especially the sausages, lukewarm sitting under heat lamps for a long time, nothing is cooked fresh. Seating and cooking area are in poor condition with lots of dirt on all the light fittings in the eating /food prep and serving area, tables are badly worn and in poor condition. Eating area is not suitable for children in prams. I would rate the food 1.5/10, service as 3/10 and the eating area as 3/10. Horrible place to which I will never return.

The staff are friendly and have got to know my mum and I well as my mum goes up to wait for me to finish my shopping then we have a coffee. Occasionally we have a fry which usually for me is far to greasy. I think my favourite thing to get is toast to be honest or sometimes soup if it is that time of the day, I have actually resorted to cereal at least once. I haven't tried any of their lunch time menu really although their chips are alright as I had a few of my daughters. I wouldn't rank it high compared to other places to be honest a bit of a greasy spoon but for coffee and toast or a bun it is fine.

Grande centro commerciale con supermercato, bar e caffetteria. Il supermercato ha un'ampia scelta di prodotti soprattutto alimentari: molto validi quelli a marchio Tesco. Grande scelta di panini, tramezzini, tacos, ecc. freschissimi e a buoni prezzi.

Not really sure why the tripadvisor app wants me to review this Tesco. They sell milk, chickens, cake and melons and probably other stuff too but that's the main things.

Went to the shop on a Sunday afternoon, it was quite busy but I'm glad to say that the shelves were well stocked and queues were quickly dispersed

Occasionally we would nip into the cafe here for a cooked breakfast. It's probably one of the most inexpensive places for that and of reasonable quality. Lately though it seems to very much depend on the member of staff serving you! Last week my husband had the cooked breakfast - sausage, soda bread, potato bread and egg. The two breads were hard and greasy, the sausage was fine but the egg hard fried... I had bacon and egg and the egg was burst and hard, the bacon looked like it was yesterdays! Same story the week before.

Large Tesco store with large off-licence and instore cafe.Everything from groceries to big TV's and garage selling along with Asda the cheapest fuel in the town.

The cafeteria at the Tesco store is what one would expect from a chain store. Fairly sterile, clean well maintained -good selection of food, Good hygiene 5 star. Handy place to snack when shopping

Always go here for a lunchtime fry. Really good value for money. Also their baked potatoes are good too.

Always shop here as i can purchase all i need in the same location.the scan and pay service is a helpful aid especially when there are long queues.staff are pleasant and helpful.

Visited the establishment with my wife on 25 April 2016, after doing a small shop, we both fancied a nice cup of tea, and a fresh scone with jam and cream. The cafe was clean and tidy and the staff were very pleasant.
