In all the years of grabbing a quick bite in a supermarket cafe..this is the worse experience. Staff so rude. Middle aged white male with a beard, did not utter one word. Tapped towards the machine to pay, let an elderly couple struggle carrying teapots. Disgusting service. Get a new job..maybe in a funeral home!

Ordered a breakfast cold and pot of tea Luke warm breakfast tasteless

Tables never clean when I go in. Went in today and the staff was so rude when asked to clean the table. Gone down hill

The scramble egg and bacon brioche is beautiful from here …. I always get it and it never lets me down 👍👍👍

Food and drinks were stone cold wen it arrived as driver went totally opposite way with my delivery and made my delivery time go from 6 mins away to 17 mins away

Food good. Cooked how I liked. Only one criticism. I asked for brown toast and got white untoasted bread... Not a big deal. Other than that food was lovely and tasted great and arrived quickly. Will order from again

The Tesco Cafe is located on the second floor with a few window side seats. I ordered a cup of Latte and a Angus Beef Burger which is a limited menu. The taste is good and not expensive. It comes with special fries as well. The atmosphere is good but the downside is some tables are not cleaned very well.

Didn't have much in, so I decided to order breakfast. First time having this, was very impressed!! Will be having that again.

Breakfast cooked just as I wanted. Perfect. A lovely treat while I am not well. Excellent value for money too!! Will order breakfast from here again. Delivery driver was lovely and friendly too. Happy 😊

The wraps seemed half empty and were not fully wrapped so everything fell out the bottom when I first picked it up. Otherwise good though!

I love the place. It feels great to sip a cup of coffee while studying or reading a book for hours. This is the best cafe in this area. Haven't tasted their food items yet, but the cakes are yummy.

Gorgeous brekkie but didn't get my extra bacon rasher that I paid for. However, still worth it!

The 1 star is for the very basic food and not the staff member who served me. She is not even worthy of a rating. I ordered the 'Beyond Burger & Fries' which is a vegetarian meal and is 920 calories. It was £11.95. The food was ok but the price is clearly expensive. I have been to this café a few times and the food is nothing special. Regarding the staff member who served me, she was very rude. A short woman with black hair whose attitude was completely off and stunk. Judging by the other reviews people shared Tesco Café has a problem with the staff they hire and the staff need disciplining or re-training at the very least! The woman who served me is not the type of person you want to have serving your food. I believe people who work in customer service should be polite and pleasant. Everyone has their off days but they should not let their negativity affect customers and people who have done nothing wrong to them. She had a proper miserable look on her face. It was not pleasant customer service. I do not know why places hire people like this. These people must claim that they have good customer service skills when they clearly do not. I believe food should not be served with a negative energy. These people are not fit to work in food or in any customer service roles where they are dealing with people.

Absolutely terrible. Incorrect items and everything was cold.

Lovely food but this is the second time in a row that the added hash browns I paid for have not been included! I also requested fried toast and this was not done.

A good place, I often come for lunch

We ordered two breakfasts, one vegan and one full-English. Both were delicious and cooked well. We even has two free chocolate wafers thrown in. Would order again.

Food arrived cold, egg was like rubber, hash browns could have broken my teeth. Drinks didn’t arrive with the food. Bad experience all around. Will not use again.

So I have ordered a coffee Americano my partner payed and waited for it as I sat down with my son.She has asked him if I wanted milk with my coffee he wasn’t sure so he said yes which is ok however she has poured the milk in my coffee, then when i Told her i can’t have milk she said well then you need to pay for a new one very odd how she has the right to flavour my coffee even if I wanted to have milk I have the right to decide how much milk I want in my coffee,basic customer service you don’t pour milk or add sugar to the customer coffee even if they want, you give them on the side and they can decide for them self how much they want to have on that day.Poor customer service perhaps some extra training need it.

Ordered an Ultimate breakfast bap, got a bacon bap instead. Couldn't get through to the stores because of very long automated options and then the call failing once I got through to calling them.

Ordered 3full breakfasts came to us cold, sausages weren't cooked properly bacon, the rind on it was still white had to vertically beg for all condiments discussing cost us £16plus gave us one small jug of milk for 3pots of tea had to ask for another discusting.

The food was cold and the bacon was so hard I couldn’t cut it. Not good at all.

First estimates delivery time was 11.10 - 11:25 but food arrived at 11:55. Food was cold, really didn’t enjoy any of it. Cold drink was missing. Really disappointed getting a breakfast order at dinner time. Definitely won’t order here again.

Toast was cold , butter had melted in the box so unusable, bacon tough to eat , milkshake was to thin wanted a thick milkshake, whites of eggs overcooked and black in parts Would order from here again but wouldn’t order the same items

Severely unhappy that the egg was missing from both breakfasts and also one hash brown in each breakfast that’s almost half the breakfast gone something needs to be done about it

Fuming didn’t even get the drinks would t mind it cost me nearly a fiver for 2 drinks 😩

Despite their being 3 members of staff working that day, two were just sat at the back chatting, whilst one was having to do all the work of the rest of them (the 1 took 4 orders in the time it took the two to do one) Also, don't order the black pudding, it's honestly the worst Black Pudding I've ever tasted, cooked within an inch of its life and dense like a brick. Otherwise, rather good if basic food, don't go in expecting a miracle, and then it's worth it.

Everything was cooked really well and it was still hot when delivered.
