Tesco Cafe in Hounslow

Drivers delivery was pleasant, he was welcoming & served with a smile.

Disappointing. Service was slow: "Yes, what do you want?!" The lady cooking rolled her eyes and sighed when I ordered, appeared unhappy about doing her job. When I asked for brown toast, she treated me with disdain. I had cooked breakfast. All perfectly cooked. Poached eggs also ordered - overcooked and rubbery.

No wooden cutlery or straw for my iced latte, but the food was good.

Kept getting delayed and dint arrive until around an hour after I ordered it

The egg had blue marks on it. Unsure what this is but we couldn't eat it.

Asked for an extra hash brown, that was missing. The bun was awful, like it had just been defrosted so was flaky and thin. Not what was expected or pictured

Egg was undercooked, egg was green and gooey, unable to eat and ruined my 2 breakfasts

And the food arrived super cold

By the time it arrived after the delivery time kept changing it was stone cold

Awful customer service with staff on mobile phone ( Taufiq I think his name was) on the shop floor and mediocre food. Genuinely uninterested, no hello, welcome or any sort of welcoming. Makes such a difference who is on duty, I was here previously and the 2 woman made an excellent environment and had fantastic customer service with a smile and see they genuinely were enjoying themselves.

Driver did not check the order and left my drink and muffin

The breakfast bap was lovely but the halloumi/avocado muffin was awful. The muffin was stale, couldn’t bite into it or use a knife and fork on it so couldn’t eat it. Dissatisfied

We ordered two iced drinks and it did not come with straws. The bacon was not crispy- quite disappointed

Got a regular coffee not a mocha

Went for the first time for a random breakfast. Wow, was not disappointed as you all can see. I got also a Strawberry Frappe. There are lots of choices. The ladies there are Aliza and Suzy Manager. You can also see how the Frappe was made in the pictures. Well done. And enjoy you all when you go. Thanks.

Walked in the cafe and the lady served us and we said we would like a x2 breakfast and a coffee and a mango drink and we paid for it and next minute the lady brought us the food and it was the wrong food it was the brunch we couldn't even eat the food and it was the waste of money

They didn't package the coffee properly (like they have done in the past) so it leaked everywhere en route.

This is a tesco cafe in all fairness. However, considering they are situated inside a huge supermarket with perfectly edible food, I am not sure why the food in the cafe is so awful. Myself and a colleague stopped for breakfast on the way back from Heathrow, in what turned out to be our worst decision of the day. He had a full english breakfast, and I had a bacon roll with some chocolate cake. We both had a hot drink too. Firstly the woman serving, was seriously miserable, bordering on plain rude. She served us the drinks fast...then took 20mins to serve the food, by which time the drinks were either going to be drunk, or stone cold. Not ideal either way. The food was a shambles. The bacon used did not taste like or even resemble bacon. The roll was stale. The cake was also stale. This is inexcusable, since the cafe has access to a whole shop full of decent food. My friend said the full english was the worst he had ever had. We left really annoyed, and without a doubt, its the worst food I have eaten so far this year (it is now June)

It always seems like they're forgetting to put ketchup/brownsauce, pepper and salt and cutlery in their bfast. Otherwise it's good.

I regularly order from here as the food variety is actually lovely and tasty, but it’s very inconsistent and any paid extras and part of the order is always missed Off

Awesome and expected although the food does tend to change a little in flavor and texture ,this might be down to keeping it warm in the kitchen awaiting other items i feel that they really try to do the best by their customers so i say "thank you"

Order incomplete, egg was missing from a branch and I got lemon muffin instead of blueberry

I was missing hashbrown and egg. The menu says 2 but I just received one. Menu says fried egg and i ordered 2 additional eggs so should have been 3 but i only got 2. Have ordered from the cafe in the past but never checked and had questions but not gonna do it anymore

I went to this store for the first time in years as i mobed to hayes and use stores near me. but after using this store the other day I will make this store my number one. it is big nice selection very well laid out and the staff are first class .

A hour later & my food was so cold as the driver had many delivery’s before mine

They never read the notes here at feltham. I left a clear note saying no egg. But yet egg arrives all over the food ruining it because I clearly don’t like egg.

Visiting the Immigration Tribunal between Feltham and Hatton Cross or, in my case, the West London Family court into which half of it has been converted can be a lonely business. Especially over lunch as the courts have no catering facilities of their own and a vast Tesco’s supermarket is the only possible destination. Fortunately its cafe has fully re-opened hence availability of not only all-day breakfasts but also burgers, macaroni cheese and the fish and chips I ordered complete with a choice of peas in either a garden or mushy variety. The fish was crisply breaded, the chips fresh and crunchy. With a creamy tartare sauce in a separate bowl what’s not to line for £6.50?

The breakfast I ordered was very poor quality. The baked beans was old and dark looking in colour, looks like it was being held hot for to long ,was not fresh ,the test was also hard as if wS cook long time ago stale ,sausages was also not fresh they was Rubery in texture , These items should be cooked fresh for delivery !!! The food tasted as if was given from a breakfast bar where the food quality is very poor ! I'm am very disappointed in this service 😒

Best cooked breakfast I’ve had in years, and the handwritten note was a perfect touch!

Food was delivered on time, ultimate bap was yummy, vegan breakfast was missing seeded toast which was disappointing and my son wasn't too keen on it, he said the mushroom was not cooked and did not like taste of vegan sausages, so for these reasons i took 2 stars off

I had additional request NO SAUSAGE, instead extra bacon- I’ve been eating breakfast in many places and that never was an issue! Here sausage with delivery. Very disappointed that such a simple request can’t be managed, very poor service.

Food was lovely. Goats cheese and red onion was good.

Let down the chess and ham toast was not toast at all then bap poor it ask you and exa item you pick them but then do not put it in the bap very poor so do not ask me if you not going to put the in the bap the food was hot and nice

Staff were slow, chair got hit by the plate trolley with no acknowledgement from staff. Food was slow and were rude to other customers who asked where it was, their response was 'its cooking '. Plus note, food was nice

Dinner before a flight from Heathrow. We had fish and chips,a slice of cake,and 2 drinks. Value was ok,food was average,and service was terrible. The cafe was quiet,but tables remained dirty. I ordered my fish without peas and with extra lemon,it arrived without implementing my instructions,and was delivered by a woman who could not speak English,making the corrections hard. There were other things,but to sum up value but bad service.

Arrived off international flight early this morning so big breakfast was a yummy treat. Friendly service. Clean.

Came here for lunch on my lunch break jacket potato was barley warm had no butter in it like I asked tasted like it had been heated up from the day before. The seating area was filthy, tables full of dirty plates cups cutlery. Tables were dirty too needed wiping over the floors was really dirty too the chairs could do with a Hoover as well. In the end I asked for a cloth and spray and cleaned it myself. They seemed to be rushing about in the kitchen don’t know why there was only about 6 people there. Won’t be going back. Basic hygiene was missing unfortunatly.

Service has been very slow on several occasionswithout a smile, it seems the staff literally just throw your food together. The portion size for jacket potaoes fillings are so small, the staff don't even bother putting a decent salad together! Its meant to come with a salad...but it was just lettuce...no cucumber, or even tomato. Tables are left filthy with dirty dishes & certain staff have really negative attitude! Infact you're made to feel bad complaining, even though you're paying for the food & have every right to do so. There's no buzzing atmosphere either....just not the best place to meet a friend for a quick bite & catch up as the whole experience leaves you feeling flat tk say the least. Lets hope there's an improvement!
