Poorly cooked food: ordered cheesy chips the cheese was burnt on top and soggy undercooked chips. Oreo milkshake was like water. Very disappointing!

First time trying this place and did not disappoint. Cheaper than McDonald’s and the food is worth every penny. Could not fault it. Only one drawback is the lack of garlic mayo dips. Other than that, this is my new place to go to!!

Food is excellent as always very happy with the food, is better than KFC in my opinion, delivery was couple mins over but that’s fine I’m not complaining.

so I'm reviewing once again for the same reason as last time, my delivery was late, 30 minutes this time and two of my 4 four items were cold. It just sucks because this used to be my favourite place to order from but now twice in a row I've received a partially cold order and both times it was late. Unless the delivery time drastically improves, I don't see myself ordering from here again in the foreseeable future as my food arrives later every time I order.

Chips was cold and soggy and the burger meat was red and under cooked didn’t eat any of it

Best fast food in Leamington spa, food has always been 10/10 hidden Jem this place is, everything I’ve ever ordered has been top quality, all the burgers, must try the chicken wings better than kfc, service has always been good here, compliments to this place

Usually on time and good food but disappointed this time, eaten here a few times before and usually much better.

My order was missing a meal. Spoke to a man at the restaurant and he was absolutely rude. He began to explain what I was saying was wrong before he apologised for me missing an entire order. Another gentleman quickly called me back and first thing he did was apologise and offered to deliver the chicken wings to me within 15 minutes. He delivered them and apologised once again. Tried out the new sauce and it’s amazing. Besides the rude man at the restaurant, my food was good and issue resolved

my food arrived cold, by the time it was meant to be delivered it hadn't even been picked up yet, usually my food arrives on time and piping hot but this is honestly a bit ridiculous, it's not even warm anymore, just straight up cold.

Missing an item but the restaurant are replacing it

Gave me the wrong sized order, contacted them and they said they'd upgrade me next time for free, not sure I'd try them again as they weren't very helpful in solving the issue and I was disappointed

I paid for extra doner meat and there was barely any in my wrap to start with. The wings weren’t spicy and it just wasn’t great. I’ve always rated the burgers but not great for doner wraps

Wouldn’t recommend this place messed my order a few times now portion they gave was tiny, not worth the money and was nasty food quality was horrible paid for sauces that didn’t arrive. Wouldn’t eat here again!!!

Chicken wasnt cooked properly. done way too long so was basically inedible. had to remove it so could eat the rest.

I am disabled can’t get down the stair, this has never been til tonight. The driver left my order out side,l can’t get down the stairs, l wasted my money on this order. He drove off left the food there. I am absolutely disgusted with the service from the shop & the driver.

Ordered at 19:20 it arrived 1 hour and 50 mins late. The restaurant said the driver was really late but the driver says the restaurant was late. Food arrived cold subsequently

Food was so bad. Masala chips. Stone cold and no spice. Looked like they been dipped with fried chicken batter. Chicken in cowboy burger was not edible. So bad i would like a refund

Really nice burger and really good price!

I ordered multiple takeaways from this place and they do not disappoint. Every time I order from here they do not lose the immaculate quality they have. I highly recommend the road-man burger as well as the peri chips, the chicken strips are crispy warm and perfected and the price is an absolute steal. You can not find a takeaway with high quality and low prices anymore but this is a clear exception.

This is ruining my diet...... See ya next week...

Lovely wrap and loaded chips. The only thing I noticed that is different is that I got a smaller portion of loaded chips but the price was the same. Other than that it's great.

The food was good but the delivery person took forever to get to me. Following the map. He went all over the place. Obviously he couldn't follow a map to find the shortest route. He did say it was his first time at the job. Even still, anyone doing this job should have the ability to read a map or actually know the area enough to get to the destinations of their deliveries in the shortest time possible.

The wings were generic frozen wings and were very dry. The burgers weren't made with fresh ingredients, just your standard cash and carry burger. The chips were luke warm. Overall I wasn't impressed.

They say the pleasure is in the anticipation, well this time the pleasure was genuinely in the meal. The burger was delicious to a point I had to leave half of it for the following day as I was full. Still delicious cold the following day. Highly recommended.

Best takeaway in the area for the price, been going since it opened and perfect every time. Always tasty, always hot and always listen to requirements. Would give 10 stars if I could, cannot recommend enough.

I have been eating from Tear a byte since it opened. Good thing is they do standardised recipes. Best burgers they do in town. No body can compete them in Leamington Spa.

Paid for two burgers that were classed as meals and didn’t receive any fries, just individual burgers. It gave me the option of small, regular or large so if the meal didn’t include fries this is very misleading, very disappointed. Near £20 (including deliver fee)for just two burgers is ridiculous.
