Mid week takeaway and a treat as not from the area. Ordered a selection, the pictures looked good. Really disappointed. The dishes were unrecognisable. Watery and so westernised. Flavours almost like a Chinese. Far from the tastes of Thailand.

Not a rip off and tastes authentic. Always come here a couple of times a month. Nice little place 5*

Have lived in Carmarthen for many years and have seen this takeaway but have never been there until today and we were very pleased with the food produced. All of our meals were freshly made, very tasty and there was enough for everyone. I would recommend this takeaway but be prepared to wait as there is only one lady working.

We love having a takeaway from here as it’s always fantastic, however on this occasion the chips were terrible - over cooked, cheap and nasty fries, the bags of prawn crackers were half filled with and there were no spring rolls left. Our Pad See Ew and curry was nice but such a shame about the mentioned.

We have had food from here when first opened and it was lovely so not sure if new ownersThe lady cooking the food was not exactly friendly when we ordered compared to the previous experienceWhen we took our food home it was really disappointing I had the pad Thai with prawns. It was swimming in oil and a tasteless gloop of noodles with four prawns. No nuts on the top. My daughter had another tasteless noodle dish again swimming in oil that she had to season herself at home as so tasteless. We also had the Thai green curry which luckily was nice

Had a take away. Had many different items from the menu. All of which were very tasty. It’s nice to get a meal that has the spices in and not made to be bland for those who don’t like spice. The 5 of us really enjoyed every mouth full of the curries we had. Only downside that we all agreed on was that the Pad Thai was pretty bland and tasteless. Otherwise brilliant. And will get a take away from here again.

This place is amazing! Had large Thai green curry which I think was hot but other people have different tastes but I thought it was great! Egg fried rice, Thai prawn crackers and a Pepsi all for under £10!!!!!! Excellent value! Great taste! I decided to try satay chicken too and it came with a tasty Little pot of sauce. Very satisfied, will definitely return when I get a chance. Highly recommend this place!!!!!! . Notice the empty plates at the end!

I'd heard a lot about this place a really wanted to try their pad Thai ... sadly we picked up our take out and once home noticed that my Pad Thai was very bland and colourless.. the real shock was thay within only had half a spring onion, 3 peices of chicken, no egg, no beadsprouts, no chillie, no lime, one mushroom ... and after asking for extra nuts ... still only had a tiny amount within. The satay sauce was lovely but the tiny tiny pot of sauce (less than 1.5 tbls) was only enough for one or two peices and not the 3 sticks they give per portion. as the chicken was not coated in satay before hand it too became bland once the pot was empty. I will say that the egg fried rice was literally the best I've possibly ever had and full of amazing flavour.so in short, they seem to scrimp on ingredients which seriously let's their food down but when they do apply the right mix (satay sauce, egg fried rice ect) it's amazing. please buy bigger pots for your take away sauces and please don't scrimp on pad Thai essentials as it's not fair to pay over £6 for a tub of basic almost plan noddles.... hopefully others will get more than just fried noodles with barely any chicken and nuts.:(

We love Thai food so we're very keen to try this place when on holiday. It was reasonably priced and so tasty. The egg fried rice was delicious, as were the spring rolls and crackers. We wish our holiday was longer so that we could eat here again.

The wife and I spotted this "cafe" in the centre of new Carmarthen. We tried it for lunch. Having spent several years living in the Far East it was refreshing to be taken back to those days. The atmosphere resembled a good quality hawker stall and the food was extraordinary good if not slightly tuned for the UK. Highly recommended we shall return.

Thought we would give this place a try and ordered a takeaway. Notwithstanding that a takeaway meal does not really compare with an eat-in equivalent, this was very disappointing. The stir fry vegetables were soft and a little mushy, we had boiled rice instead of the fried rice that was ordered, there were no prawns or even a taste of prawns in the Pad Thai Chicken / Prawn and there was very little taste in any of the dishes.Won't be back.

Agree with most reviews so far. This is a true gem of a place, which we discovered by chance and returned to three times in our SW Wales visit. The Tom Yam soup was HUGE and the curries were really gorgeous. I have been to many Thai restaurants all over the world - where I paid 5 times more - but none were as good as this place.£6 per main with rice is spectacular value for this quality of food.

More takeaway than a dining restaurant but you could sit down at one of the bar style counters and eat in if you wanted to. Great value. tasty meals and they don't skimp on the chicken! I'd go back, which is recommendation enough.

Only found the place a couple of weeks ago and have been twice already! Excellent Thai food. Small menu but enough choice. My husband and I have had four different meals over the 2 visits and all have been perfect. Freshly cooked and very tasty, The spring rolls were the best I've tasted. Well worth a visit.

I was recommended to this place by the landlady of a local pub. It closes at 7.30 and only has a small menu but it was well finding as the food was fantastic. Freshly cooked by the young lady behind the counter you could have several Thai staples served with rice for £5.50 or a larger portion for an extra pound.Absolute quality and worth every pennyWell done
