Taste in Leeds

I love this place, close to our office and the menu just keeps getting better. The owner is always welcoming and very attentive. Everything on the menu has a known/considered provenience - even the fantastic tartar sauce on the fantastic home made fish finger butty is home made. Menu has a great selection - whether you need a light breakfast or something more bacon based to help with a hangover. Lunch menu is equally as good. Toasted wraps are fab, and the jacket potatoes with home made baked beans is really nice. Service is prompt - ideal for lunch breaks. I'm a huge fan.

Its a small quiet cafe, but if you’re in the city I would definitely recommend! I tried the hash browns with maple bacon, bbq beans and poached egg and it was delicious! I will be back to try the pancakes

Lovely independent cafe defiantly worth a visit. Great for breakfast, lunch or an afternoon snack and a break away from the office.

He estado aquí un par de veces para el desayuno. Encantadora comida fresca en un hermoso patio, un poco alejado de todo, pero vale la pena buscarlo. Volveré.

Fui a almorzar un día y me encanta el ambiente de la cafetería. Sharon es increíble con los clientes y el personal es realmente amable! La comida era fresca y sabrosa:) La pequeña sesión al aire libre es ideal para relajarse durante el almuerzo. También tomé café y un pequeño flapjack descarado al final y no me arrepiento, ya que fue increíble! ¿Deffo va a tener otro flapjack en mi próxima visita?

I’ve been to Taste a few times for business meetings and catch ups with friends. I’ve never been disappointed! The service is friendly and quick, the food tastes great with an ever changing menu and vegan options. And the courtyard is amazing for the summer. It’s worth the short walk from the city centre for sure!

Fantastic little place, good coffee and great food. Me and the other half poped in for a quick coffee and a bite and she is Vegan and had loads of choice from the menu. I can definitely recommend the eggy bread.
