Stopped off for coffee and tea. Lovely spot in a nice location, family run business and everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Food looks delicious too, well worth checking out if you're passing!

12 Bridge streetHave had Pignut on my radar for a while and we came in for a family lunch over Easter. It was a wonderful meal - very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are clearly passionate about their work. Especially interesting but tasty wine choices.

The Square Maltongate, Thornton-Le-Dale, North York Moors National Park EnglandReally friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The pizzas were fantastic as was the service. A hidden gem in a beautiful village.

Taphouse 10A YorkersgateThe Brass Castle Tap House is typical of the genre and is reasonably roomy and nicely done out. Obviously, real ales are the principal raison d’etre here and from the ones on offer we chose the best bitter which was in excellent condition and very good. The atmosphere was also very nice and we enjoyed our visit.
