Me and partner thought try it out, my partners food was just about warm wraps were really soft for the price wouldn't really recommend just tasted like chilli con carne especially the beef staff weren't much communication between customers

Waited over an hour for food via uber eats. Rang the restaurant to be told several orders have been stolen by Uber Eats drivers! They refused to help us in any way. No food and out of pocket. Disgusting service, first and last time

Ordered at the self-service, and the food was pretty quick. All tables were messy, and bits of food and trays left there. The food was a massive letdown, as I've not been to any other taco bell I don't know if it was an issue at this store or just what taco bell is like generally. The food was very dry and the fillings of the burrito and taco was very minimal. The fries were okay and the churros were nice. The layout of the seating seems a bit strange and makes it feel a little like a workplace cafeteria. Also the price for the amount of food is just not worth it. Disappointing experience and will not be coming back. Also, personally, i didn't have any issues with staff, but I heard one of the servers be completely rude with an elderly couple.

Overall we had no issues with food, all requests were fulfilled and the food was fine. 3 stars due to the self order machines. We did a big order on the touch screen with lots of customisations only to get to the end and it to say there was a error. We had to start again at the counter and this wasted a good 10 minutes.

I would like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred recently at your establishment. Upon placing my order, I noticed that the manager, Waheed, was not wearing gloves while handling food and exhibited unhygienic behavior by scratching his face, wiping his mouth, and touching his face before handling food. When I asked for a refund, I was informed that it was not permissible, despite the fact that my order had not been prepared or served. When I raised my concerns about the unhygienic behavior and requested a refund, the manager was dismissive and disposed of my receipt. I made the manager aware that I had recorded the incident and confronted him about his dishonesty. Once I openly recorded the situation and mentioned the manager's name and the store, he suddenly agreed to provide a refund. I find this behavior unacceptable for several reasons: 1. I requested a refund before my food had been prepared. 2. Handling food without gloves is unsanitary. 3. Touching the face and then handling food demonstrates poor hygiene practices. 4. Providing false information to customers regarding the refund policy is disrespectful. I am considering reporting this matter to the food hygiene agency due to concerns about the general handling of food at your establishment. If this is how the manager handles food in the public area, it raises questions about his conduct when not under public scrutiny.

Rather small portions than what was expected

Was excited to see a Taco Bell open locally. I have to say though, the experience was rather disappointing. I ordered the Tacos with fries. The food was bland and dry, the taco shell was very hard, and broke into hard shards and one did stick into my gum. Not nice at all. Not at all like my food experience in the USA

Never been to a taco bell allways wanted to try. 1st off the place is mess there is a guy cleaning (very polite cleaner) but it was like they left it untill last min to clean. I started speaking to the young girl behind till and the language barrier was challenging but we was getting by then someone comes to collect something so half way through our conversation/order she just walks off and starts speaking to him! made me angry so I used self serve the only sound in here is fans wiring and chairs scrapping, need music, Food was OK I guess just expected more from the hype Ordered full burrito in the end instead of the saver one and I was expecting bigger but it wasn't. It was tasty though

Went in for the first time the other day and the place was a dive. Food on the floor all under the tables, had to go up to the counter and ask someone to clean tables as all empty ones were covered in either food, sauce or people’s rubbish. The atmosphere overall wasn't welcoming and the food was NOT of quality for the price.

I don’t know why Taco Bells in the UK get so much hate. I ordered the taco supreme meal and the meat was nice and had good flavouring. The portion sizes were decent for the price and it was enough food for me. The only negative I have is the churros are really tough. It’s not amazing but it’s not terrible - personally I prefer it to the other fast food chains

The food was nice, but the dine in experience was not so nice. The place was dirty. Tables not getting cleaned and even when they did clean them only half were getting wiped. Not hygienically nice to eat in. No tissues available. No staff visible a few working but all busy with food orders.

I'm not sure if this franchise is aware that tacos and burritos are supposed to have a filling. What they serve can more accurately be described as "lettuce in a wrap". The machines don't work (or didn't when I went in) so after placing your order, you have to tell the staff what you ordered so they can tell you your order number anyway. The churros were impossible to eat due to the fact that they seemed to be several weeks old. Taco Bell doesn't seem to have a customer service because when you submit a customer service enquiry the website takes you to a blank page and the "contact us" section says "page cannot be displayed. Update: been here for a second time several months later. The food is just as bad and I still think they're using the same batch of churos as they're still inedible. After receiving an abysmal amount of filling in both my taco and burrito I presented them to the manager without saying anything. The manager wasn't happy with the presentation of the food and said it would be made again. I informed him that although the smashed up taco was badly presented, my issue was that I'd just paid £9 for some lettuce in a taco shell and an empty piece of bread. The manager informed me that the quantities were correct and that the remade food would be the same, so I had a refund instead and will not be returning.

The food here is always amazing and delivered fast but we have had something missing the last three times - usually just a chips or a can of pop but this time a burrito, chips, can, and one order was beef instead of the specified black beans. Makes me hesitant to order when someone in the office might end up without no food!!

Didn't know anyone ordering through just eat need a special bag just to collect the food so they can eat. Total letdown. The tacos were a disaster basically a small wrap full of lettuce. I mean the food looked nothing like the pictures and portions were pathetic for the price. Tablets were not clean had to get some paper and clean myself and staff did not seem interested more busy chatting to themselves. Avoid!

We used to come here for the cinema and eat in the many lovely restaurants but no more. The whole place is so run down and dirty, we never eat here nowadays. However, we did go this week for the cinema and... 1. just about managed to park, it was chaotic 2. Took 25 minutes to get our cinema tickets as the staff were so incompetent, there was a large queue and they were so slow and uncaring 3. Every staff member we encountered was either lazy or rude 4. When watching the film several people at various stages took out their iphones which was very annoying and should be monitored. It's been a long time since we went to Star City and it will be even longer next time. Such a shame as it was really nice when first opened but management very poor nowadays.

I think they stopped the plant based meat as can't see it anymore as option to replace the meat. guess I won't be ordering from her, ever again. was good as long as it lasted. good bye forever and from a customer that ordered regularly.

Mmmmkay, so, if you order the crunchy taco, it’ll probably be falling apart by the time it gets to you as a result of the grease soaking into the shell, and the portion sizes are a little disappointing. Aside from that, the flavour is great, and I would order again.

order was incomplete the tango orange 330 ml and the pepsi 330 ml weren’t there, also two of the quesadilla cravings boxes requested no lettuce but only one of them was done so, overall disappointed at the combination of issues in a fairly simple order

First time trying Tacos to be honest they were ok

To be honest it wasn’t the delivery time i’m annoyed about it’s how the food came when i opened up the tacos i looked at them and didn’t even wanna eat them they came all greasy and soggy and the cheese was even greasy and soggy,i ordered 2 hard shell tacos and they were all the floppy,sticking to the paper,then when i got it out it was all ripping apart,the tacos were just wet and look like they’ve been sitting for about 2 days etc but this has made me go off tacos as i was hungry and did want

tacos were 90% lettuce, hardly any meat in them, so not worth the money. churros were also on the skimpy side, probably half a donut, so not good value at all.

Quite spacious atmosphere. Friendly staffs. Very Hygienoc area. Well done team. Food was hot and crispy, and fresh. Parking is free in this area. It is part of star city, so you can also enjoy other leisures in there. Compared to other restaurants, it seems quite reasonable in terms of price and quantity.

Just stopped serving plant based options. It’s 2024!!!! This was my new favourite food outlet but after travelling over to buy food today and being told Taco Bell have stopped their plant menu, I’m gutted. Won’t be eating there again!!!!

Food arrived in a reasonable time. Quality of food was poor, missing items from set meal, food was cold and very lacking of a filling. Have tried Taco Bell from another location and the quality and portions were adequate, this particular branch is poor. Won’t be having food from this venue again.

If you like flavourful food then this isn’t the place lol, I wanted to like it but it was below mediocre. First on the positives, place was spacious and had a lot of seating and the staff we accommodating however once the food had arrived it went downhill from there. We got the crunchy beef taco and soft shell taco, the meat had zero flavour, you could only taste the salt and cheese and it left a bad aftertaste also. The fries were nice though and the churros were alright too, it was a shame that there was no chocolate sauce since they had given caramel sauce. Overall I’d give the food a two. You’d be better off making your own taco at home with the Old El Paso taco kit. Honestly the food was bad…
