DIDNT GIVE ME MY CHIPS THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE NOW 3 sets of chips

On time and everything still kind of hot , but bro im missing the other half of my meal for 2 cravings meal a supreme crunch rap 2 quasodia and 1 fries aswell as one beefy nacho wrap, crazy never had this that bad before (the fact they missed half my order) wow

Everything came freezing cold and took over and hour and a half to be delivered, won’t be ordering again

ordered food at 5:45pm and my food arrived at 7:25pm. Food was stuck to the paper and was freezing cold, not the best experience

The food was freezing ( chicken and the chips ) so wasn’t eaten also was given no sause which i paid extra for.

The food was average, the crunch wrap wasn’t sealed as usual. The JustEat driver was very rude. He phoned me and without saying anything said “come downstairs now, your food”. To which, in shock, I said excuse me and he responded “I’m waiting outside come collect food”. When I met him he said “I need the code” and held the food behind his back. I repeated the code 5 times whereby he handed me the food, muttering under his breath.

Been here so many times , food is always stale and under seasoned or cooked. The maintenance on the place is also awful, looks like it's rarely cleaned, at least properly cleaned..

The chips were awful. Dry, like they were old and reheated. Everything was cold.

Place was filthy. Drinks were warm and ice machine was broken. No toilet facilities (out of order). A massive fail. Food was ok.

Taco bell kinda sucks but its definitely satisfying :^) Delivery driver was a legend

Wraps are stale, chips are under seasoned, drinks were warmer than the food, disgusting, the staff were just screaming music lyrics for no reason and talking about customers offensively. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too.

it would’ve been good, just not very happy with the fact more then half of my food was missing. it was quite upsetting as it was for my kids suppers and now they had to end up share two tacos and the one chips together.

Food is definitely overpriced. Can make better at home for cheaper. Unlimited refills which is a plus. Staff friendly but zero atmosphere due to being pretty much empty - i can see why

Absolutely appalling customer service, waited two hours with delays every twenty minutes on the expected delivery time, we then tried CONSTANTLY calling the number and when we get through no one answers. Just now as I’m typing we’ve received a notification that the meal is delivered, it has not been, no knock, no text, not left on the doorstep or our flat reception it’s a joke and our money has been taken, this is completely ridiculous.

Order was about an hour late and missing some items. However, meal was great, and only slightly greasy, so thank you x

He was supposed to leave the food infront of my door and it’s not there

As per usual they sent only one drink when two were ordered. We ended up with a bottle of water instead of the two can of juice ordered. They have never to date managed to send the right or correct drinks. In spite of coming quickly the food was cold. And we didn’t get the caramel sauce with the churros.

Don’t usually make reviews for such trivial experiences but I have to make this one in the hope something gets done about it… The place is filthy, utterly. The touch screen kiosks are the first thing I noticed. Each one is leathered with finger prints, smeared with sauce etc. it’s disgusting. And I frequented here once last week and the week previous; just the same so not a one off clearly. After my observation there I couldn’t help but notice the state of the floor both in the actual kitchen and on the other side of the till where you would wait for your food. I used to work in a kitchen and honestly, if I was leaving the place in a state like that I’d have been sacked and the place have been shut down. Serious. There’s a lot of young people working there and nobody is obviously very clearly not taking charge. There is a general smell of uncleanliness in the place as well which is pretty disgusting given the mess you can already see in front of you while you’re trying to decide on what to eat. The food is alright, never thought it was that great but that’s personal opinion. They are wearing the appropriate PPE however when preparing food, including latex gloves.

Me encantan los tacos pero omg el lugar es asqueroso es tan sucio. Todo el lugar necesita una buena limpieza. La coca estaba caliente ya que la máquina de hielo no funcionaba. Contrata a un limpiador Taco Bell y abre los asientos abajo de nuevo.

Still amazes me how people can mess up the simplest of orders The food can be good but when you order 4 items and they can’t get that right is beyond a joke There is absolutely nothing technical or difficult about making an order of some tacos/burritos etc Literally the only thing you have to do is make what is requested in the order, couldn’t be any further from rocket science

I waited 2 hours for the delivery and it kept getting delayed, the food arrived stone cold, churros rock hard and tacos looking like someone spewed in them, absolutely disgusting and definitely will never order again. This is far below the level of standard. Not even the dog wanted to eat the beef. Let’s not forget to mention half of the order was missing.

The food arrived cold and due to that the taste wasn’t as good as it could have been if it was hot. The food itself was not amazing but not bad at all either. We are almost all of it, don’t really like the twists but that’s just us personally.

Food was cold. Restaurant had a mouldy smell. No interaction from server other than telling me how much I owed. I asked about mayo and it was as if I was bothering him. Although cold though food tasted good.

Dear guy who was made order 58 for take away today ,I want 5£ pounds back from you, because you are not able to put 2 portions of fries in a bag,also you have a disgusting personality in the front of the customer, if you are in a bad mode stay home or get other job ,nobody have to support a crew like you, it was my last time in the location, totally ashamed ! Also no halapenio and sour cream in the burrito!

¡Nunca más! Primera vez en una campana de tacos y será la última. El lugar estaba sucio y olía (debería haber salido en ese punto). Las patatas fritas eran exiguas e insípidas. Burrito estaba bien, estaba bien. La bebida estaba caliente y no había hielo. Solo tres mesas y un banco para comer y estaban llenos de asientos en las escaleras estaban bloqueados por un contenedor. No su mejor hora seguramente evitará la próxima vez.

They keep taking 1 item from us everytime we order. Please FIX THIS!
