Taco Bell in Aberdeen City

Quick service, food was fresh, and the place was clean. Exactly what you'd expect.

Just got a delivery and they completely messed up the order or they put the wrong delivery order note on the wrong bag. we ordered a total of òver £40 and not even half that turned up. Complete let down. Will not be ordering again. U complete waste of time and money the sooner u close ur doors for good the better if u can't even put the right label on a bag, how are we supposed to trust u can read the order infront of u, what happens next time when u have a customer with strict dietary need can we trust u to read the label again then.. nah I don't think so..

Chips are hit or miss on whether theyll be cold or soggy.

the taco meat was cold and bland. other than that, my experience was good.

Every time I have ordered food here I have never gotten an order correct, always something missing or they got something wrong with my food. the food tastes decent enough anyways, just tastes of cheap meats and slightly stale wraps.

Food is cold! Driver doesn't have a thermal bag! Portions are small! Never again! Also late for 20 minutes!

Food was cold when it arrived. Missing churros, quesadillas and paid for dips. Disappointed as know have to fight for a refund of the missing items.

Not too happy, i ordered a mountain dew which I had to pay extra for on my meal, which wasn't in my delivery. my food was also lukewarm, but don't blame the driver for that. he was here in good time and was very respectful and kind, and actually came to my door, which doesn't usually happen with your drivers I must say doesn't happen often

cinnamon twist tasted awful. tasted like they were cooked in old , stale oil. first time ordering from Taco Bell, possibly the last TBH.

Food was ice cold n was missing the chips

Its always quick and always consistent. Sadly, they consistently miss at least one item from every order. If we order two of the same item on one order, one of them is guaranteed to be missing.

TERRIBLE! Pre ordered came 20mins late! And when I opened the bag it was a completely different order. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Now I'm left starving at work!

Food was freezing and missing items

delicious, myself and the twelve year old demolished it. .

Fries were cold and hard, also was missing the order of 5 chicken nachos.

Food cold, half portion of chips, taco had filling spilled all over the bag, missing sauce.

I did not received one of the ordered position which has been refundeed but I did not received sauce and dessert from craving meal but I could not report that as there is just option to tick that I do not received whole meal.

I could see the driver passed us twice before doubling back. I think the driver needs to see the map I can see

I have waited for her 2 hours and now it’s saying my food has been delivered when it has not. There is no contact number and I have just spent 28 pound on something I haven’t received with no help at all.

On time and everything still kind of hot , but bro im missing the other half of my meal for 2 cravings meal a supreme crunch rap 2 quasodia and 1 fries aswell as one beefy nacho wrap, crazy never had this that bad before (the fact they missed half my order) wow

The food was average, the crunch wrap wasn’t sealed as usual. The JustEat driver was very rude. He phoned me and without saying anything said “come downstairs now, your food”. To which, in shock, I said excuse me and he responded “I’m waiting outside come collect food”. When I met him he said “I need the code” and held the food behind his back. I repeated the code 5 times whereby he handed me the food, muttering under his breath.

Been here so many times , food is always stale and under seasoned or cooked. The maintenance on the place is also awful, looks like it's rarely cleaned, at least properly cleaned..

The chips were awful. Dry, like they were old and reheated. Everything was cold.

Place was filthy. Drinks were warm and ice machine was broken. No toilet facilities (out of order). A massive fail. Food was ok.

Wraps are stale, chips are under seasoned, drinks were warmer than the food, disgusting, the staff were just screaming music lyrics for no reason and talking about customers offensively. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too.

Food is definitely overpriced. Can make better at home for cheaper. Unlimited refills which is a plus. Staff friendly but zero atmosphere due to being pretty much empty - i can see why

Absolutely appalling customer service, waited two hours with delays every twenty minutes on the expected delivery time, we then tried CONSTANTLY calling the number and when we get through no one answers. Just now as I’m typing we’ve received a notification that the meal is delivered, it has not been, no knock, no text, not left on the doorstep or our flat reception it’s a joke and our money has been taken, this is completely ridiculous.

As per usual they sent only one drink when two were ordered. We ended up with a bottle of water instead of the two can of juice ordered. They have never to date managed to send the right or correct drinks. In spite of coming quickly the food was cold. And we didn’t get the caramel sauce with the churros.

Don’t usually make reviews for such trivial experiences but I have to make this one in the hope something gets done about it… The place is filthy, utterly. The touch screen kiosks are the first thing I noticed. Each one is leathered with finger prints, smeared with sauce etc. it’s disgusting. And I frequented here once last week and the week previous; just the same so not a one off clearly. After my observation there I couldn’t help but notice the state of the floor both in the actual kitchen and on the other side of the till where you would wait for your food. I used to work in a kitchen and honestly, if I was leaving the place in a state like that I’d have been sacked and the place have been shut down. Serious. There’s a lot of young people working there and nobody is obviously very clearly not taking charge. There is a general smell of uncleanliness in the place as well which is pretty disgusting given the mess you can already see in front of you while you’re trying to decide on what to eat. The food is alright, never thought it was that great but that’s personal opinion. They are wearing the appropriate PPE however when preparing food, including latex gloves.
