Bill's Wok Inn in Aberdeen City

This is the fifth time in the last few months we have had a delivery. Excellent food and service. Would definitely recommend.

Great service driver very pleasant

Absolutely first class food (except for the chips - they weren't great). The rest of our delivered food was very tasty, hot, and my beef curry was nicely spicy. We WILL return again. Thanks 👍

Normally enjoy the food however on this occasion the prawn toasts were soggy and too greasy, poor quality for £5, the meat on the noodles pork overcooked and the texture of bones, the chicken was soggy and breadcrumbed, not pleasant at all

the ribs were great,I ordered the house special fried rice & you gave me house special noodles instead.no big deal,I still ate it all.😃

Usually high standard of quality food , this order was poor , satay sticks tough chicken , garlic prawns soggy and not a lot of taste , mushrooms were swimming in a sauce rather than on their own .

As good as their usual high standard

Ordered chicken fried rice and a chow mein. First time ordering from here and the food was awful. Chow mein was so bland, chicken was dry and veg not cooked. Had to add soy sauce at home and still couldn’t eat it. Partner had chicken fried rice and said the same, completely tasteless and chicken was very dry-almost old. Definitely won’t order again- costly mistake!

The starters were fine, however the chicken in the main was clearly off. it smelled metallic and muddy on opening the tub. It also had an odd slimy texture. Went straight in the bin. It was very clearly off.

Food was very nice! First time trying here with a justeat gift card i received. Food was hot on arrival everything was lovely thank you we really enjoyed it.

Loved the food but when I order 2 chips and 1 curry sauce I dont expect to get 2 curry sauce and one chips. While I love curry sauce it's no good if you don't get enough chips....just can't see how you can mix up sauce with chips.

usual ‘we are busier then usual’ faff it’s friday night , go figure!! driver told us she could have taken our order on her previous run. Obviously they made a mistake but were too tight to admit it and make amends.

Over 2 hours for my food! Ordered at 1720, texted them asking for an update at 1902 and they said it would arrive at 1905. 40 minutes later it arrived... Just terrible, I've never been so annoyed at a delivery place.

Ordered the food over 2 hours ago and it’s still not arrived. The journey is less than 10 mins. Totally unacceptable. Impossible to get through to the restaurant as well as they don’t answer the phone.

Placed an order @ 5.30 and told it would be about an hour for delivery. Called at 7.10 as hadn’t turned up and was told it was on the way. Called again at 7.50 as still hadn’t turned up and was then told we don’t have your order. First time using this Chinese and won’t be using again

Food 32 mins late. Half the order missing. What was delivered was of poor quality and inedible. I drive to Bills Wok In amd was met with poor rehearsed excuses from the nervous looking young lady on the counter then to be met by a senior member of staff whom ranted at me saying the food was not late according to some print out!! I received another order which had the original duck order in it and the missing items. Not impressed with customer service. Wasted over an hour of my own time, won’t be

The lateness was not an issue as I ordered for a time I knew I was going to be home as I was out when placed order.

Sweet sour sauce somehow tasted like BBQ sauce. Shredded chilli beef came in a strange BBQ sauce. The shredded beef pieces were so burnt they tasted like tiny used BBQ briquettes. Food so bad it's amusing. Imagine a chef out back cooking from a BBQ so drunk he can't taste anymore. Ate it all and kept it down so keep the £16 BBQ bill as a toast to you for staying open so long

Ordered at 1720 with an 1810 delivery time … food arrived at 1915 … food cold and poor quality. Cannot even get through by telephone as Fusion do not answer their phone. Got some service issues for sure.

Second time we have ordered firstly off my partner's account to this hotel ordered dinner before 7 hours and half later it arrived chips were soggy but hot. Can't fault the food though it's delicious.

Food was over half an hour late, Also we had some specified (the same as we normally do), to have no vegetables in the fried rice, satay skewers or fried noodles. Unfortunately I presume because they were busy we ended up with vegetables in with the skewers and the fried noodles. The chicken balls were also over cooked. Definitely disappointed as normally it’s good from here

I was in Aberdeen for a course and decided to try this Chinese takeaway despite some negative reviews, and I'm thrilled I did! The food was absolutely excellent and arrived right on time. I was initially dubious due to the negative posts, but my experience was nothing short of excellent. The service was outstanding, and the food was delightful. I can safely say you can ignore the negative reviews; this place is a gem! Highly recommend.
