Opening times online are different from actual opening times. Drove in after an event as online said they close at 11pm to arrive and it was closed at 10pm. Frustrating.

Used to really enjoy Taco Bell but every-time I have ordered from here it’s just gotten worse. Always missing things from my order and the food is very mediocre. Thankfully I order through just eat so I can get a refund for my missing items.

Says it’s open at 11am, it’s not it’s open at 12. Please change google opening times! Also a number of prices were cheaper on the board where you order thru the drive thru than on my receipt!! I asked to speak to the manager and she refused… this place needs sorting out

I’m impressed with the flavor of the meat in comparison to americas tacobells , but it was very poorly made..

Sadly this doesn't live up to the hype. I've yet to see more than 3 people inside and, after trying the food, I can understand why. There are several places that make far superior mexican food so give the limp burritos and bland tacos from here a wide berth. The staff in contrast are very helpful and deserve better food to serve

Their a load of theifs. we order £30 worth of stuff being 2x quesadilla box meals and only received one with the wrong king of quesadilla, we order 3 burritos 2x nacho burritos and 1 volcano burritos instead we got 3x chicken burritos, we ordered 4 tacos 2x soft shell tacos and 2x crunchy beef tacos and they gave us 1 soft shell beef taco and they gave us 2 cheese roll ups we didn't order. The only thing they got right was the drinks being water and Pepsi. I recommend everyone stays far away from this place. Because after speaking to alot people they have all had the same problem. I would suggest instead going to union street taco bell as I usually go there and they have never messed up anything. I would understand a thing or two being wrong but not the whole order. We even walked all the way down there to try to get them to fix the order and they had decided to shut early by 30 minutes.

The food was amazing,everything tasted fresh and the staff where lovely and so kind ,would definitely recommend and will return soon

The food was not satisfying. It was my first time visiting taco bell and my last.

I went to Taco Bell with my pal the other day to get a take away to have at home. It’s my first time getting in ages as been away and so happy to be back and able to get more taco bells now. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and food it’s even better than last time. The fact you can get a cravings meals for 2,3 or 4 people is such a good deal. We got a cravings meal for 2 for for 14.99 in store which is a good price for the amount you get for two people. Highly recommend and definitely will be back.

Just drove through the drive though and 2 gentlemen served me. They were very lovely. had great manners and over all great customer service. i unfortunately didn’t get their names. Then the food came and it was really good!! the best taco bell i’ve ever had. fries were fresh and the mince was actually hot. Amazing staff and food guys!! Good job!!💜💜

Been a couple of times and its always really quiet and empty. Foods about as good as you'd expect from a fast food joint.

The staff were too busy laughing and joking around and forgot my order! Very disappointed.

Kids love it but it's not very wise having a KFC right next to taco Bell. I reckon they will close their shop in the next year or so. It's always empty when I pass and go in. Their isn't a path that leads to the shop. You have to cross the drive thru roundabout to get in. Not very well thought out

One out of the four self-service machines worked, noone taking orders at the tills. Restaurant was freezing, their was ine car in the drive through as we came in noone else in the sore & it took 20 minutes to recieve our food. Food taisted nice. However, the chips were cold! And the other four people came in after and never for their food for a good 20 minutes after order too. They seemed to prioritise the just eat and diliveroo guys rather than the customers standing before them. Also, music in the restaurant was good. However, the gangster rap music coming out of the kitchen was louder and not very relaxing when trying to eat before making a journey back to Inverness. Next time we will try Union Street as the food tasted nice, but this particular restaurant was a letdown.

First time trying taco bell and it was amazing. The only faults I had was that the toilets weren't very clean and it was rather cold when we sat in to eat. Other than that, everything was up to standards.

Always quick service, hot food and it always seems to be quiet - a shame too as seems the best of the Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. If I could critique one thing the cheese sauce for 99p seems very stingy

I've visited Taco Bell on multiple occasions now. The service was fast and efficient. There was plenty of space to sit down and wait for your order to be prepared. The restaurant was clean and Tidy. From what I could observe, good hygiene practices were being carried out. The food wast hot and delicious it's definitely my Favourite Fast Food Restaurant now.

Really poor portions as last time I tried, but really badly presented. Most of the pitiful continents were in bag not the shell. Order was correct this time unlike last, but I don't think we'll be back.

Had many dine in and takeaway from hear from last year to now much improved only thing when dine in can take a while to be served from a employee I no they have machines that do it I prefer to be served better to communicate food is not all over the place like before and last few time you get what you pay for cheap and cheerful.

Seemed to be the staff were too young, waited quite a time to get order in. Place wasn't that clean and a bunch of young lads came in after being thrown out of KFC and ran amok. Food was OK but not that good that I would rush back

Shocked at how bad this was. Place felt unhygienic. Food below par, lack of filling a disgrace. The male staff member who served us was miserable. Toilets were rank with half of them not even lockable.

Worst takeaway restaurant ever!! This Taco Bell has the worst management and staff there is, I don’t know how this is being allowed to happen time after time. I have ordered from this place a few times through just eat and every single time the order is wrong or missing items! I just don’t get how they manage to forget items every single time. It’s a shame because I like the food but so disappointing to have missing items and nothing is being done to rectify it

Couldn't be more disappointed with this place. Every single time I've ordered a delivery from here (apart from the first time) there have been items missing & there is no telephone number for Grt Northern site. Not only are there always items missing I called the number online to complain which didn't give the option to speak to any1. I e-mailed Taco Bell, they pointed me in the direction of Just Eat who delivered my items. I find that VERY unfair as my issue is with Taco Bell NOT Just Eat. Every time I've ordered I've politely asked in the comment box if they could send all items I've ordered. VERY UNHAPPY esp with the fact this is my childs favourite take away 😤😡

I have left my original review at the end of this updated one. What a joke it has become with slow processes and little care for how the customer is treated. Even through Deliveroo this branch cannot satisfy orders. On writing this and having been promised a 20 minute delivery time I am at 75 minutes. The food is not good enough to excuse this service. OLD REVIEW. I've heard a lot of negative stories from this Taco Bell franchise location, but you won't get one from me! I've had 3 home deliveries and 2 take aways now and the food has been warm to hot each time and exactly the standard it should be. Granted its not Michelin star food, but it isn't trying to be and honestly I think it is pretty tasty. No issues at all for me! The staff were pretty friendly which is rare from a fast food place

The food here is usually great and continues to be. However for the second time in a row I have not received items with my order and only realised once i’ve got home. This is unacceptable and the staff should take extra care to make sure all items are with an order. Considering I paid for them.

Possibly my worst fast food experience. This was my first visit to Taco Bell in the UK and it will probably be my last. I had a Volcano Burrito Cravings Box 1348 kcal., which contained Volcano Burrito, Crunchy Beef Taco, Two Churros with caramel dip, Seasoned Regular Fries and a drink. The burrito and taco were small. The taco was oily. Both had too much cheese and not much else. Small and unattractive premises. Seating not distributed to enable customers to sit apart from others. Tables and floor not very clean. The girl who took the order was friendly and helpful though. Otherwise, no stars at all.

I'm not a fan of taco bell. I find the food overly salty and correspondingly over priced. Each to their own I suppose

First time eating at Taco Bell and expecting good tasty food as I know this company is very popular in America. Unfortunately, I was seriously underwhelmed by the food quality and flavour. The Staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, also offered to accomodate a small variation in our food. Sadly, the decoration in the seating area was uninspiring and uninviting. It looks like an old shop but it's only been operating since the lockdown was lifted. Regarding the food, the taco itself was extremely greasy and the wrap had no salad or vegetables at all. The chips pack a punch in their seasoning but went cold quite fast. The desert cinnamon rings were stone cold and left a smell in my hands that was hard to wash out.

Staff barely acknowledged our existence, food was tasty but not mind blowing. Though the cinnamon twists were really nice. The toilets were not clean in the slightest.

First time...Served in a friendly manner.. food didnt take long. Was nice food. Althou not as nice a advert pics.. but they very rarely are tbh..The place was really disgusting and required a full clean.. floor tables walls counters juice machine ordering screens.. windows..... on that basis be reluctant to return...

Very long wait for our food twice we’ve been there. Staff were nice but confused. Not sure I’ll be going back

Me and my family came here a few days ago around 11:30am went straight for the hand sanitizer it was not topped up so could not get any, went to order the food on the touch screen menu but it was covered in 100s of finger prints and dirt was obviously not cleaned even though they had not long just opened so should have been cleaned before doors open, went to get baby high chair and they was all covered in left over food from the day before every single one so I had to clean one myself then went to order food while the whole crew of staff was all sitting talking at the front when they could have been cleaning the stuff I had to do I'm guessing the manager was not here at the time? If they were you guys need a new manager I was stressing out just listening to them all chatting away when I knew so much stuff needed cleaned anyway food was decent only reason for the 2 stars or it would of been just 1 and I never give bad reviews please check! What a shame for taco bell this place is giving it a bad name.

After having tried this place once before and having to wait 25 minutes just to get our food, we thought we would give the benefit of the doubt and try again. More fool us. Half our food was missing and one thing substituted with something I specifically said I didn't want. However, they were quicker this time. You're as well going to McDonald's!

Decided to try this place again, much faster service however the order was wrong and there was stuff missing. Don't waste your time, just go to McDonald's

First time in aTaco Bell this week. We didn't know the menu options, so we went for a meal for two. Food was decent, I particularly enjoyed the cinnamon twirls. Will try some other options next time I go to a Taco Bell. Two things let it down; firstly the drinks machine was broken and there was a limited range of drinks in bottles. The ordering station didn't know and we ordered drinks they didn't have, not finding out until our food was ready. Secondly the toilets were dirty. Not just the previous customer dirty, but obviously dirty in several places, in real need of a decent clean.

Went to the one at Aberdeen first visit. Very disappointed. In no rush to go back.

Chris were good, as usual, but service could be better. Drive through is very tight and windy, take care if you have a larger car.

FOUND A HAIR IN MY FOOD, NEEDS NEW STAFF AND BETTER MANAGEMENT🤢 The young girl with black hair who served me was incredibly rude. and to top it off i found a hair in my chips when i opened the bag the chips were placed in. Great Northern Road taco bell needs better and cleaner staff that don’t drop hairs in their customers orders. Absolutely disgusting. Needs to be looked into

Honest to god the worst place in the entire world

Food was cold we been only clients waiting 20 min. Toilet dirty and smells terrible. There was two spots of water on the floor no one from 4 people of crew try to clean up.

Got takeaway, really nice, enjoyed it, have had takeaway before and dine in, friendly staff, food is very reasonably priced

Honestly the worst place i have ever had food from, Wrong order , missing items and staff don`t care , i ordered beef they gave me chicken. when i called they told me they had ran out of beef so just gave me chicken. surly that was my decision to make.

Never tried TB before, small portions, half the fizzy drinks weren't working very limited gluten free options for my partner. On the plus side the place was clean and the staff were nice. What we did eat was fine enough

Absolute rubbish, avoid. Barely any fillings used in the poorly made crunchwrap supreme, looked like 3 year old kid had made it. Rice was several days old? Mix of crispy and overdone, and to cap it all, served in 4 x sauce containers instead of one pot! Absolutely shocking. Has put me off taco Bell for life. Do yourself a favour and go to the KFC next door instead.

It was a first time I ordered from this Taco Bell. Usually order from Union Street and food is great. Although this one is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! Dry, cold, missing items. Generally disgusting. Will never use again

I only keep coming back for the food. Most of the staff seem pleasant but management should provide consistent training regarding customer service. I am also tired of receiving old chips. The food I pay for should be fresh, not stale. At least the staff replace it, when I have to come back. I'm happy to keep returning but I would like to see improvements on the points listed above.

New taco bell, however non of the self ordering machines work (out of 4) tacos 🌮 were the size of 1-2 bites, fries tasted like they been boiled in weeks old frying oil. Ordered two tacos and fries, had to wait 10 mins...

Have gone through the drive thru twice now and received half my order. 1st time no chicken in my items. This time half a meal left out. Absolute joke of an establishment. Has no number to ring and reorder and online complaint system never gets back to you

I was a long time Taco Bell fan in the US before moving here. I was very excited when this Taco Bell opened up *only* 12 miles away. However, this Taco Bell sucks. Like other recent reviews, drive thru wait abysmal. Went here on a Friday. No cars in front. Ordered the "meal for 2". I was asked to wait in the car waiting bay bit, although there were zero cars behind me which I immediately thought was suspicious. Receipt said 1245. At 1256 no other cars had gone in the drive thru, no sign of my food. This Taco Bell sucks. I had a screaming 5 month old in the car so I just had to go (I chose fast food via drive thru with the intention of a quick getaway, like most people). I reversed to window and demanded a refund which sucks. I have never ever done that but waiting over 10 min for a standard menu item WHEN THERE IS NOT A SINGLE OTHER CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU THE ENTIRE TIME is just not acceptable. This Taco Bell sucks. How long would the wait have been if there was 1 car in front of me? 20 min?

On a par with MacDonalds but more expensive I think

Went in to drive thru at the Haudigan Retail Park for several burritos and tacos as well as several portions of churros and a few portions of fries supreme. After 10 mins waiting they asked for my order thru the intercom, I was then told I couldn't have burritos unless they were part of a meal, now forgive me if I'm wrong but this sounds like a callous ploy to extract more money from their customers and also possibly illegal, needless to say I told the staff member that I wouldn't be forced to purchase food that I did not require. I tried looking online for a contact number to complain about this but no contact number available. This review would not let me leave a very well deserved ZERO stars and I will definitely not be procuring their wares EVER again I will however be getting in touch with trading standards 1st thing on Monday morning.

I'm working as a delivery driver and I'm trying to avoid this place because you have to wait for order minimum 15 min even the take away is empty

Slowest fast food drive thru! We waited for about 15 minutes and no apology from anyone. The food was horribly packaged, no nacho cheese with our fries and most of it was cold. It’s a shame because we love Taco Bell but we’ll only be ordering from the one in town from now on.

Over priced, absolutely disgraceful food. Meat was cold as if it came out of the fridge. Was actually colder than the sour cream sauce. Tacos presented in the form of "as long as it's in the same wrapping it's ok". Didn't complain when I was in the restaurant because I didn't want to offend a kid as that was all that was working behind the counter. Avoid like the plague.

Will not be ordering from here again. Poorest burrito I've ever had. There was barely any filling, pretty much all tortilla. That wasn't the worst part though... I also ordered the fries Bell grande, deconstructed. All that came was the fries. I then tried to phone them about my missing items, only for the phone to ring and ring for over 5 mins with no answer! Honestly, I'd say 1 star is generous!

Quality of the food is fine but for the third time in a row now I have not received my full order. Have heard the same complaint from others too. Not a great way to treat customers. How many times is this happening??

First time going to Taco Bell and definitely won't be returning, the staff in the place needs to update their hygiene rules for staff members as one man was seen with blue gloves on he then took his facemask down, lifted a cup of juice set his juice down then put his facemask back up again, he then proceeded to go back to work again without changing his gloves which in my eyes is very poor hygiene rules, Onto the order, we ordered the meal for two and got only half the taco we were meant to get, the sauce tubs weren't even full tubs either, it's like the place was scrimped Ng and saving on everything for their customers, we also ordered a loaded fries and they never even came with our order, the juice we ordered was mountain dew when receiving the juice we got mountain dew no sugar which is not what was ordered so all in all I wouldn't even give the place any stars, only thing the star can be for is the free refills of juice that you get but that's all.

Awful service, wrong order and didn’t listen to what we asked for

Sadly the staff are the big let down to what could be a great establishment. Poor service, stuff always missing but the worst thing of all is that the music really isn't family friendly in here. They were playing rap music that swore and said the n word loads. My young son must have heard it and shouted outthe n word 🤦‍♂️ kids crying now lol.

Didn't know that after getting drive through, I have to double check all my order. 50% of all order is missing. And its not like they were busy as well, there was only another 2 cars. They need to get a new stuff or give them proper training. Absolutely disappointed. To be honest they don't even deserve 1 star.

Drive thru. Tried to get my ford crown victoria into the drive thru last night. No chance that was happening but it is a huge car. They were closed anyway. Back today in a smaller car. No problem. Service was good. I had a quesedea box meal. Was alright. No complaints but also not WOW. Wouldnt stop me having it again. Daughters chalupa box was well enjoyed. Think I would give that a try next time. Definitely a nice change from the usual burgers etc but I won't be eating in a nice car lol. Can get a bit messy. Bring a bib or something lol

People should know not to bother coming here. Came in and the place was empty, but took 20mins for them to screw up my order and not give me enough time to even eat it and I work next door!! Also was left to stand at the counter for 10mins as I was ignored by every single member of staff! Awful service here!
