The staff are always polite and their service is good, some broken communication between staff and customers here and there which is to be expected when dealing with fast food. Only issue is the number of staff, they seem to only ever have one person serving and one person on the gantry which causes food wait times to be longer than needed. Not the staffs fault but whoever makes their rota's clearly wanting to spend less on hours. Management needs a look at themselves to wonder why some of these reviews are so low. It shouldn't take near on 10 minutes for a single cravings burrito yet it does because some poor chaps doing several meals on his own while the others desperately trying to serve on time and find time to help his colleague make the orders.

Was over 2 hours late then when finally arrived it was missing half of it, when called up about it was just told i was wrong and it was definitely sent! Never been so angry and shocked about service before, never using again.

the order took over two and a half hours to be delivered and was not hot. not the fault of the delivery man I am sure but unacceptable. I believe that I deserve a full refund.

Ordered here via just eat for collection as the employee stated that it was the location i asked i was ordering at. Discovered that its the wrong taco bell that he gave me the address to and couldnt help with this titanic of a mess up! Having to spend another £20 on taxi to get to the right one! FUMING RN! Don't hire people who do not know where they are working!

Delivery was good! Food was a bit pricey for the quality.

It's a waste of money. Ordered the beef option and literally saw less than half a teaspoon of beef. Chips were cold. Even McDonald's would put this Taco Bell to shame. Never again will I set foot in this place.

Foods was a disgrace. An absolute diabolical mess. Got the cheesy chips with sour cream and it was an absolute disaster. The sour cream had no flavour at all and the cheese tasted like the medicine i would give my dog. The man serving me had hickeys all over his neck causing my child to ask what they were. Highly unprofessional!! Thanks to you sean my child is not so innocent now.

Delivery arrived cold and 2 main items missing - when I spoke to TacoBell it was a case of come and collect missing items - we cant do nothing and regarding cold thats the driver not us! appalling response for their error wont be using them again no apology just dismissal. poor show

Shocking service. Made me wait half an hour for food after ordering. Nobody knew what was going on behind the till. Staff talking about really disgusting and inappropriate things, especially when dealing with food. Poor

Went here at 9:30 pm and ordered a burrito very good food but overall amazing service by Sean very polite and very good fun while making food. Offered him a tip but he wouldn’t take it so making a review instead 10/10

Was okay. Did not make me rush back. The person I asked what they recommended said don't ask me as I do not like any of it I just work here. Good sales skills that's for sure

I ordered taco bell for tea after 30 minutes of eating it I felt like rubbish and starting to feel sick then 4 hrs after feeling sick I was sick this food wasn't cook properly or nothing

The staff seemed to be on a go slow when I visited.

All of it was delicious! However the taco has the tiniest bit or chicken in it and the rest was lettuce so I was a bit disappointed with that but all the rest of it was amazing! Churros were the best I’d ever tasted

This place is a joke been others Taco Bell and food was bad and cold and I come in with 6 of us and ordered for all of us and only give just for of 5 out 6 and then try make pay for extra meal and we all had a drink each but just one had no food

It's fast food. The service was fast and the staff were helpful and polite. They have spicy and non spicy options.

Walked in and there were 2 customers eating and 2 staff serving. Staff were at the back of the kitchen on their phones. Had to call out twice to alert them. Ordered loaded nachos which turned out to be plain nachos with a pot of cheese sauce. Picture on the menu was very different. Pretty disappointing.

First time trying taco bell and I am sure it will be the last. Dirty, rubbish on the floor, bad smell. Poor management!!

Wrong address didn’t revive my food, I want a refund

Cold all fallen out in bag and order wrong , worst meal we have had from just eat Five Emails from just eat asking the same questions , you will never get a refund just not worth the hassle, just have to leave a bad review on here, Google and anywhere else for this company and just eat.

Closed at 7pm. The UK can screw anything up. Taco Bell is built for late nights. Thanks England

The delivery driver was so rude I’m appalled.

The vegetarian good was not marked so we couldn’t tell what was real meat or plant protein! So the vegetarian went very hungry!

The tacos are a lot smaller than I thought they would be, and mainly lettuce. Not even that tasty, just overpriced, first time trying taco bell and won't be returning.

Taco Bell is so consistent everywhere unlike others.

First time for me in this store. I didn't know the menu but the young man who served me was very helpful. I was happy to get lunch for under £4 and really enjoyed it.

The food arrived freezing cold and it took over 1 hour & 30 minutes to arrive to us. Not acceptable at all and will not be ordering again.

Cold food and just bland. So expensive for what you get.

The food deals were not the same as tower park taco bell with are normaly good deals, the food was cold, drink syrup was not mixed properly with the water and staff were behind the counter on there phones.

The cheesy quesadilla came with chicken and my mum is a vegetarian and does not eat meat. My Crunchwrap supreme that came was very think and it only came with mince and cheese and nothing else which has disappointed appointed me

Amazing support from all workers and great service Ben is absolutely amazing and such a handsome lad if you know what I mean😏 ben also helped me when I was on a date as if it wasn't for him I wouldn't of got laid that night 😀

My order was made at 17:58 and came only at 19:48, almoust 2h later, this is something unacceptable... Really not happy about this...

Worst Taco Bell in the country, I was having crunch supreme most of the time, today I had the worst crunch supreme. I went to to the counter I complained but they don’t care. Never return again

The people working here are lovely and always so polite and helpful. Even when it’s busy, they are always friendly and try to get your order ready as quick as possible. Food made quick, warm and tasty. Very good value.

It would be nice to get info about no drivers so it will be delay 2h before You order :)

Great food it was very tasty, amazing service got my order almost instantly and good prices too, I thought it would be overpriced but I was completely wrong, it was affordable. Definitely coming back when I’m in Poole again.

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and Ben very quickly made it fresh. It was folded perfectly and was still crunchy on the inside when I got it. However disaster struck and a piece of Lettuce got stuck in the back of my throat. I started choking on it however all was not lost. When Ben heard my cry for help he leaped over the counter like a magical gazelle. He got behind me and did the heimlic maneuver to save my life. 10/10 would almost die again for this level of customer service.
