Ordered at 16.36, delivered just after 7pm with no coms from restaurant and no option to cancel- food was very cold and mushy

Definitely not going there again

I ordered taco bell for tea after 30 minutes of eating it I felt like rubbish and starting to feel sick then 4 hrs after feeling sick I was sick this food wasn't cook properly or nothing

Chios were cold and inedible. The burrito was soggy and no cheese sauce

The staff seemed to be on a go slow when I visited.

All of it was delicious! However the taco has the tiniest bit or chicken in it and the rest was lettuce so I was a bit disappointed with that but all the rest of it was amazing! Churros were the best I’d ever tasted

This place is a joke been others Taco Bell and food was bad and cold and I come in with 6 of us and ordered for all of us and only give just for of 5 out 6 and then try make pay for extra meal and we all had a drink each but just one had no food

food was good but I was missing part of my qaesadilla box meal

Took well over an hour for one box meal which was cold once it did finally arrive

Quick to take my money but absolutely appalling to actually deliver the food and for it to be cold as well is beyond disappointing.

NO TEA!!!!! That’s a deal breaker for me.

It's fast food. The service was fast and the staff were helpful and polite. They have spicy and non spicy options.

Walked in and there were 2 customers eating and 2 staff serving. Staff were at the back of the kitchen on their phones. Had to call out twice to alert them. Ordered loaded nachos which turned out to be plain nachos with a pot of cheese sauce. Picture on the menu was very different. Pretty disappointing.

Wrong address didn’t revive my food, I want a refund

Closed at 7pm. The UK can screw anything up. Taco Bell is built for late nights. Thanks England

Cold all fallen out in bag and order wrong , worst meal we have had from just eat Five Emails from just eat asking the same questions , you will never get a refund just not worth the hassle, just have to leave a bad review on here, Google and anywhere else for this company and just eat.

It was cold, tasteless and disgusting, I expected a nice warm meal that I paid for and I was absolutely distugusted by what I recurved

The delivery driver was so rude I’m appalled.

The vegetarian good was not marked so we couldn’t tell what was real meat or plant protein! So the vegetarian went very hungry!

The tacos are a lot smaller than I thought they would be, and mainly lettuce. Not even that tasty, just overpriced, first time trying taco bell and won't be returning.

Taco Bell is so consistent everywhere unlike others.

First time for me in this store. I didn't know the menu but the young man who served me was very helpful. I was happy to get lunch for under £4 and really enjoyed it.

The food arrived freezing cold and it took over 1 hour & 30 minutes to arrive to us. Not acceptable at all and will not be ordering again.

Cold food and just bland. So expensive for what you get.

The food deals were not the same as tower park taco bell with are normaly good deals, the food was cold, drink syrup was not mixed properly with the water and staff were behind the counter on there phones.

The cheesy quesadilla came with chicken and my mum is a vegetarian and does not eat meat. My Crunchwrap supreme that came was very think and it only came with mince and cheese and nothing else which has disappointed appointed me

Amazing support from all workers and great service Ben is absolutely amazing and such a handsome lad if you know what I mean😏 ben also helped me when I was on a date as if it wasn't for him I wouldn't of got laid that night 😀

My order was made at 17:58 and came only at 19:48, almoust 2h later, this is something unacceptable... Really not happy about this...

Worst Taco Bell in the country, I was having crunch supreme most of the time, today I had the worst crunch supreme. I went to to the counter I complained but they don’t care. Never return again

The people working here are lovely and always so polite and helpful. Even when it’s busy, they are always friendly and try to get your order ready as quick as possible. Food made quick, warm and tasty. Very good value.

It would be nice to get info about no drivers so it will be delay 2h before You order :)

Great food it was very tasty, amazing service got my order almost instantly and good prices too, I thought it would be overpriced but I was completely wrong, it was affordable. Definitely coming back when I’m in Poole again.

It started out with me coming in with my boyfriend after he had a seizure, the only way he could be saved was with tacobell cheese, we didn't have time to make it to the hospital and he's autistic so tacobell cheese is his safe food. Ben pulled through and literally extended the cheese tap over the desk and fed him until he was revived like the Jesus of Nazareth. Taco bell was our Noah's ark in this time of need. I hope all of you get to experience Ben's miracle. I would say give him a raise but I don't think he does this for the money, he does it to see children smile and happiness brought to the world. I'm currently building him a state to commemorate the experience. (Part 1/15)

I don't know what is happening but Ben is smashing it in the kitchen. Accidentally ordered a big mac and he ran out and got the secret sauce to make sure I got the best meal possible.

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and Ben very quickly made it fresh. It was folded perfectly and was still crunchy on the inside when I got it. However disaster struck and a piece of Lettuce got stuck in the back of my throat. I started choking on it however all was not lost. When Ben heard my cry for help he leaped over the counter like a magical gazelle. He got behind me and did the heimlic maneuver to save my life. 10/10 would almost die again for this level of customer service.

I love Taco Bell and have done since my first one in 1990 in Florida. I usuallly use the store at tower park but was in Poole today. Taco’s where top notch as always but the service from staff was appalling I ordered 3 crunch beef tacos for my lunch. I waited 30 mins for 3 beef crunchy taco’s. The guy in font of me ordered just chips. From what I understand that they was working the way through big orders/dinners first but wouldn’t be easier to get the small orders out first? There was such a back long of people by the till waiting for 1 or 2 items. Think I will never go in here again.

This is around the 3rd time they’ve got my order wrong missed items and sent the wrong stuff plus I am diabetic and ordered a Pepsi max to be given full sugar Pepsi which I can not drink

I had beef instead of chicken in my taco and it tool 35 minutes to find a driver and an extra 25 to deliver

So so so so so so so upset ! I couldn't really eat my burrito today as I did pay extra for Lettuce and sadly they missed this ! So so upset. And was very oily :( this was my first time trying and won't be having again

Food is as you expect from taco bell nothing bad not like a restaurant, speed wasn't anything special but they had a few people in, only this is the place wasnt kept to a nice standard handful of dirty tables but can't expect much.

didn’t get half the things I paid for, ordered a share box of churros ended up getting 4 churros & the cinnamon swirls. When should’ve been 6 churros in total. Random chips & items too.

Driver left restaurant which is literally a 10 minute drive from my house he went completely the wrong way ended up having our food with him for 25 minutes so food was all cold by the time we received it

It was my first visit to Taco Bell, I was under the impression that it would have the same reputation that its American broths and sisters had of being the 'Colon Cleaner'. However, I was fully satisfied with how lovely it was. I had a chicken burrito and my partner had two tacos. Absolutely lovely, would eat at a Taco Bell again! 🌮 🌯

Just been in was dead. no one in there. Just ordered chips. was cold. 3 staff members just leaning around doing nothing. won't be back.

So the food was delivered late, that didn’t really upset me. What did was my taco had about a teaspoon of meat in it the tiniest bit of cheese and loads of lettuce. The burrito was a little better but not great. The guacamole if you can call it that, was basically chopped tomato with a smidge of avocado. The chips were cold, everything else was luke warm. The can of Fanta was perfect though.

30 minutes+ in delays. We ordered one time before, bad service but we got the food at least. This time, big delays, no contact from driver, and he apparently thought we live on a road that isn't ours, as he delivered there according to the map. This really isn't worth your money or your time, don't bother.

Food isn't as good as when they first opened both the quality and flavour is poor drinks where flat with no fizzy, The place is a mess with sticky tables and floors with staff on there phones when they could be mopping or cleaning tables.
