Taco Bell in Sheffield

Visiting this place yesterday 23/12/24 and this place was extremely packed waiting for my food with the old lady serving giving out orders all going well but it’s noisy as you expect I asked for sauce 4 times and she said huh. So I said it louder and she got the hump and told me I don’t need to shout 😂🤦 honestly if you can’t hear me the other 3 times then I’m going to talk louder of your having problems with your hearing due to age then you can get help if that jobs no longer for you and you can’t handle it then leave but it’s US customers who give you your salary I shouldn’t have to keep repeating myself to you I just want to grab my food my sauce and carry on my busy day

Had their bargain £10 box complete with burrito taco chips and little desert and caramel dip plus a drink whilst I am not complaining about the price which I thought was fair its not the best tacobell that I have had but hey ho it was nice sitting in the oasis at meadowhall

not packaged order properly opened bag pulled taco out and just unraveled and went everywhere should’ve came in a box too!

Ordered a meal didn’t receive a cup and stood waiting for one even asked politely for one all gave me a dirty look so I grabbed a cup and one specific worker shouted at me very rudely and said don’t grab the cups. Just rude and very unprofessional.

ordered XL pot of cheese sauce only for it to come a quarter full and be told that that’s how much they can put in it, was the size of the normal pots. My burrito was full of sauce even on the outside of my burrito. poor service

Chips were half cooked, next to no seasoning on them and the quesadilla was just full of sauce, hardly any chicken or cheese. I had my food practically thrown at me by server. Wasn't even busy, bit rubbish really.

Good place if your taste is like mexican. Be a good all halal menu

The staff are really friendly and helpful, the store is nice and clean only disadvantage is no place to sit down.

Ordered the plant based burrito it didn't taste nice at all and had sharp pains in my stomach straight afterwards!!!

Food was okay but just came thrown together in a brown paper bag and not as presented on the screen showing a food / box tray. Churros were fried and dried up, absolutely disgusting!! Manager didn't really give a hoot when I tried to complain so now I'm writing to their management office because someone needs to be sacked!! If you want to eat anywhere at the Oasis Food Court in Meadowhall, just try anywhere but Taco Bell. Trust me when I say this!

Ordered a Crunchwrap meal came in a mouldy wrap. Do not Check when they are making the orders??

Just ordered 37 pounds worth of food including two BOX meals and a few extras for it all to me shoved and squished into a bag and for them to mess up half our order

The worst burrito I have ever had, the flatest, emptiest, more flatbread than filling honestly I was so disappointed ( taco bell) what on earth is going on what a let down this needs looking at you will lose custom I ain't going there any more. 😡😡

Automated order screen not working when trying to pay. Very frustrating and time wasted.

Really nice food. Polite and smiley staff. You also get your monies worth too, with the taste, free refills, etc. Churro is nice too, with the caramel sauce!

I can only eat certain breads as I am on chemotherapy and different types make me poorly. I asked if I could customise the meal deal to meet my dietary requirements (I asked for ONE thing to be changed) I was then told by the server she had to get her manager who then came and simply told me “No” and offered a refund. I wont be returning to taco bell nor would I recommend it to friends or family.

Went with my 12 year old for lunch during half term holiday. She is till suffering from the trauma they caused her. Of course it was a busy lunch service , but not an excuse to f#*k up our order. Despite repeatedly emphasising we are vegetarians and ordering a cheese quesadilla ended up with big chunk of chicken in her mouth which ruined the rest of her day not to mention the emotional trauma it has left her with. We were so traumatised that left the place without bothering to go back to the counter and complaining. However in hindsight feel must have done it. Not sure if it would have made any difference given their lackadaisical attitude to customers.Would certainly NOT recommend. Shows me their lack of food hygiene practice.

Order at one of the screens and wait. Doesn't seem to have as big of a menu as some Taco Bells do. When you get your food CHECK YOUR ORDER we were missing an item and so were a person before us 🙄 easily fixed. Not surprised to be honest as the poor staff seemed rushed off their feet.

Fastest taco bell ever. Shocking how well organised ;)
