Swirliz in Enfield

Not worth the money and had runs after this!

Stupidly spent £16 on a waffle. Arrived in a kebab box and as a result was soggy and not fully cooked. Called the restaurant and the response was it had been cooked as per their normal instructions and if I wanted it crispy I should have said. I explained the major problem was their packaging but they advised they always use the same packing. Cardboard pizza boxes would be more practical and better for the environment. The gelato also purchased and pecan pie was disaponting. Tasted powdery. I will stick with kaspers. Dispoubting response when called as not prepared to do anything

My delivery didn’t arrive. They call me and told me driver is outside my property but no one was there, I walked around whole street to find driver but without results. After another 40 min they call me and said driver is outside finally (with cold food) but unfortunately still no one was there. On app they marked food delivery on time.

Everything was hot and delicious

Do not order the cookie dough, it was tasteless and didn’t taste of cookie dough at all. The waffles and pancakes were ok but nothing to shout about.

The food wasn’t at the level of the expectation. If you order Nutella crepes inside should be Nutella not another hazelnut cream. Nutella has quiet unmistakable taste. The crepe wasn’t. And I order a cheesecake gelato. In the menu is written as italian gelato made fresh everyday. The gelato was tasting milkshake instead cheesecake. Not cheese at all taste! Not original. Do not order.

Order came incorrect, I did not have everything I ordered. And was not compensated for the long wait, which restaurant employee said I will receive. Very unhappy.

Having lived in Palmers Green with my children, we are frequent visitors to Swirliz- unfortunately after our last delivery, I will never order from here again! I live in a flat without a doorbell and my elderly grandma below us. In capital letters I put ring- DO NOT KNOCK ON WINDOW. At 10pm the delivery man loudly knocked on my grandmas window scaring her. I was frustrated and said look at the note- it says to call- not to knock. He then proceeded to shout at ME! Telling me that I should have a doorbell, and it isn't his fault because he has no credit to call me. We started arguing as I honestly could not comprehend how this guy was shouting at me! He then started to mock me whilst sitting outside of the house. On calling swirliz to tell them about it- they said he was a temp.. this does not make me feel any better that an aggressive temp now knows where I live. They also didn't seem bothered that this had happened as well.

Always order dessert from here love my bubblegum gelato it’s the best!

No tengo ni idea de por qué este lugar tiene críticas bajas aquí, ha sido nuestro bar favorito de heladerías desde hace años. He tenido helados en todo el mundo y este lugar sigue siendo el mejor, que incluye la costa de Amalfi, todos los Estados Unidos y todos los lugares en los que he visto helados en el Reino Unido. Ignora estos comentarios si quieres un gran helado, entonces ven aquí. Claro que no tiene ningún valor en lo que respecta a los asientos y la decoración, etc., es básico y, a veces, hay que esperar un poco para que los atiendan cuando están ocupados, pero vale la pena por el helado. No puedo responder por nada más en el menú, pero si estás buscando un helado, ¡no busques más!

Very, very nice and good service. A bit too expensive but I was feeling lazy today so paid the price.

Grandes helados y batidos, buen café. Un gran lugar para que los adolescentes pasen el rato. El personal es amable y el servicio es decente. Un poco caro, pero lo recomiendo.

Fuimos a esta noche y el camarero fue tan desagradable. Lo que parecía que el dueño vino después y gritaba a su personal por no reponer el helado. No importa si los clientes están allí o no La presentación es basura ¡Nunca más!

half an hour late never waited this long for food before

Actitud de los gerentes terrible. Servicio al cliente inexistente. Helados y panqueques horrible. Presentación, ¿qué presentación? Higiene pobre Hazte un favor, no malgastes tu dinero aquí.

Desserts were amazing but arrived 20 mins late. We were advised 1 hour delivery time but it was closer to 1 hour 30 mins

How the flavour thing works ? Because I ordered a crepe with strawberries and banana flavour and there were just strawberries inside, no bananas or banana sauce or anything banana. And the waffle crepes with cherries and cream flavour and I got plain waffle crepes with cinnamon on top, no cherries and cream flavor. The texture of waffles and crepes was very good and I liked it, but wasn't exactly what I ordered. Thanks

Great menu tasty desserts- slightly pricey ,lemon sorbet could be more lemony but so good that you don’t often see on the menu so great find!

El helado tenía una capa de piel que tenía instalados. Higiene muy pobre. Esta visita me ha disuadido de por vida volver nunca.

This is a review of walking past the window never mind eating there. The staff are on their phones which are known to collect faeces, bacteria etc which are clearly laid int eh food preparation area. As well as that, you can see the crystalized ice on top of the ice cream which has been sitting there uneaten for weeks. The crep machine is so dirty from the window this should put you off alone. It has stains on it which are YEARS old....meaning, it hasn't been cleaned. The outside canopy has so much white bird excrement on it that it's a real turn off. I couldn't bring myself to even walk in.... Oh by the way, they have a 'card display' outside but people that do go in state they keep saying 'the card machine is broken today' and force people to pay cash via the aTM outside which is illegal.

Unfortunately my order from swirliz was a disappointment I ordered a double waffle with banana and Nutella and it came stuff into a tiny container disgustingly presented the waffles crumpled,congealed and piled on top of one another and the Nutella sparse the bananas had been forgotten from the order. I will never be ordering from swirliz again as I have eaten there before and it has definitely gone downhill since last year.

Despite this establishment being local to me, they always add up to an hour onto delivery time - it's very frustrating!

Delivery driver very nice, unfortunately it took an hour and a half to deliver 2 milkshakes and two crepes. Food was nothing special, and arrived cold and bland. Probably won't be reordering.

Waited an hour and a half for delivery even though we live down the road!!!! Improve your delivery service. Milkshake was good though.

The food was late and they forgot part of my order. The waffle was medioca and the Strawberry cheesecake was awful when I finally received it the next day. However the staff were very polite and apologetic. Referred other similar restaurant which name i wont overall

It was 20 minutes late Waffle was soggy Mastica ice cream was not nice at all it was not the same as when I got it the last time it had a weird sand like texture which I'm sure ice cream isn't supposed to have When I called up the restaurant to ask where the fix is they said it's on its way and 15 minutes later after the call it arrives

We used to get big cups but now we get small ones, we paid for extra scoops last time but didn't get them, got small cups instead :-( paid for extras like crushed oreos, didn't get them, did the same this time and again didn't get them.. cost about £18 for 3 small cups of ice cream...

We're regulars! It's a great service and never had any issues. This guys are honest about the time it takes to deliver unlike some restaurants. It takes time but order in advance and you can't go wrong.

Absolutely terrible, been going to Swirliz for years, thought I would try their delivery service. Was quoted a 50 min delivery time which for a Saturday night is to be expected but it came after 1hr 25mins. Rang several times to be told that the delivery guy was out on delivery and would be with me in 5 mins and not to worry as its a refrigerated vehicle. When the delivery finally came it was in a normal car and when I asked the guy he said he had literally just left the shop and come straight to me. To top it off the cheesecake was bland, supposedly Oreo flavour!! Pretty much the same with the Ice Cream, not their normal quality at all!! Service was awful and after being lied to 3 separate times I will not be using them or visiting again!!!

Lovely staff, but this is an ice cream parlour and you come here for ice cream. As the turnover isn't great, I presume they can't afford to throw ice cream so they preserve old ice cream at a high temperature. It's not that 'cinema' consistency you get where it's soft and melty. It's more hard and you have to stab at your pot to chip away at chunks. So, lowering the temperature of the freezers wold help. Another thing to stand out from the rest is add some more 'chunkyness' to the ice cream. Brownie bits, cookie dough, etc. I like to see venues like this but sorry to say, it's more tasty to go the Sainsburys across the road and pickup a pot of B&J...which isn't good business for a specialist store focusing on ice cream Toilets - they need to be seen too. Lots of reviews comment on this.

This place has recently been refurbished, with all new nice sofas and it looks a lot bigger and brighter. The ice cream is always fantastic, the portions are huuuuge and the service always lovely. There are quite a few other things on the menu like crepes, pancakes and waffles. We have been coming for the past two years and always have had good time.

Enjoyed the dessert. Pancakes were a nice thickness and apple pie was very tasty.

Pretty surprised how the ice cream came ice-cold and unmelted, the milkshake still being perfect and the waffle being a nice temperature. Perfect desert!

We are regulars here and love the crepes and shakes. 2 guys that work there are lovely to us and always nice to us. Lovely ice creams as well. I Defo recommend however toilets need to be cleaned more offer 9/10 times they are discussing but judging on crepes and ice cream we love it here!!

After checking the order I came to realise the delivering agent charged in excess of the order total.

Very friendly service and excellent quality products. The Rose ice cream is to die for. Recently refurbished and is now bright and welcoming.

Food was cold, Delivery was an hour late, Man on phone hung up on me.

Was very happily surprised with a bag of crisps... i really like the food and feel bad for not giving a tip to the delivery guy... will do next time, i will be a regular from now on

Use this place for a sugar fix when needed. They do the most amaxing waffles and theyre milkshakes are amazing. Only little gripe is its a little pricey but worth it for the taste and sugar rush!

For a place that serves mainly ice cream, I can definitely reassure you that their ice cream is awful.

Cheese tasted off, crepe was decent. Panini was very dry. Milkshake was decent.

Came late and no white chocolate on my waffles

The savory crepe I had was horrible. It was cold, the cheese was not melted properly and it was soggy. The waffles were a little undercooked but they still tasted delicious and were very hot. The ice cream is very good. Overall a great dessert delivery. I would order waffles from here again.

This place is amazing! Staff are very friendly, arrived 10 mins before it was expected! Panni was delicious! Crepe was great! The milkshake was one of the best ive ever had! And the waffle was good, better than what some resturants serve! Really recommend this place! It's nice to have a change from the pizza, curry, kebab, Chinese on Saturday, the variety is great! Would buy from them again without a doubt! Excellent service.

Waited 30 minutes and did not get served Seats are terrible needs a refurb Loads of kids outside like it's a playground Two members of staff on a Saturday night! talk about saving costs. The way the server was sweating all over the place ,rushing...

Always on time or even early, always courteous and friendly and the quality of the desserts is fantastic. Milkshakes and ice creams are particularly good - some of the 'greek' ice cream flavours like mastica and triantafillo comfortably rival the mainland ice cream parlours. Top notch.

I live close-by so I have seen how Swirlz has evolved with time. They have certainly added lot more on their menu. Prices are reasonable. Their waffles are very good as I have been to many places so I can compare.

Food was nice and reasonable. They should use Cheddar in their chicken and cheese panini, as it taste a little bland, but is very nice. Milkshake was great, and was big for a medium. Really recommend, delivery people are very friendly and not grumpy like some takeaway chains. Delivery time was amazing, arrived in 20 mins, 20 mins before expected delivery.
