I ordered the cinnamon waffle and it was delicious, fast and great customer service from Maryann! Lovely decor inside, I’ll definitely be back!

Haved moved to Alloa recently from another country and had been searching about places with good food and tried this. The experience has always been great, and I have tried quite a few times now. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to try good desserts.

Popped in for lunch. The food and service were absolutely fantastic. I would recommend the Onion Bhaji & Mango Panini. Will definitely be back!!

The sweet pepper soup was soooooperb. Grandson loved the macaroni cheese. Mrs Stefan had cheese toastie with a vinagrette dressing ,anywhere else you get a dry salad which as appetising as eating straw. Here it was a good dressing. All in all it was excellent. Along with tea. Coffee and grandsons blue ginger. Support your local eateries not costa or such like. Great wee place. 🙂🙂🙂🤩

Snack at lunch time. Waffles with milk chocolate were amazing. Coffee was great too. My waffles were made fresh as always.

Went for a wee bit lunch to see what Sweet spot was all about Lovely place for a snack although hot food wise not a huge selection but enough We both decided on soup One with a sandwich One with toastie Both fresh and soup just yummy .. we felt the bread for the sandwich was too thick but had plenty filling The toastie had mozzarella cheese which I probably would have preferred a strong cheddar but still nice The tea was refreshing with good choice Place is spotless and lovely decorated also very welcoming staff too who were lovely Had to take our cake home as full from lunch lol Would definitely be back If you fancy a wee bite then yip try this place out

Bit expensive, buy quality produce

We had a fabulous experience in here and would thoroughly recommend it to everyone. The interior is absolutely beautiful, food was to die for and the staff were so friendly and very efficient. Well done on creating such a great business.

This is the best kept secret in Scotland! The food is great and great value; staff are really friendly and my adult son said this was the best milkshake he ever had (and he has had many!) Make a trip to this wonderful place.

First time coming here definitely be back had the Sticky Toffee pudding with Ferrero Rocher nibbles and vanilla ice cream.

Would be 5 stars but left waiting too long. My wife got her dessert and said it was really good 👌. I was too harsh with my previous review.

Excellent spot for that bit of indulgence and excellent surroundings

My Daughter and I drove through from East Kilbride to visit family today and we ended up here for lunch with my Sister-in-Laws and Mother-in-Law and it was fab! We all loved it. The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The restaurant was really clean and well set out. My baby Niece was in her pram and we managed to fit her in comfortably beside us. I loved the flower decor in the walls and the archway in to the restaurant area leading from the adjoining Take-Away area. Even the toilet facilities were lovely. Our food was superb and the prices were extremely reasonable. I had a Tomato and Mozarella Panini, My Mother-in-Law had a toasty and the other 3 all had the Mac and Cheese, all our plates were empty! My hazelnut Latte was also delicious and my Daughter said her kinder milkshake was fantastic. Such a lovely place to drop in for a catch up over lunch with friends or a desert treat with the kids or even a cheeky lunch date with the other half. Highly recommend Sweet Spot.

Went to the Sweet spot cafe for a spot of lunch, had mac & cheese followed by Ferrero sundae. All I can say is wow I will be back again soon. Food was so good. Staff very friendly taking time to chat

Went to visit the sweet spot cafe today with my daughter! Wow! Spoilt for choice! From the lunch menu to the yummy desserts and shakes! I ended up having lunch so picked the mac and cheese! Very cheesy and delicious, My daughter chose a dessert! Oreo ice cream churros so tasty, not expensive either! Fab Decor absolutely stunning so clean, and stuff were very friendly, Can’t wait visit the sweet spot café again very soon.. 😊

Took my Grandchildren for the first time. What a fabulous time we all had. The desserts are lovely, order 1 to share to start with as the portions are quite large for children. Lovely waitress, so helpful and even boxed up our leftovers to take home.

Visited today with partner. The cafe was nicely decorated & clean. Had the Cajun panini, was really tasty and fairly priced. The staff were really friendly and professional.

What a great little find, passed the sweet spot on way to a family walk. Stopped and had a fab lunch, staff were lovely food was great and my son had an amazing oreo churros which he is still raving about. Highly recommend an oat milk latte too. Can’t wait to visit again.

Myself & a friend came here for lunch on Friday. Beautiful lay out, made to feel welcome from the second we walked in. So much things to chose from on the menu no one will go without. We had the tuna mayo panini & a baked potato for lunch both were lovely and well presented, for dessert (we spent a while trying to decide) we had 2 fererro nibble sundaes and shared some churros (which were absolute perfection). Portion sizes were great especially for the price. 100% recommend the sweet spot Will definitely be back.

We visited sweet spot last week. Food was amazing, service was great and friendly, nice atmosphere with lovely decor. The desserts are a must have! This place is a big hit with our kids. We will most definitely be back.

What a lovely visit to the new Sweet spot Cafe with the family recently, so modern and fresh looking, i was so impressed by how great the place looked, nice to see such a fantastic place available on our doorstep here in the hillfoots now. The servers were all really friendly and we were sat and given menus in no time, after a look at the menu and the mouthwatering cakes and desserts they had on display we all somehow managed to pick our food and our deserts for afterwards, trying to decide was hard as everything looked and sounded amazing. We had cajun chicken and cheese paninis and tomato and red pepper soup, which came with a lovely fresh salad too, all really tasty and great portion size too, especially considering it was not that expensive really compared to other cafes. Now comes the dessert’s, churros with lotus biscoff and ice cream, and kinder white chocolate cookie dough and ice cream, really hit the “sweet spot” for us, and cant wait to return for our next visit. Cant recommend enough !!

I couldn't recommend The Sweet Spot enough!! The staff are so friendly & welcoming, the cafe is beautifully decorated & the food is 10/10! I have visited numerous times since it has opened for lunch, dinner/just a treat & I everything has been amazing! Food service was so quick, fresh & the desserts are out of this world!

What a lovely cafe, the food was delicious I had the Macaroni cheese and it’s probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were so friendly and attentive! Of course we had to finish off with a dessert, would highly recommend the cookie...

This cafe is the best place I have been to for a while, every time we go the staff and owners are lovely and make us feel so welcome and like we are the only people in the place, the food is to die for...

Ordered at 20:45 (delivery was going to be 45 minutes and confirmed delivery for a time slot of 21:30 on the website). This was fine. Unfortunately 21:40 came round and there was no sign of an order, no phone calls, no emails. We phoned up and was told that our order was ready to go out with the next delivery driver at 22:00. This is already another 30 minutes after our delivery time slot. Food unfortunately didn’t show up until 22:30 and was cold when we received it making it not that enjoyable. Disappointed as it’s not the cheapest place either. Personally, I won’t be ordering for delivery again as this has put us off. 1 hour and 45 minute wait for a couple of items. I would have appreciated an email or phone call to warn us of the delays instead of having to phone up myself and wonder if my order actually had went through. Also don’t understand why I was given the choice to have delivery at 21:30 if it was going to be another hour on top. I can appreciate that the delivery drivers may have been busy and orders were high, but please let customers aware of this, either by email update or a phone call.

place is usually quite good but today it wasn’t i ordered at 9:55 and it didn’t come till 11:50 after phoning and seeing where ut was and they told me at 11:30 it would be there in 2 minutes as the delivery driver had been out for a while and when it came the sundae was fully melted and we also got the wrong milkshake

I hope to check the order before sending it with the delivery service.

Great cookie dough, love the deserts and one of the best, clean, and hygienic places to eat and one of the most recommended place.

Place is usually quite good. Tonight it wasn’t, two items missing & a wrong item as well. Called up to be told I can go collect the correct item if I wanted. Told them I wasn’t willing to drive back so stated they could deliver but can’t state a time as other orders are priority! So you took my money, got the order wrong and wanted me to run around to fix it…and not even a single apology in sight or an offer of a refund. Place is a shambles.

Nice desserts but strongly recommend you go can and collect it yourself. Takes 2 hours from order to eventually being delivered. Not worth the delivery charge.

Went here twice, worth noting this place down if you are in the area. The boss loves to make small talk with you when it's possible. Picture: milk cookie dough sweet spot special.

After searching Google for a dessert place we came across sweet spot and was definitely worth the trip a wee hidden gem in Sauchie definitely worth the venture will definitely be back the owner was also a nice guy very informative and chatting away 10 out 10 from me next time milkshake and sticky toffee pudding (when they start it)

Everythings stinking and way over priced plus staff and management are tossers

I placed an order for collection over the phone tonight for collection in the name Laura. I orderd a strawberry city cookie dough and strawberry city Sunday and Churros with chocolate sauce. To my surprise I opens the bag and found a chocolate cake and a waffle and churros I went in to complain and the girl told me that’s what I had orderd. I said I’m not happy it was £17 for that and she went I’ll go get my manager who apologised and changed the order to my original one I had placed. Then I took my original order home and found the cookie dough was stone cold not even warm. And the strawberry city Sunday well the strawberry’s are frozen solid and it was pulled straight out a freezer. May I also add the attitude of the staff when walking in the shop is disgusting having to stand about before they even acknowledge you are there.

Tony's second business venture next to the spar is a success. Can't resist the waffles that are freshly made and the bubblegum ice cream. I suspect that's imported though Similar to candied.

Lovely staff, good service & tasty food

I have been to sweet spot twice now and one pick up. The first time and the pick up orders were great and on problems. But unfortunately the third time we sat in and our order was wrong. We did not get our extra cream, sauce and fruit on 3 of the orders that we paid extra for. Luckily since we sat in we got it sorted and enjoyed our desserts. We will go back and see if the service is on point like the first twice.

AMAZING!!!! 😍 .. Called up for a collection for myself and my colleague as a little treat on our way home from work tonight. (We are chefs) .. very polite friendly welcome on the telephone! Followed by our order being ready for us at the time I requested!! 🤗 .. We both ordered the Strawberry City Cookie dough, with Ice cream and whipped cream!! It was SO delicious!!!!! Lovely and warm! And ice cream and whipped cream were quickly made up for us as we paid! Very professional service!! Lovely presentation and packaging! 🤩 Seems well organised and spotless shop!! We are quite critical when trying new food places as we know how high the standards should be! So glad that this place exceeded our expectations!! 😃 .. as it's nice for us to be able to treat ourselves somewhere local and feel like it's worth every penny! With service and food! Which is hard to come by these day's! Prices are very reasonable too! With impressive menu!! Can't wait to try more!! Thank you Sweet Spot! 😊 X

Waited outside for just over 40 minutes for two plain chocolate milkshakes ( so glad it wasn't raining) Two friends drew up in their cars twice whilst I was waiting, both left and not been back. I understand there can be teething problems but when I counted at least 13 people working, milkshakes should never take that long!
