Swan Inn in Forest of Dean

A great place to stop off for lunch, good fresh food and smashing staff, I really enjoyed my visit. The sandwiches were first class and the soup was delicious.

Couldn’t fault it, room clean and comfortable. Food excellent and staff were really helpful and friendly.

A truly fantastic meal we had the steak and ale pie and it was the best we had ever had tasted and looked like home made not the usual pub food taken out of the freezer and heated up, full of good chunks of meat encase in great pasty and gravy served with potatoes and assorted veg again not your usual chips and peas that seems to be the case every where else not to forget the great hosts

Since Lockdown 2, they have introduced small plate meals with a drink! Great prices, and really following the Covid rules. Great work!

We spent one night in the Swan Inn and had a great time. From the welcome at the door, to the room, to the bar and the amazing food, everything was great. And all St a very reasonable price .
