Fresh, friendly and tasty. This is how I would describe sushi dragon. The sushi is lovely and it’s better than a lot of places I’ve visited. I hope there’s investment in seating for the market in the future but I’d recommend this place for a quick bite whilst shopping. 🛍️

This is the nicest sushi I've had in long time, other places I've tried lately are not good at cooking sushi rice but this place is always perfection the rice is amazing and soft, fish is perfect and it's all great and the wasabi they use has a kick it's just perfect inside out

The food is very tasty! The price is great! The staff is very friendly.

The spicy roll sushi was stale, cold (not room temperature, actually refrigerated) and didnt have rice vinegar in it so the rice was very bland. The pokebowl rice was so stale that it was just a hard clump of bland rice. Maybe I just got a bad batch or something because I expected stellar quality considering other reviews.

Amazing food. Excellent customer service. We came from Edinburgh and were here in the city to visit Manchester. We ordered a sushi platter for my daughter’s 15th birthday lunch and we all loved it! Price was super affordable for the fresh sushi and the quality provided. Wish we discovered this hidden gem earlier!

Sushi dragon is one of the best option for those who love sushi. You will get lots of different verities with best value. Best combination of ingredients and good at taste. I found different choices even for vegan and vegetarian people. Highly recommended.

The staff was friendly, but I was disappointed about the variety of boxes. Everything was pretty basic and tasted just ok.

The staff are so friendly, sushi is fab & it’s such great value! Only thing was the inari isn’t sustainable for vegans :( other than that highly recommend! Gutted I didn’t discover them sooner

Was shopping and wanted sushi for lunch. Since I have a boy with celiac disease, I chose Sushi Dragon after one search in the app "Find Me GF". Sushi dragon certainly lived up to expectations, they had very good sushi at a very good price. For my son, who has celiac disease, they were super helpful in arranging gluten-free for him. I would call this an ever so small "hidden gem". Will definitely buy sushi here when I'm back in Manchester 😁👍🏼

Forgot Yo Sushi, Itsu etc.. of your looking for quality, tasty exceptional sushi this is where you have to go. The couple who make the food are welcoming and brilliant. Not only do they fulfill your lunch, that takeaway for the evening they also cater for office events, social evenings, birthdays and more. Give it a try.

The sushi here from this unassuming little stall in the Arndale food court is always good, we've been here several times and much prefer it to Itsu or others in Manchester. Fresh fish and the sushi rice is always fresh and never hard from being in the fridge for too long.

I had sushi at Tsukiji market in Tokyo and can tell what’s good. Sushi at Dragon is fresh and delicious, I would never expect such high quality from a takeaway sushi shop. For the price it is a steal! If not for the distance (I live in Eccles), I would eat there every day.

Just wow! So I’ve been living in uk for 8years and haven’t found nice sushi yet. And today forgot to take lunch with me and decided to try this place as it had such a good reviews. Honestly was expecting to be disappointed as usual but omg! The sushi is fresh and super tasty and for once wasabi is actually spicy! Definitely will return. The prices are amazing too and so is customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A real hidden gem. Half the price of Yo Sushi, and twice as good

I got the snack box which consisted of avocado, mayo and salmon rolls everything was quite nice but wanted to review the avocado as being quite hard and stale? Tasty didn’t taste quite as fresh as let’s say Yo! Sushi’s avocado rolls apart from that more affordable and everything else that have to offer looks quite appealing.

Amazing little find ! Such friendly chefs, the fish was so fresh, I had the salmon poke bowl , great fish portion, perfectly cut veggies and perfectly cooked rice. Clean and well presented. Enjoyed! Will be back on my next visit to Manchester.

Visited the wonderful city of Manchester today to enjoy the Christmas markets. I found sushi dragon in the arndale shopping centre in the arndale markets and would just like to say how beautiful the sushi was, fresh and very appetising will definitely visit again.

Super friendly staff, the chef is a sushi chef from Samsi and has over a decade of experience. Everything on the counter was between £4-10 - Reasonably priced and super fresh. Couldn’t recommend more, happy they are in the market!

Great quality sushi — best in Manchester!

I’ve been to Japan myself and I can tell you that this sushi 🍣 is 10/10 and the staff are amazing kind and very polite. Shoutout to the chef for making amazing food 🤩. I love coming to this place. I Hope that one day they get to open a big restaurant in Manchester and Liverpool because that’s where I’m from.

Literally the BEST sushi in the whole Manchester! These guys KNOW what they're doing! Everything is perfectly cooked, the rice is cooked in the right way; it's very tender but not falling apart like in many other well-known shops/restaurants. The fish is fresh, as well as all other ingredients. The variety of rolls is also outstanding. We liked the salmon and avocado and Philadelphia rolls so much 🤲 The owner Durga has such a kind personality too :) We'll definitely be coming back over and over, as we couldn't find a better sushi place in town! And the prices... they're incredibly reasonable... Super affordable. Highly recommend!
