Worse customer service I have ever received, I ordered chicken fried rice which I always have when having Chinese. I delivery came and the rice had onions in, I have had this dish from numerous Chinese restaurants and never has it had onions in. So I called the restaurant and asked why they had put onions in, their response was that's how we do it. I said well I can't eat onions so can I get it replaced please as it doesn't normally have onions. His response was well you will have to pay for both and the delivery driver again. I said I'm not paying for everything I will pay half. His response was no I will lose money. I said well I will as this dish will not get eaten. He said its not his problem. So i said OK well if that's your attitude take the whole meal back and u want a refund. He said no you should have asked so its your fault. I explained why would I expect a common dish to have extra ingredients in? I asked him one last time are you going to be reasonable or not, if not I will be giving you a bad review. His response was don't threaten me.i said I'm not am asking you to solve the issue but clearly all you care about is your money. He said I'm not losing money, it's your fault. I ended up not been able to eat the dish and having to order from somewhere else.

Ordered Beef & Mushroom with chips, excellent meal, Good price, polite and clear when ordering, ready to collect within 10 minutes.

Ordered a special curry tonight, was disappointed it was cold no taste to it and was over priced. Won't go back again, stick to Shanghai in Outwood from now on.

I called asking for some beef and mushroom noodles with chips. I told them I was on my own and didn’t want 2 separate dishes; just some beef and mushroom within the noodles. £11.70 later and I’m stuck with a meal for four. Phoned back and was verbally abused. I get that we’ve all suffered during lockdown, but this was an absolute joke.

Never used Sun Bo before but so limited to Chinese choice on Tuesdays as most are closed. Phoned in the order. Polite, efficient and was able to tell us quickly how much it would cost. Estimated 45 minutes for delivery. Arrived in 40 minutes and piping hot. The food was fresh tasty and contained good quality meat. Not one fault with any of the dishes and it was quite a big order. Will be using them regularly now as anywhere else would now disappoint.

Order from here all the time, collection within 10-15 mins. Never been let down Highly recommend, portion size good too

We always order from sunbo. Cant go wrong. Nice chicken curry. My partner even asked for something that wasn't on the menu and they made it for him. Delivery is always quick too.

Order chicken in ok cause you get free side of hair!! Yum yum!! Rang the Chinese offered to resend when unsaid no didn't want to eat anything else from them the lady got funny with me, 20 mins later a bang on my door the tiny Chinese lady was stood there demanded I open the food that had been packed to send back, she claimed she could not see any hair in the pics I'd taken!! Then the best bit, gave a refund for the cost of the food ordered but refused to refund the delivery because the driver delived the order!!!! After a argument I got the delivery charge back too!!! I'd advice you order else where!!

I've just traveled about 4 miles to this takeaway after a few recommendations from friends, although there are many locally. it was a very good move, we've just had the best takeaway meals we've had in many years and will definitely be regular customers from now on.

I've passed this little takeaway many times, but it's the first time I've grabbed a takeaway here. Friendly staff & very nice food. The Hot & Sour soup was the best I've had anywhere.

We've returned to the sun bo after years of using another Chinese. We're pleased we have. It is delicious. We've had a few different meals even though my favourite is chop suey. All ingredients are lovely and the portions are good. Looks like there's not going to be enough but always plenty. The phone service can sometimes be quite abrupt but the food makes up for that.

Best Chinese food around there crispy king prawns In chilli sauce are amazing big king prawns and plenty of them everything is very good quality and very tasty would recommend to anyone

This is my favorite chinese takeaway in wakefield, Ive never had a bad meal, but chicken in ok sauce is my absolute favorite

The only Chinese takeaway I use , the order is always right, it is delivered promptly and has always been top quality.
