Food was cold on this occasion. Normally toastie is quite warm. Chips soggy and cold

the salad was amazing and gave a free cookie. ❤️ the delivery was late which is not their fault but did mean the hot food was stone cold. the chicken doritos taste off i believe because of this and was unable to eat them or the cheese balls. would order here again but nit any hot food xx

The sub was dry, could have done with more sauce. The cheesy nachos were only covered in salsa, no cheese. Thanks for the free cookie though but it doesn’t make up for the poor standard of paid for food!

Usually really like this subway but the churro was ROCK solid, so was inedible and the footlong sandwich was stone cold despite it being toasted. This is the first time my orders not been great from here so hoping it’s a one-off.

Sadly the 6" meatball marinara wasn't toasted as ordered but it was the first mistake they've made and it was still good quality.

Very annoying when you pay nearly £30 and it doesn't come as you ordered it. Both sandwiches were selected as Italian white NOT toasted. I've lost count of how many times this has happened, very annoying when you fancy a cold sandwich. Not just eats fault I understand that, it is subways fault.

Awful service the women works with no hairnet front counter looks dirty. They send leaflets and offers to the houses but you can’t use them in store. Stop wasting peoples time and stop this leaflets.

not only was it late but it was cold and missing the dip for the side order. tracked on the app looks like I was the 3 delivery from the courier. if they wait for orders then it's no wonder my order sits there getting cold!!

my hash browns in the brekwich were actually uncooked and crumbled when I took it out of sandwich...it was inedible.

it didn't arrive and trying to get it delivered or refunded isn't working.

Ordered a subway meal for collection so I could eat before the Southampton fc game. But it says it was collected not long after 6am. ( that wasn’t me ) someone has lied and claimed my order for collection which was about £26. Outrageous. Basically theft….. refund please !!!!

Menu was wrong and some ordered items were swapped out without contact. 2 drinks ordered and paid for were not included in the order which we didn’t realise till we were back home. All contact details are false. Not sure if this was theft or incompetence, but I will never use them again.

The drink I wanted was missing so they tried to call me but didn’t get through, they replaced it and left a note for me on the bag :) great service and the food was hot and delivered quick.

Really bad food! This woman ordered forgot her marinara on her pizza slice thing,her mums sub didn’t have cheese or sweetcorn in,her own sub had onions in when she is allergic!! No cucumber no sweetcorn not even toasted for real just bad in general!!

Not what I ordered and was cold

I have been here twice before I reviewed as everyone has an off day. Both times have been terrible. Most recent today its as if the staff have no training. One lady tried to heat up the wrap after the salad was added and built the wrap with all the contents right in the middle not spaced so looks more like a block. In general they dont seem to know what's going on. Person in front of us was given change of 76p in 2p coins which he just gave back.

Slow, uninterested, and out of date brown salad on display. When I advised the salads shouldn't be brown or have slime in them. The staff acknowledged and shrugged and carried on. 1st and last time in this subway.

Toasted both Subs didn’t ask, no crisps at all, wrong drinks delivered with the meal and the menu is confusing now it’s harder to just buy an original sub. Not happy.

I ordered 2 footling meals at around 8am. I was amazed. The filling was amazing. There was lots and tastes so fresh. They even wrote cute little note on the bags. Alls a free cookie ! This was such a cute and lovely detail to see. Many thanks for the great meal and service.
