Subway in Down

Just wanted to leave a note to say that the young man Ethan who was working when else came in was super friendly and helpful and a definite asset to the store. I wish there was a proper avenue to review through the company but no details on the receipt. Anyway, hope there could be some sort of reward for how nice Ethan was! Thanks!

The young girls are absolutely clueless and ignore you when at the till to make their own sandwich then she doesn’t ask what our preferences were for cheeses and toasting as they just took it upon themselves to decide for us toasting one of our sandwiches not once but twice basically making it inedible… I have been in before and a lovely young fella served me and I had a great experience. It’s unfortunate how some service can let a business down. Never ever will be back

Bleached much? Saddened to eat here, produce clearly not fresh but 'fresh'. The meat is obviously frozen due to water content, the salad literally smells of bleach. I appreciate that they want to keep produce from turning brown but bleach is not the way to go. Fresh means that if the salad runs out, another one is cut and prepared.

Wont be back two staff having a go at one another whats bad on its own never mind they could very clearly see my 4 year old girl was sitting with me an at that my young girl could off put are food together better so most off food want in there bin an had too leave with abit off a unsettled child

Very good service and the lady that served me was very helpful and polite.

Such a popular place to eat in and take out. Love here because of the set sandwich menu for days when you can't decide and also when you do want to make your own you can. Only 4 stars because from recent experience your sandwich may be made up by a staff member who gives off an (I can't be @$$3d with this job) and this reflects bad on the store. But grand otherwise.

When I say 'diet' it has been a positive help..I'm getting tasty food that's not as calorific as what I usually had for lunch..Being just not that organised to make lunch every day it's a good choice. With the price of a 6 inch and a bottle of water it is do-able..walk a little further and your car parking fee almost pays for it. I wasn't a big fan of Subway before.. I felt rushed to make a choice and put some crazy combinations together. When someone in front of me asked for a veggie patty which wasn't on show ...I had that too and continue to have them every day..Italian herb and cheese works well and the bacon recommendation; if the staff are allowed to recommend (and which is no bad thing) was great on top. If you want to mix and match go off peak and take your time...

Don't know the ladies name but she is so friendly and the salad she gave me was the best I have had. I hope subway recognise their good staff and reward them

I'm a regular here. The staff know their customers by name as well as their usual orders. Justin is particularly pleasant to deal with.

Great choices of vegetarian food and non-vegetarian food. Meats cheeses salads lots to choose from. Kind staff. High quality. Good to sit in or take away

Fine if you're in a rush but nothing to write home about . Probably more suited to the younger market.

Can't go wrong with subway. Great hangover cure. Best raspberry and white chocolate cookies.

Staff very friendly and service with a smile! Very patient with kids (who took ages to decide what they wanted!) and made them feel welcome and valued as customers. Loved it!

its subway nothing special, usually busy which is always a good sign. One member of staff particular is quite nice, she always talks to my daughter and ask whats she wants on her sub (my daughter is 3)

Okay, its Subway, its not going to be anything radical, but I don't mind it, its something a bit different from the usual take aways, the staff seemed helpful, food was fine, filled a hole, can't say much more.

Love coming in to Subway for a bite to eat every now and again. No arguments that the food is delicious, yet the prices are high for what you're getting. Staff could be a bit friendlier to be honest but, no doubt the food is great, and that's what you really go for!

Yeah, the food can be a bit expensive for a sandwhich, but you really do get what you pay for, I would get the veggie patty meal, and it is just great! I can't really complain about the service, the staff are friendly and the place is clean! And you just can't beat the cookies!
