First of all I visit there he’s busy I said hi he did not reply. His name is Ben black guy he’s attitude is very aggressive. He shout in front of my girlfriend. I’m trying to get the number from the head office to report that guy he he’s not working there he’s he’s working like a gangster . He’s trying to shout on me. Very bad staff always using phone and very lazy. It’s very quiet place whenever I came, it shows they are very busy but they just talking and gossiping and using phone and very lazy order gone through and they’re not professional.

One male staff on shift...needs to learn how to smile ...ordered 2 sandwiches and wanted to pay on points...have enough points on my rewards but apparently I can only use it for one sandwich..the only subway in salford that has this rule ..they make it up as they go......Been in a few times all staff are the same ..Don't no how this shop makes any custom .didn't get offered my receipt either to get his name but safe to say I wil stay away from this store

Your hair does not belong in my sub.I Went to the store to complain, staff said the managers don't come this late ( like it is my fault to complain at this time but not some ones fault to let the hair my food) staff didn't even apologise. The foot long sub that I paid for went straight into the bin with no offer for a new one or refund. Staff need urgent training on hygiene, communication skills and customer service. Mangers please act accordingly.

Jeees! Four members of staff on the counter and not one of them has a clue. Top that off with a lack of understanding of cross contamination and food hygiene. Despite having to repeat my order three times. I eventually had to walk away without lunch. Staff touching their mouths and hair and then proceeding to touch ingredients. Moving items around that had fallen from one container to another. Any customer could be intolerant or reactive to one or other Ingredients. They didn’t seem to care. The initial person (for bread) didn’t even listen to what I wanted and then handed over to someone else who asked me to repeat my order twice. Meanwhile, they stop what they’re doing to all read one order ticket that came through from an online order. My sandwich eventually goes into the oven and once they open it comes out like black dust. That was the final straw for me. Went to Greggs instead!

The chicken teriyaki wasn’t toast which ruined my whole meal, the wedges, hash browns and chicken nachos no I ordered were cold. I was well and truly disappointed and dissatisfied with my order, especially because I spent over £20 on subway which doesn’t happen often.

Ordered online through Just Eat. The food arrived warm, packaged well and came with everything we ordered online. They also wrote on the packaging what the subs were and they put the sauces on for you here. At other subways we have experienced ordering online, they didn't label the subs and the sauces came in a clear plastic tub aswell as the subs which we requested toasted and expected to be warm on arrival were in fact cold. So this is the subway we will be ordering from again because they prepare and dispatch perfectly.

Had a horrible experience with them. Ordered through Uber Eats and it never arrived. Rang for help and the manager was completely unhelpful, just basically said it's not our problem, nothing I could do for you. And wouldn't even replace the order. Considering Subways usually provide decent customer service, this was an absolute let down. I would advise anyone who values customer service to avoid this branch.

Unacceptably slow service. If you ever attempt to come here at a lunch time they are overrun with Uber Eats/Deliveroo orders and make dozens of sandwiches for those while the queue stands completely still. I waited nearly 30 mins for a sandwich today and the queue only had 4 people in it when I arrived.

WHAT A SHAMBLES! Ordered from here a couple of weeks via the app and had it delivered only to find it cold and totally unappetising. Later I realised that I did not get any points added to my card. So I sent an email to ask how to how to retrieve my points, only to receive an email back informing me that I can not have my points. Now me being a little bit forgiving ordered again yesterday, so this time I thought I would order through the app again, but this time I paid on the app but to be picked up by my son. When my son arrived the order was incomplete, and he had to show the worker his phone, so that he could complete it. Awe so we thought, some items we ordered were unavailable, so we settled for alternatives. After the staff member bagging up are order and us know taking it home, which is 5 mins away, all the items were cold, and an item was missing, so I called them up, and spoke to someone who said he completed the order and put the missing item in the bag, so again I told him that the item was not in the bag, he said he put it in, I told him that I was not lying and I wanted recompence for my missing item. He then said he could do anything about it because I had it delivered and that I would have to email them. So I did this only to receive an email back thanking me for my feedback. THAT'S IT, NOTHING ELSE, I AM DISGUSTED, NO RECOMPENCE FOR MY MISSING ITEM, JUST HE'LL PASS MY FEEDBACK ON, WHAT IS THE USE OF THAT. THERE A JOKE!!!!!!!!!

i've never had a subway order go this wrong, ordered a cheesy pepperoni only for it to have no cheese, arrived untoasted and freezing cold, one of my sauces was missing and no one had even bothered to cut it in half, partners also came without cheese, one of our drinks was missing, hash browns were freezing and stale, genuinely DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, i'm appalled, i've never had service this terrible before from a restaurant!

We'll never use subway again after what we witnessed. We visited on a hot day to grab some lunch and ordered two subs. After picking the bread and meat the girl serving us asked if we wanted any salad, on looking at the selection we were horrified to see the veg selection infested with flies.. and I'm not talking about 2 or 3, there was fruit flies on everything!! I instantly stopped the server and said I no longer wanted the subs. The lady huffed and threw the subs in the bin without apologising for the lack of hygiene control. I suggest you look in the glass before deciding on eating here. I'm sure no one fancies ingesting larve and eggs!

Was served by Ryan who dose not have any customer skills at all been in many subways before and this is by far the worst. His name badge could do with re-writing his name just about seen it. Told me that there was no ketchup any drinks from the drink dispenser but told me this right after paying didn’t offer a meal deal or even ask how my day was needs to smile more needs more training and be apologetic for any inconvenience at a establishment of high popularity.

Food was delicious. All the Caribbean flavours, without too much spice. Portions were small but sufficient. Works out approx £10 per head. Would definitely recommend.

After getting the order wrong we opened our meals to find dead fried flies we called them bk and they said they would bring my money back. After waiting hours I called back and he said ring bk in 1 hour the managers I'll (probably eaten his own food by accident) and before I could say anything they put the phone down on me so I rang bk and when they found out it was me they hung up again. Please don't order from this place they've just been fined £3000 for being dirty which I've just found out.
