Poor service and attitude from staff. Ignored for 5 mins, then got told they won’t take any order for 10 mins because they have too many delivery orders, despite 2 staff members working. 3 people walked out

Today I got served by amir he was very kind and respectful and great service i will definitely go there again

Horrendous. Sandwich wasn't toasted and looks like it's been stepped on, the salad is grey and soggy, and the nacho chicken bites weren't only missing a whole one (I got 5 instead of 6), but they were 100% off. Don't order from this Subway.

I have no words ordered a footlong sub no exaggeration when I say there was like a piece of chicken or should I say strings of rotisserie chicken, you’re better off buying metro rolls from Aldi and making it yourself. This has got to be the STINGIEST subway branch I’ve ever come across 😭

Not sure what happened here but I didn't think I'd have to make my own sandwich after paying for one.

Everytime I come to this subway they always forget something and the oven needs changing as it never melts the cheese properly. Slow staff .. bogus

All the food was cold. it tasted like the cheesy bites were uncooked and the order was 45 minutes late, despite ordering in advance and selecting a time. poor experience.

the waffle fries were very soggy and abit hard on inside I'd say slightly uncooked

Absolutely freezing cold and thrown together

none of my subs were toasted as asked for, no cheese on my steak&cheese sub, my cookies also didnt arrive! absolutely ridiculous

high price for low quality sandwiches. don't know if this is all subways or just feathers tall rd. bread was stale , cookies tasted off , savoury. ordered at 1130 to arrive for 1300 and it was still over 30 mins late

Driver didn't have a clue and can't follow directions so the food arrived late and cold hash browns. When we eventually got our food it was the completely wrong crisp the wrong cookies the wrong bread and one had the wrong filling completely. The only thing that was right was the 2 drinks not had an issue with previous orders from this subway and ordered from here because the other subways don't do the sandwiches we like. Shame

2 staff in today working hard with all orders ,message to the owner you need more staff stop being greedy ,i waiting along time ,not good when your busy.

Don’t even waste your money coming to this subway, it seriously need shutting down, firstly I love cats but not strays running around the kitchen? I asked for a saver sub - turkey ham and cheese toastie and the lady brought a wrap out and said there’s no toast?? So to make it simpler I just asked for a normal 6 inch sub TOASTED with turkey and cheese and I think she mustn’t of turned the machine on because none of it was toasted in the slightest after a long shift in work you just want something quick to eat and enjoy it, now you may think I’m overreacting but my order couldn’t be simpler and I’ve not been to this subway in a while due to how bad it is compared to others but I gave it the benefit of the doubt today as I was passing on my way home from work and it is still the same.

Forget half the order, so ridiculous blame it on the just eat app, but don’t you pack the food ??????

Can't knock delivery driver. But asked for gluten free bread and got a note saying 'sorry we don't have gluten free we gave you italian' no calls missed so they didn't call even tho they claim to have. Why not just send a salad bowl?

food was delivered 45 minutes after leaving subway. driver drove all the way to new moston and around Chadderton before delivering my food. food was cold when delivered

The delivery for our food says it's near but they have been pinned on my address an for over half an hour but not been delivered which is very strange

There was no jalapeños no garlic and herb sauce and smallest amount of south west sauce was cold and breed was hard by the time I got it no sauce for the sides either

ordered 3 meals 2 meals come complete 1 meal was missing the tuna melt how do you get a refund for the tuna melt meal

Bought a footlong online on just eat, had it delivered and there was barely any salad on my sandwich. I seen 2 pieces of lettuce that was it. Whoever made this its absolutely disappointing. If your paying that much for a sub u should atleast get a decent amount of salad. That was a joke Won't order from here again.... shocking !!!!

Tortillas not flamin ones plain bland hardly any cheese.. wrap what wrap got a sub went straight in bin as I don’t like subs hence the wrap choice very poor

Absolutely shocking experience today, I ordered on the app and when I received someone elses order! I called up and was told they couldn't send another driver out with the correct order. When I said I was happy to wait for the driver to become available he put the phone down on me. Shocking customer service. Now I've left with two salads that someone else ordered and they have my 27 pounds worth of sandwiches. Not happy I'm the slightest

We just wanted to thank the young man who served our daughter today. He was very sweet to her and she came away with a sub she was very happy to eat. 👍

The food is absolutely freezing. It’s like they have stuck it in to a freezer. I’m not happy whatsoever as I got it toasted and because it’s cold it just taste stale and hard. I’ve contacted featherstall road subway they have advised us to speak to yous as the driver picked up the food late which then resulted to us having cold food.

Nachos were burnt and no gluten free bread not good

I put my steak and cheese wrap down for about 7 seconds and when I picked it back up it was sopping wet and sitting in a puddle of grease. The wrap even looked like it'd been constructed with malicious intent. Chicken bites were alright though, and they sent me like a bucket of chipotle sauce which is cool.

Sandwich was great and thanks for not forgetting anything this time and thankyou for the extras that I was missing last time

I got very bad service rude staff! I got tuna and chicken. I got very little filling they ripped me off for my money. When I complained I got told I asked for extra salad and they have been told not to give more than a scoop of filling when the sandwich only had few pieces of chicken rubbish customer service!!!! I would not recommend this branch and would never go there again! 👎👎👎

I specifically asked for no cheese and even put on the selection no cheese and subway have put cheese on both my subs I’m allergic and very disappointed with my order as it went to waste

Didn’t receive the right amount of food I paid for. when I tried phoning them it rang & rang then the phone went off. Won’t be ordering from here again for sure.

I ordered over a certain amount so it allowed me to add three free cookies to my order but I didn’t even receive them…

it says delivered but i havnt recieved my order i called to find out whats going on but noone answered what the heck did i pay for

He didn’t bring my drink my cookie or my crisp I paid for the meal deal not just a sandwich, then when I tried to wave him down before he drove off he ignored me

The Sun was great as always. however the wedges were severely undercooked. the potato was borderline chewy which means I've had to submit a refund request for them. Disappointed as I've never had an issue from here before.

Delivered a footlong breakfast sub which looks vile and is unedible and I never ordered. I did not receive my steak sub and they cant be bothered to answer the phone let alone put the correct items in the bag and never receiced my cookies. I'll stick to the ones who get it right in future

It says you get free cookies when you order over £15 but I didn’t get it and when I spoke to the lady she was like how can I give you free cookies,she sounded like I was the one who is a joke,I told her it shows that on your menu she was like no no,she was talking in broken English and was telling me to get in touch with just eat lol,I’ve ordered from this place before and the guys were polite and always sent the cookies with order
