Subway in Oldham

Got served my this amazing staff called Amir who was polite and recommended me one of the best subs I had.

Absolutely freezing cold and thrown together

none of my subs were toasted as asked for, no cheese on my steak&cheese sub, my cookies also didnt arrive! absolutely ridiculous

My food came cold and i did not get my oasis

Completely forgot the Sandwich meal?

Food is always good from here and delivered on time!

high price for low quality sandwiches. don't know if this is all subways or just feathers tall rd. bread was stale , cookies tasted off , savoury. ordered at 1130 to arrive for 1300 and it was still over 30 mins late

Driver didn't have a clue and can't follow directions so the food arrived late and cold hash browns. When we eventually got our food it was the completely wrong crisp the wrong cookies the wrong bread and one had the wrong filling completely. The only thing that was right was the 2 drinks not had an issue with previous orders from this subway and ordered from here because the other subways don't do the sandwiches we like. Shame

2 staff in today working hard with all orders ,message to the owner you need more staff stop being greedy ,i waiting along time ,not good when your busy.

Don’t even waste your money coming to this subway, it seriously need shutting down, firstly I love cats but not strays running around the kitchen? I asked for a saver sub - turkey ham and cheese toastie and the lady brought a wrap out and said there’s no toast?? So to make it simpler I just asked for a normal 6 inch sub TOASTED with turkey and cheese and I think she mustn’t of turned the machine on because none of it was toasted in the slightest after a long shift in work you just want something quick to eat and enjoy it, now you may think I’m overreacting but my order couldn’t be simpler and I’ve not been to this subway in a while due to how bad it is compared to others but I gave it the benefit of the doubt today as I was passing on my way home from work and it is still the same.

Forget half the order, so ridiculous blame it on the just eat app, but don’t you pack the food ??????

Can't knock delivery driver. But asked for gluten free bread and got a note saying 'sorry we don't have gluten free we gave you italian' no calls missed so they didn't call even tho they claim to have. Why not just send a salad bowl?

my food arrived on time but was barely warm and although it was very tasty I woul have expected it to be hot

food was delivered 45 minutes after leaving subway. driver drove all the way to new moston and around Chadderton before delivering my food. food was cold when delivered

The delivery for our food says it's near but they have been pinned on my address an for over half an hour but not been delivered which is very strange

There was no jalapeños no garlic and herb sauce and smallest amount of south west sauce was cold and breed was hard by the time I got it no sauce for the sides either

ordered 3 meals 2 meals come complete 1 meal was missing the tuna melt how do you get a refund for the tuna melt meal

Bought a footlong online on just eat, had it delivered and there was barely any salad on my sandwich. I seen 2 pieces of lettuce that was it. Whoever made this its absolutely disappointing. If your paying that much for a sub u should atleast get a decent amount of salad. That was a joke Won't order from here again.... shocking !!!!

Tortillas not flamin ones plain bland hardly any cheese.. wrap what wrap got a sub went straight in bin as I don’t like subs hence the wrap choice very poor

Absolutely shocking experience today, I ordered on the app and when I received someone elses order! I called up and was told they couldn't send another driver out with the correct order. When I said I was happy to wait for the driver to become available he put the phone down on me. Shocking customer service. Now I've left with two salads that someone else ordered and they have my 27 pounds worth of sandwiches. Not happy I'm the slightest

We just wanted to thank the young man who served our daughter today. He was very sweet to her and she came away with a sub she was very happy to eat. 👍

The food is absolutely freezing. It’s like they have stuck it in to a freezer. I’m not happy whatsoever as I got it toasted and because it’s cold it just taste stale and hard. I’ve contacted featherstall road subway they have advised us to speak to yous as the driver picked up the food late which then resulted to us having cold food.

I put my steak and cheese wrap down for about 7 seconds and when I picked it back up it was sopping wet and sitting in a puddle of grease. The wrap even looked like it'd been constructed with malicious intent. Chicken bites were alright though, and they sent me like a bucket of chipotle sauce which is cool.

Sent a normal sandwich when asked for a gluten free sandwich - unable to eat now due to coeliac disease so will be expecting a refund

My dips and extra cookies were missing I got the wrong drink and wrong crisps and no ice cream that I ordered

I got very bad service rude staff! I got tuna and chicken. I got very little filling they ripped me off for my money. When I complained I got told I asked for extra salad and they have been told not to give more than a scoop of filling when the sandwich only had few pieces of chicken rubbish customer service!!!! I would not recommend this branch and would never go there again! 👎👎👎

I ordered over a certain amount so it allowed me to add three free cookies to my order but I didn’t even receive them…

it says delivered but i havnt recieved my order i called to find out whats going on but noone answered what the heck did i pay for

He didn’t bring my drink my cookie or my crisp I paid for the meal deal not just a sandwich, then when I tried to wave him down before he drove off he ignored me

The Sun was great as always. however the wedges were severely undercooked. the potato was borderline chewy which means I've had to submit a refund request for them. Disappointed as I've never had an issue from here before.

Delivered a footlong breakfast sub which looks vile and is unedible and I never ordered. I did not receive my steak sub and they cant be bothered to answer the phone let alone put the correct items in the bag and never receiced my cookies. I'll stick to the ones who get it right in future

It says you get free cookies when you order over £15 but I didn’t get it and when I spoke to the lady she was like how can I give you free cookies,she sounded like I was the one who is a joke,I told her it shows that on your menu she was like no no,she was talking in broken English and was telling me to get in touch with just eat lol,I’ve ordered from this place before and the guys were polite and always sent the cookies with order

Hash browns cold but everything else ok

Generally the service from staff here is okay at best. However today was very poor. While waiting in line I was looking at the new menu that Subway launched. The server just stared at me like I was ment to know he was serving me. No words came out his mouth. When I started to order he just rudely went to serving the previous customer. I asked if they still do the mega meat as it was not on the menu. The server said yes. I ordered a mega meat salad box. For some reason he cooked the meat without asking me. I normally have this cold. They no longer do spinach as a salad option. The main server looked like he could not care less or bothered about customer service.

Wanted delivery, the app wouldn't even let me order collection because whenever I selected that it would empty the basket, so I thought, okay this is definitely going to be a delivery then good! App says its ready for collection instead?? Scared that if I wait too long it'll be thrown away or something so I quickly go and collect it begrudgingly thinking an error must have occurred As soon as I pull up, the app says my order's been collected.. I go into the store and ask for it, I can't even give an order number because it's been collected apparently. The store doesn't even have it in stock apparently, saying it must've been cancelled? So I go back home, only thinking that despite the app asking me to collect, maybe it was collected by a delivery driver who's on the way to my house (I mean, no way someone could've collected it without my order number right? They were asking for it in the shop) As soon as I pull up home, the app gives a notification saying the order is ready to collect?!?? I click the notification, and the app says its been collected, with "enjoy your food" written.. Yeah.. Okay.. I am so utterly confused. Where did it go? Who collected it? Should I have stayed home? To add insult to injury, when I click "order again", it goes to an order with collection selected, and if I try and select delivery, it now empties the basket the same way it did for collection when I was first ordering! So the app was entirely just bugged it would seem, I wanted delivery and it went to collection instead, presumably because deliveries don't happen from that restaurant? No idea. I guess I'm not getting my money back, since I'm your system it's marked as "collected", right? Definitely not ordering from this again until I do get my money back.

The driver went completely the wrong way and then came to my house late. I also had a missing item. The sandwich was good though.

Driver refused to enter my apartment building. First claimed he could not do stairs, and then, when I told him we had a lift, he decided he was not insured to enter the building. I am disabled and this made it very difficult to get my food.

I recently visited the Subway in Oldham, and I gotta say, it was pretty awesome! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and they really made me feel at home. I ordered a foot-long chicken tikka sub, and it was packed full of delicious flavour. The bread was fresh and soft, and all the ingredients tasted really fresh. I also got some of their new crispy fries, and they were yummy too! The atmosphere in the Subway was really chill and relaxed, and it was a great spot to enjoy some tasty food and chill out after a busy day. And the prices were really reasonable too - I got a lot of food for my money. All in all, I'd definitely recommend the Subway in Oldham to anyone who's looking for a tasty, affordable meal in a friendly and welcoming environment. It's definitely worth a visit!
