Subway in Middlesbrough

only sent 1 pkt of crisps in the meal deals I ordered 2 cheese and onion sent 1 pkt ready salted if you didn't have the flavor any other would of done as it's better than not getting them at all

Order never arrived, waited around 2 hours before it said it was delivered but it never was. Tried phoning the shop but the number online is wrong. Tried going through just eat and their help service is appalling.

Not all items delivered. Told the driver and wasnt bother! Tried to phone them and number says not recognised!

i ordered 2 sandwich with with cheese, and there was none on either, also one of the sandwiches was made on heart Italian when i requested regular italian, dawn was working the shift

Food arrived in good time I just wish the store could’ve bagged the cold and hot items separately. The ice cream was melted, drink room temperature and the hot food was barely warm

Rude staff who don’t serve you on offer giving to you by head office after an original complaint from the same store from being overcharged there. Claiming to of already been in but I hadn’t but she knew better and I was wrong…

Would of been better if I would of got the wholegrain brown bread I asked for instead of Italian white, and also ordered a raspberry cheesecake cookie but I received a full chocolate chip which I can't eat chocolate cookies.

I ordered 2 bottles of normal, proper coke. I got one normal and one coke zero.... Also, the ham sandwich don't have cheese on it, which was essesntial to make a "ham & cheese" but that's now failed

First try of the Chicken Tikka with salad on a Italian roll bought as a meal deal with crisps drink and a extra cookie it was absolutely delicious best one I've had so far will definitely get that one again thank you subway 🤩

Put in an order, they didn’t send the right sandwich re-ordered it with an explanation they sent the wrong sandwich. How difficult is it to make a sandwich when you’ve been told what to put in it will not be going back

I couldn’t give it 5 stars as, despite ordering a pack of 3 cookies I only received 2. As a family of 3, 2 cookies isn’t very helpful!

The quality of this sandwich is absolutely appalling. Wouldn’t even give it to the dog, I’d shot it in the bin but I don’t want my bin to be overweight considering the Sandwhich is rock hard like a brick

Stale bread! We went to the restaurant as a family before the cinema at Cineworld. It was around 6pm or just after. The restaurant was full of a group of teenagers under 16 yr old who didn’t have any food or drinks. They didn’t order anything and were in the restaurant from us entering to leaving. The teenagers were very boisterous, vaping, swearing and being intimidating when I looked at them as I was going to say something about their fouls language. The lad working in the restaurant knew them as he was talking with them. We felt very very uncomfortable, me my wife and 13 yr old daughter. It was a very bad experience! Not good

I have asked for 'strictly no cucumber or tomato' and for some gherkins and jalapeño peppers in my sandwich, this was ignored, I could not eat my sandwich due to allergy to tomatoes. I am not happy and want a refund for my order.

The presentation of the sandwich was absolutely disgusting for £8 it’s squashed into the box like something special I have pictures if you would like to see

Very unhappy with delivery time. It was late as they went to drop food off at Cargofleet first which is further away from my address. Food was cold but the restaurant sent correct items.

I ordered a Ben & Jerrys ice cream tub and in no way was it listed as a vegan ice cream. If I was a veggie or a vegan, I would not have ordered a steak sub melt!! I paid an extra £1 for the ice cream which i probably wont eat. I think Subway need to be more transparent with the food on their menu.

More than half the items were wrong.. why put them as available if you’ve run out?? Ordered orange juice and Mountain Dew, got 2 Pepsi max, ordered rainbow cookies, got plain chocolate, ordered tangy Doritos, got ready salted 🫠 And one of the sandwiches was only cooked on one end 🥲 I won’t be bothering with a meal deal online again

It were quite busy when I went here but the service was fast and the sandwich were fine.

Food is normally fresh from Subway but the food I ordered today, I had a problem with. The bread tasted stale, like it has been left out and the ingredients weren't as fresh as they normally are. Bit disappointed as I didn't enjoy the food like I normally would

The food was cold, and there wasn't enough chicken in the filling, the cheese on it was missing. Was not happy with the order, the bread was burnt on sides and was proper stiff and cold. The only good thing was the delivery service, which came on time. However extremely disappointed with the order and don't think I would ever order from here.

The Subway Melt I got was horrible and there was hardly anything to it. Hash Browns weren’t great either. Requested a dairy free, brownie ice-cream for my son, it was cookie dough when it arrived. All in all, not the best.

Your delivery driver gave somebody else my food and nobody answers your phones, I want a reply with the number to complain.

The salad we recieved wasnt even close to what was ordered. It was missing a bunch of ingredients including the meat and cheese included ingredients that werent requested and had the wrong sauce

I was promised vegan ice cream over the phone, as a replacement for the vegan cookies I ordered that they didn't have in stock. Only the sub arrived. That was dry, cut terribly and badly made. Not impressed.

I ordered a 6” meal deal. The sandwich was great but I asked for Mountain Dew and received Pepsi Max and I asked for a vegan cookie and received an extra packet of crisps. I understand that some things might not be in stock but it was very disappointing.
