Subway in Amber Valley

The server barely put any cheese on even after asking for extra than when I get it it’s stone cold And my second order was not even cooked, the foods cross contaminated as they servers didn’t use knife’s to cut the eggs got it on the hands and put it straight into the salad with changing gloves, and this entire time the server just stared at me with disgust, and this is on multiple visits so it’s not like a one time thing

Staff are useless. Like walking zombies Automatically think you want cheese when not even asked for. Barely put any salad on. Rude. Not approachable.

Having subway at the BP garage is really handy instead of going into town. Its always really quiet so you get served quite quickly. I normally use this place now when getting a subway.

Aran and Mani went above and beyond to ensure I had the perfect cuppa. Getting me fresh milk from the store rather than me having to have UTI little carton milk. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure was a happy customer.

Lack of English language very hard to understand the staff, in a big rush, couldn’t care less if they get your order right. Not a good subway franchise.

Ok so its subway! The staff were incredibly miserable I've seen more smiles at a funeral! Manners and being polite cost absolutely nothing! The food was mediocre and didn't even have what I went in for...blah!

Brilliant service here. Mainly from Claire who is quick, efficient and always serves with a smile (: She also makes the effort to chat to customers and is pleasant every time I visit. This is definitely the best subway around considering how quick they are serving the food with sometimes only 1-2 staff. Also with the constant footfall of traffic being next to the fuel station, this place can get busy. its convenient because I am mostly based in the fire station next door so when I haven't had time to prepare my lunch meals, I come and see Claire who makes the best subs(: From Homby insta: homby___

Poor experience, they advertise £4.99 meal deal but if drinks dispenser not working then they charge 30p extra without informing you despite it not being your fault! Ordered a Veg option but server didn't change his gloves to avoid cross contamination despite there own rules! The indian staff were shouting/banter across to there mates in the forecourt side in another language, very rude! Queues too long, staff have to work in a restricted space.

I naively thought basic human knowledge extended to knowing how to make a sandwich. Today, I was proven wrong. I voyaged through a tsunami and quite frankly would rather drown than have to endure the painful process of ordering from here again

I come here almost every lunch break since it's close to where I work. They never miss. And they show appreciation to their regulars, which is always nice.

Service was pretty slow and lots of breads missing. Standard subway experience.

Breakfast was cold and not heated properly! The egg and sausage was literally cold.

This branch is located in a service station. Pretty standard for a subway. Food as expected.

Most of the time the order has been correct. We place a work order which usually amounts to approximately between £23 and £27 an order. One occasion the order was incorrect one one of the subs and had BBQ sauce smothered all over it which wasn't asked for, along with tomatoes again which wasn't on the order and the pickles that were requested were missing. Unfortunately the pregnant lady that had made that particular sub order was unable to eat it as she hates BBQ sauce. The staff should pay attention to what is on an order as this could have been an allergy issue for somebody. Luckily in this case it was not. A phone call was made but nobody seems to answer the phone. An email of complaint was also sent however we never had a response. Can't say we were shocked about this either. We did however return again the following week and luckily this time the order was correct. Service could be improved by responding to customer complaints in a timely manner and reading orders and making them correctly taking a little more care about the customers. Other than that, when the orders have been right, they have been lovely.

I've changed my review... I'll be going directly to subway with my issue! Especially when it comes to allergens. The lady who serves everyone is fabulous others should follow suit

I went in and the girl was serving 2 guys, and I was there waiting. The indian guy saw me and didn't serve me, he was just standing there doing absolutely nothing. I waited 10 min to be served, while the girl she was chatting and laughing with the 2 customers, she didn't care either that I was waiting.

Subway is nice but the garage products are quite expensive

Nice franchise, pleasant lady serving here, exactly what you expect from a subway.

We ordered online and there were a lot of issues including a vegan sub with non vegan cheese and a missing toastie which was then made with non vegan cheese and a chicken sub without the cheese and they forgot our drinks but the issues seemed to be down to an inexperienced staff member

Tried to order change my order to meatless meatballs over the phone and they hung up on me, rude. Tried to get meatless meatballs delivered separately and they changed them to sold out after I placed my order. I think its personal and I have taken it as such. Wont buy again from here

I've been in here 4 or 5 times and the staff already know what to expect she.n I order. They are very polite, friendly and efficient. I like this place for its convenient location, along my route to and from work

Surya is a ray of Sunshine ☀️ and he makes the absolute finest SubWay delights! I always have a vegan salad and he is so generous with the components. His carefully constructed masterpieces are second to none and I am always 110% satisfied after tucking into my beautiful, fresh tasty meal! 🥗

Beautiful place to have a break time, New Renovated Mfg Bp Swanwick Service Station which provides variety of services together such as Subway,Costa,Off License and Fuel. Especially in Subway ,I got a Veggie Delite has fresh veggies I love and wrapped with lettuce, tomatoes, spinach,green peppers, cucumbers atlast garlic sauce,it's tasty and nice one for vegetarian and subway rewards much better and finally good approach from the staff
