Mouldy food and silly wait times, not to mention the cold food and yesterday’s diner meat. Don’t waste your money.

This was all ordered in the shop. Ordered 2 kebabs with naan bread which ended up being mouldy. Ordered cheesy chips but the guy didn’t give us the chips until we said the chips were missing. After complaining about the mouldy naan bread we was told that “it was fresh and that’s how it is” absolutely shocking. Do not order from here unless you want food poisoning they need to be shut down.

If possiable i would give it zero starts but got my order after 2 hours and the food was cold and squashed. Called up and they said they was busy and couldnt do anything about it not even a partial refund. "The best they could do" was send out the food in another hour which would of meant the food came at 1am (we ordered at 10pm) kept ending the call because they were to busy but for some reason that was our issue when we are paying customers and what we paid for was what resembeled dog food. Burger was swimming in what we think was grease but can't be too sure. Not sure how they are even allowed to still be open

2 hours late ,food was cold rang up said they was to busy to replace our order kept putting phone down very poor service. Really wouldn't recommend ordering from these

What order what get two different things pay extra expecting what ask for no get cheaper excuses on phone example mixed mixed kebab but get standard kebab charge full price will not use again rip off English very poor.

Mold on the pizza and tasted awful took the food straight back to their shop and asked for a refund, reported to food health and safety

Good took 3 hours to turn up, tried calling but it ended straight away, I asked for cheese cake but I got chocolate cake, the batter on the chicken was way to over cooked, and chips was cold, don’t recommend!!!!!

Ordered from this place for the first time tonight and let me tell you I will never be ordering again. I placed our order at 7:22pm they gave a delivery time of 20:05 - 20:25. By 20:50 it’s still hadn’t arrived so I rang them and they said that it had left the shop with the delivery driver, rang the delivery driver while I was on the phone and the delivery driver said he hadn’t collected it from the shop and was on his way to get it. So the restaurant lied to me saying it had already been collected for delivery. It finally arrived at 9:40pm and was not only cold and soggy but was also missing an item that I ordered. Worst place I have ever ordered from.

Have used Pizza King in Ripley for s while now and have historically always rated them for the food and service. However, I have to say that tonight I was completely disappointed with not only the standard of the food I was served but the ridiculously long time it took them to deliver it to me after placing the order. Burnt pizza's, soggy fries, cold cheeseburger and complete lack of quality of all the food I was served. Definitely put me off purchasing from them again going forward and unless they improve their standards as to what they used to be!!

Used to be a good place to eat food come after 2hrs and was cold wouldn't even give me half price not how it used to be lost customer here

This place is a joke, rude and 2 hour and still no food and now they are not answering the phone

Amazing pizza. My friend is a vegan so she advised to have a vegan friendly veggie pizza and the chef brought out this exotic pizza we have never seen before! Pizza tasted funky, but in a good way! Absolutely would reccomend to anyone looking for a pizza place!

Food was wrong special instructions completely ignored (no onion in a calzone) which frustrating as can’t be eaten now … no help at all from the restaurant.. last week they bought my order out to me twice and expected me to pay for there error too…

Regular customer but tonight enough is enough lately always forgetting things and look like your putting them out when you ask so I’m done with you now enough chances and chicken has been over fried so that went in the bin nice one

My Calzone not only had a bone I it but it also had a long dark hair in it, I've never seen anyone wearing a hear net in there so I'm not surprised to be honest. Most of the time I have no complaints with pizza King but this isn't the first time we've found hair in the food. Sort it out.

ordered a pizza from here last night was sorely disappointed when i was waiting 3 hours for it to arrive and then i was told it was “delivered” however it did not arrive. had to go through the uber eats help system to get a refund absolutely dissatisfied as this is one of ripelys finest dining facilities

I'm very fussy about my pizza!... It's gotta be just right , dough properly cooked, fresh toppings, bread tasting amazing , the perfect dough for a pizza, and cooked just right , piping hot when it arrives, very friendly delivery man, and this place had/has it all.!!, I can honestly say, this really was the best pizza I've had in a long time.... they never delivered my pizza then 3 hours later when i rang them they said they were on their way but there never arrived. they didn’t refund for ages too

Food was over 2 hours and not very nice chicken on the wrap was undercooked and looked a little raw also the pizza had to be returned on delivery because it was inedible. Definitely not using this place again!!

It is quite sad to write this… on Friday night we had a houseful of six. Four kids from 5-16 years. We thought we’d have a movie and pizza night. I ordered our meal online and it came to £42.90 which is a lot of money for a takeaway but it was the occasion. The order went through at 17:56. After two phone calls, It arrived after two hours and when it did, not only was the meal wrong but it was also cold. We had two large pizzas that had clearly been sat sweating in a box for ages. Soggy chips, a cold kebab and chips and my 5 year olds kids meal left out the chicken nuggets. The delivery driver was apologetic. We called to say the order was wrong and asked what they were going to do about it. After much debate, the time had clearly passed for my five year old to wait two hours for his proper meal and by 8pm we were all starving, we reheated the food and we offered a full refund by “Jimmy.” That transaction never occurred, so we called back the following day and were told it would take three days. It is now FIVE days and it still hasn’t happened. We’ve used Pizza King for years… and this is terrible customer service and the standard of food presented was embarrassing. Do they care? It seems not. Oh… and we didn’t get to watch a movie… because Pizza King ruined our evening.

I've been having pizza for years from these guys and has always been great but tonight. 1) the delivery driver was very late. 2) the food was cold 3) the female on the phone was not professional. 4) when ordering they didn't know me.

Chips are lovely most of the time, pizza nice and not underdone. Would be better if they said a honest delivery time especially when they have new starters and said only be 45 mins and was over 2 hrs 20 mins. In total. Be better if they had variety of salad .

Done my order at 11:55 they accepted it and the food never came ring them 8 time no answer

First time trying Pizza King. Went in as a group of 10 so a fair sized order in one go. They handled it brilliantly. The wait for cooking time was fast and the food was great. Highly recommended the vegetarian pizza!

Just had a delivery from Pizza King. Quick delivery, hot fresh food, well wrapped. Chef's Special Kebab with chili sauce was huge and delicious. Recommended. Can't add a photo because I've eaten it all!

Shocking waiting times and poor food wpuldnt waste your money

Ordered at 6pm didn't turn up until 8pm. Not worth the money we paid. Poor quality pizza and Chicken burger. Won't be ordering from there again.

Placed an order at 17:50 was told it would be an hour and a half. It turned up at 20:10 and we didn't even get an apology from the driver which would have been the least they could do when we have a toddler waiting to go to bed. If we hadn't had paid for the order already I would have cancelled it

Food has took a turn in the wrong direction, very disappointed as I have been a regular customer for several years now, and it's turned into a shambles now.

Can not recommend this place enough, the quality of the pizza from this place is unreal. I have tried pretty much all the pizza joints in Ripley and these are by far the best. Timely deliverys with hot fresh food. Thanks Pizza King

Chicken kebab is always dead salty 😒😷

Ordered my food at 18:15 today and it finally arrived at 19:50! I rang up after an hour and was told the driver was at door, he finally arrived half an hour later. It was luke warm and the fries and onion rings were soggy. I think the food would have been nice if hot.

Great place for a Calzone pizza, which is basically large pizza folded over stuffed with filling and topped with cheese. You need to be seriously hungry to finish one of them off :)

Without a doubt the best pizza i've had in a long time! Always go to this place if i want a 16" pizza!

Can be hit and miss but usually fantastic food and service.

the food from here is top notch, my friend likes it so much he makes himself sick because he eats so much and just cant get enuogh i give it... 10/10
