I went there today (24/6/24) at around 20:00 there was a girl serving, she was so slow she paid more attention to something else rather than serving a customer. She wrapped my subway so unprofessionally that all the toppings were towards one side and the other side bread was empty The vegetables looked so dry like it’s been there for 2 days Never going back to this franchise Very disappointed.

Staff is rude , they just want to make money and reach there sales too so they don't let customers use the barcode because they will loose the money and sales particularly on event in wembly time they clearly say no on face they can't do the barcode rewards or else there scanner is not working , my friends face the same problem too , poor customer service and very rude too . I work for food too do I know how is works . And on top these guys told like owner told them to don't to rewards.

I’ve got a worst experience ever in this store I just order foot long and tells staff to cut in middle and just pack it separately half half. Then after time of payment staff charge 2 6 inch sub instead of footlong sub just because I tells tham to cut from middle and pack it separately. When I ask I order footlong so why I pay for 2 - 6inch sub ? Than staff says because we cut it half half and pack it separately so you need to pay for 2 - 6inch sub. How ridiculous and at the payment time they first force me to pay in cash instead of by card. It’s a customer's choice that how they pay for their meal. When I complain online for This matter they just says there are no any mistake by staffs. Worst store and staff ever

Ordered from just eat. They got the whole order wrong. Gave me wrong drinks. Bread wasn’t toasted even though I chose for them to be toasted. They gave me some disgusting vegan ice cream instead of the correct one that I paid for. Packaging was all thrown into one bag. Gave me hash browns that tasted 3 days old instead of wedges. Disgusting, poor, waste of money. Don’t shop here. Go to a different branch. This is by far the worst branch in Wembley maybe London. Waste of £19.

Honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I was shopping in Wembley today when I realised I had points which will expire in May so I thought let me grab some lunch. I saw that this was the nearest subway to me so decided to eat here. However I was treated in such a disgusting way by the owner of the restaurant. I asked him I would like to redeem my point and then he said to me that I should go to the branch I regularly shop as it’s not fair on his branch because I’ve never been there and only going there too redeem my points. I explained to him it doesn’t work like this and there isn’t a branch where I regularly visit, I go to the nearest subway and where it’s convenient. He had shouted at me just because I wanted to “claim points in his store”. He even spoke very rudely to my brother who is only 14 years old like how can someone be so cruel and harsh on a kid. He said he will not allow us to redeem our points in his store because we had never been there before. He even said he would prioritise local and regular people first but I explained that we don’t lice in Wembley and just visiting so how can we go there regularly. He didn’t have a name badge neither did his staff and he wasn’t even wearing a hair net. We were kicked out and embarrassed. We were lucky that there was a KFC there where we could have lunch. This experience has traumatised us both that we heart broken that Subway gives franchises to people like him who don’t care about the company image but their own profit. It truly is disgusting. I explained to him that subway do not operate like this but he didn’t seem to care.

I was going to pay with points and suddenly I was told that today was a "big day" and they cannot accept points...? Of course I was asked to come the next day to redeem points. I did not see this advertised anywhere in the store. How does this make any sense? Reading the reviews here this is clearly made up because they preferred money. If they do this to you just say you don't have money and assumed you can use points and walk away. They will have to throw the food away and make a loss.

Probably the worst subway in the UK. Staff clearly don't care and can't even muster a basic pleasantry let alone anything close to customer service. Servings are meagre (literally 3 pieces of spinach in a salad, had to ask for more lettuce, wasn't offered cheese or sauce) and ingredients just chucked on a box without even a basic level of consideration.

Got to be one of the worst Subways in the country. Staff are always in the back room and never visible through the window. They look like they don't want to be there, have absolutely 0 customer service skills. Give pitiful portions, the till area is cluttered and you can't even see the assistant over the wall they've put up. Shop is dirty and surfaces look sticky, smells odd. Just look in the tins in the first stop while you pick your bread, and ask yourself does it look appetising? Then pay £17 for your privilege.

really bad customer service, the staff in the evening during the week (the lady) was not in a rush to greet me at all , I had to wait few minutes until she actually comes to serve me. Then she didnt say hi and just wasnt polite at all, it was like she didnt want to be there. it made me feel very unwelcomed. Whenever there is another member like there was another lady some time ago which was trained by the staff, they were talking in their own language. Then when I have asked for a code to submit in the app for the points she made a big deal out of it and just didnt want to give it to me. It's my closest store but I'm disappointed every time I visit. They *never* have what I'm looking for (yet they continue to advertise it so that I waste my time queueing to order), their systems are terrible (I ordered and paid online yet the staff never received my order - the owner had to be called on the phone to confirm it). Now I'm due a refund for my payment and the owner wants me to get PayPal to refund me when they say it should come from him. Avoid this place. Update 2 months later: still the most pathetic Subway store I've ever experienced. I've given them so many chances as they're unfortunately the closest to me. They never have the latest deals, never have any of the plant-based products despite the fact that they advertise them on their menu in-store! So backwards. I've wasted enough time there now and will never return.

The most disappointing sandwich in my life! The bread was soggy, when the girl filled the salads she put literally THREE tiny slices of pepper and one tiny strip of sauce what made sandwich super dry. And that’s not OK! Ripped off. Asked to double up meat for a £, the miserable, mean spirited women, behind counter ( who looks like she has forgotten how to smile) gave me 1.5 portions. Pointed out that double meant 2 portions. She gave me an extra dollop and then whispered something to the cashier. I realised after she charged me 2x double. Pointed this out afterwards but with little success. Unable to have hot drink as hot water machine (Kettle?) didn’t work.

I would rate this zero if i could. My advice is just don't go here. Go somewhere else for food. Completely miserable workers. No life in them. Wouldn't even give us a reciept. Didn't put all our food in the bags and missed items out. Just threw a bag at us. I'll be speaking to trading standards about the refusal of a reciept. No effort on their part. Really annoyed.

Worst subway ever. DONT EVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY. Me and my wife had food poisoning the same night. There were fruit flies flying around my bread. I have taken pictures for proof. The guy did change the bread once he found me watching. The delivery meat which was supposed to be in fridge was kept outside in the shelf. It was one of the contributing factors for my food poisoning. The shop is run by asian management (indian/pakistani) in asian style by cutting down on staff and quality. Trust me I know what Iam talking about since Iam an asian too. Subway corporate office should scrap such stores since these people know to get away with these things.

I used to work for a subway in the past and I know well about the deals that exist.The manager guy tried to cheat me with the money at the tills saying I needed to pay extra for a hot chocolate after saying I used to work there he says it's changed now which was a big fat lie! Not only do they offer food that cause immediate food poisoning but they try to cheat you in a blink of a second.No clue how they got a four in the food hygiene rating! Fruit flies everywhere! You can see the meat sitting outside! Not in the fridge for God knows how long! They have no meatballs at all times! The breakfast sausage was still out at 8pm! The last time I went they had no sweetcorn,flatbread,pickles,olives.Not fit to be open in London or in that case on the face of this earth! Atrocious in one word!

The staff members need training to speak to customers appropriately as they were aggressive and rude.Also the store is small and thus need to be managed frequently and the staff were not adept enough to clean the tables when customers are sitting there. The cafe in the park is a public service yet this company has a card only policy no cash. The vast majority of customers are elderly or very young people who are out enjoying the park and stop for a snack,they discriminate against people for having cash only , disgusting service. Boycott any company forcing you to pay with a credit card
