The toilets are in a terrible way. There no way they are been regularly cleaned and checked. A place that services food should not have bathrooms of this standard

Order was completely wrong !!!!

when my delivery arrived it was like a dogs dinner, all squashed up

Half of my order missing the rest was wrong, cant contact them to get them to fix DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

ordered 4 items and only received two.. one of which was supposed to be a vegan cookie, and it wasn't. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed. Placed order and was called to say they had no tuna, this could have been easily made in under 5 minutes. Food was delivered cold, 3 items were missing from the order and wrong cookies were sent.

they sent the wrong bread and wrong cookies. There was no lettuce either.

Driver was very good and very fast and food was good but maybe whoever packs it should think about not putting the cold drink in with the sandwich because then the sandwich gets very squashed and goes colder faster. But very tasty!

Cold coffee closely wrapped beside warm subs which meant cold food.

do not order the BBQ meatballs they are tiny and you only get 4 per 6inch!when first looking àt my sub couldn't see meatballs so looked like a plain salad sub then I could see tiny balls of meat same size used on dominos pizza! ridiculous!👎👎

Was really disappointed as I usually enjoy subway and hadn't had one for a while but the bread was rock hard very disappointed

Ordered the new subway series sub and there was no salad or sauce in it whatsoever! I’m missing an extra cookie and a bag of crisps

Both had the wrong bread Both toasted to the point the bread was black. I asked for them not to be toasted. The driver left the order on the doorstep in the rain and drove off before we answered the knock

Absolutely ridiculous ordered two meal deal footlongs and both were ice cold even tho I asked for it to be toasted and on top of that they could t even give us the packet of crisps or the two cookies it was one of each and both ordered Pepsi with it and got one bottle. Absolutely embarrassing.

I didn’t received my full order. The chicken was replaced with ham . And I didn’t received my drink or crisps. Can you please refund me ?

I get from here quite regularly and to be honest it was horrible today, my sub may had well just had Mayo in it it was drowned in Mayo I couldn’t eat it - disappointing

Two out of three subs were correct

Would have preferred I got my complete order. They put on different bread that I don't like and should have contacted me beforehand but at least left a note on the receipt. I also ordered 2 X 3 rainbow cookies but they only sent 1 X 3 rainbow cookies. Tried to contact the store and they never answered.

Order missing majority of the items. The store was very rude and incapable of sending the missing items out to me. I complained and was sent a generic email.

Whoever made the wrap clearly wasn’t bothered even trying in their job today… also missing cookie that was ordered

Fast delivery and everything arrived as ordered, only issue was bread was abit stale but not a deal breaker

Fun fact- my house is actually closer to the subway at rathgael but I always pick the subway at springhill because the folks at rathgael are npcs that don’t know how to make a proper sub. They need to take a note from you guys, absolutely spot on as usual, nicely filled and stacked with meat and sauce like I asked for, delivery was really quick. Thankyou :)

Always my favourite Subway to order from but not sure what is happening lately. Everytime we order the hashbrowns we either get no dipping sauce with them or don't get the right amount of hash browns. 9 piece ordered, received 6 last time and today received 8.

There was no assigned driver for over 30 minutes. The food came cold. My son couldn't eat his pizza and wedges as they were cold. The foot long was cold and soggy. The wedges were hard and hasn't been cooked long enough. I have low blood sugar so ordered this as it was the quickest delivery and it took over and hour to come. Very unhappy with the service I relieved. Will not be ordering from here again. £18 wasted. Very disappointed

Absolutely Ridiculous, my order was completely wrong and when I tried to phone a number of times there was no answer !

Restaurant taking orders without any delivery drivers on shift. Waited near 2 hours and couldn’t even phone me to say there was an issue. Just made me wait then pressed “Delivered” after the 2 hours. Not the first time this has happened

One sub wasn’t toasted, dip was missing and one cookie instead of 2.

2 items missing unfortunately only received 1 out 3 pepperoni slices ☹️, sub all good though and fast delivery 👍

I didn't receive one of my dips and rather than nachos I just got a packet of doritos. Incredibly disappointing. A real shame.

This was the best subwaybin bangor but the past 2 meals have been absolutely dismal and every sub and garlic slice was stale bread . Last one cane FULL OF RED PEPPERS which was NOT ORDERED so full sub went to bin what a waste as we always order over £20 each time

No tuna on Tuna sub no cheese on either sub wrong cookies we ordered chocolate chip was given cranberry and white chocolate, wrong crisps ordered cheesy Doritos got original. We ended up missing our movie time as I had to add things to subs, to make it edible, for my highly picky son with autism

Did not toast the sub as requested and forgot to add half of my order. This has happened twice now and just eat won’t even refund me for half of it Never ordering again

I ordered a foot long sub and a 6 inch sub and only got 2 6 inches, and no way of contacting them this was second time things were missing from my order, paid for items not received, won't be using subway again

Accepted the order and when I went to collect didn’t have it ready shop was full and she denied even having received the order even tho they accepted it!!!! Wanted me to wait until shop was clear to see what the issue was! Complete disgrace employ people who actually have a brain cell in their head!!!!!

So they open at 8am...I go in at 10:15 to get sandwich to be told hearty Italian bread not ready! Was then told it was ready but hot so wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. You having a laugh . Absolute joke so left without anything. The place needs better staff who know what they are doing. Guy this morning looked liked he'd just rolled out of bed. 🤬

Always the better subway to order from. Food is always fresh and hot however, my dip with the hash browns is missing more times than not! Ither than that, very tasty!

Bread was hard was very dry as there was hardly any sauce I put on the notes to get marinara sauce on my sub and didn’t receive it I also have to give you compliments as you are the first subway to give me the correct crisps cookie and drink all at once when I’ve ordered off this app driver was very quick

It was okay. All a bit cold (despite asking for toasted bread with the 3 subs) and there were 2 drinks missing. Trying calling the restaurant but there was no reply.

Sub was freezing when it arrived but was requested toasted. Don’t live very far away so no good reason for it being cold.

Chicken and bacon salad with no bacon, asked for vegan cheese and was given normal grated cheese all over my salad, as I am dairy free it meant I could not eat it.

Received some form of seeded bread instead of hearty Italian, also didn't receive extra cheese that I paid for. However I did phone up and ask for marinara on the sub as its not an option on JE and they did do that for me.
