Wrong items delivered and my dinner plan ruined. Will not order again.

Completely wrong order was sent so I’ve had to reorder everything again. Please send a full refund of my order as I got none of it.

Very quick delivery. However food was only like warm.

Bought food from yous yesterday afternoon there I received it and it was freezing issued a refund for this matter to be ignored……

The chips were cold . I had ordered 2 tins of Pepsi Max but only one arrived

Initial delivery time was 35 minutes. It kept extending and extending, and eventually it was 1 hour 45 minutes before it was delivered. It arrived completely cold and the fries were soggy, probably from the condensation from sitting for so long.

Beyond disgusted. Will never order again. Literally watched the delivery driver go from KFC to MCDONALDS (whilst driving past my house, so why would you deliver my food first right?) to then go back to KFC again whilst DELAYING my order every few mins. Staff clearly incapable of reading as well considering there was items missing and I’ve asked for them to be replaced, they weren’t.

Chicken was warm. Drink were wrong.

I clearly asked for just mayonnaise and no salad on my fillet burger but t try hey must not be able to READ as I got a fillet with salad and no mayonnaise, useless

Food was cold. Only delivering a short distance and food was still stone cold! I even highlighted this issue when placing order and food still arrived cold. Refurbishment obviously hasn't improved standards.

Chicken was dry, poor for KFC this was at 6:30pm and it was busy... How does this happen?

Today I went and ordered 3 plain chicken fillet burgers beans, gravy and a 3 piece side of original chicken and 3 waters went through drive through again asked make sure they are plain chicken burgers male hands me the water then says my order 3 plain chicken burgers hands me the bag I then drive home 30 minutes away only to find none of the chicken burgers are plain all full of mayo disgusting phoned them immediately had to drive all the way back to get the order changed only to find out I wasn't the only one that didn't get what they ordered how hard is it plain chicken and bap will not be back to Bangor KFC it's really gone down hill if you're ordering food double check it's wright

Forgot a main mean from the order

ordered the food at 12:52 and originally said 30 minutes estimated delivery time.. It arrived at 14:22... absolutely abysmal delivery time, food was warm but not hot.

Missing fries had to order else where

Delivery was prompt and I was able to track it using the app. Food was warm and tasty, only small issue was the chips were a little soggy.

Whenever we order from KFC or indeed McDonald’s on this app , it’s always lukewarm warm or indeed stone cold . We will never order fast food on this site again !!!!

by the time I got my food it was cold, and I asked for 7UP and I got Pepsi

KFC chips are the worst in the world. cold, soggy and some were hard in the middle. The burger wasn't the warmest either.

delivery was prompt unfortunately parts of the order are missing. Unfortunately there seems to be no other method of contact as no one is answering the phone.

I believe this is the only KFC in the North of Ireland not using the Colonel's original recipe! Tasteless chicken, long wait with loads of staff standing about but not able to say, "We'll be with you soon." Not difficult. Music way too loud but at least the place was clean!

Dry and chewy chicken, looks like it's been recooked even though kfc never do that. Maybe a bad idea to get an early lunch? But thats me off kfc.

the chicken quality is worst. its not crispy at all. Not the KFC type and it's too salty.

Driver couldn't operate a sat nav or app to find the address, his tracking was off so couldn't see where he was on GPS 40 minutes after the delivery time. Food was dangerously cold and had to be fully heated in oven and microwave at home. Worst experience ever

Absolutely finger licking good! The chicken is delicious and I love the taste of the new fries. The gravy is always amazing and the kids adore the mini fillets. The store is always clean when I’m in and the staff are always so helpful letting us know the best offers and savers. I love how they communicate well and make sure our order is right

Just asked for a burger without anything on it in a clear manner, they proceeded to completely ignore me and put everything on the burger. The 3rd times this happened really disappointing that people can’t follow clear instructions.

Ordered on UberEats and the boneless tenders I received were disgusting they had a vegan taste to them but it was definitely chicken but didn't even eat half of one of the tenders, the coating also looked flat and like something you'd get from Sainsbury's

Had KFC delivered by Uber Eats and to say I’m not impressed is an understatement. Fries missing and zinger burger was not even dressed. If this is the kind of food kfc are serving they should be ashamed. Good deliver service mind you.

The most rude ignorant aggressive delivery driver ever it was very intimidating. In a rush, repeatedly demanding a code from the app. I closed the door as I was actually scared. Not a pleasant experience at all.
