KFC Bangor County Down - South Circular Road in North Down

Chicken was dry, poor for KFC this was at 6:30pm and it was busy... How does this happen?

Today I went and ordered 3 plain chicken fillet burgers beans, gravy and a 3 piece side of original chicken and 3 waters went through drive through again asked make sure they are plain chicken burgers male hands me the water then says my order 3 plain chicken burgers hands me the bag I then drive home 30 minutes away only to find none of the chicken burgers are plain all full of mayo disgusting phoned them immediately had to drive all the way back to get the order changed only to find out I wasn't the only one that didn't get what they ordered how hard is it plain chicken and bap will not be back to Bangor KFC it's really gone down hill if you're ordering food double check it's wright

ordered the food at 12:52 and originally said 30 minutes estimated delivery time.. It arrived at 14:22... absolutely abysmal delivery time, food was warm but not hot.

Delivery was prompt and I was able to track it using the app. Food was warm and tasty, only small issue was the chips were a little soggy.

Whenever we order from KFC or indeed McDonald’s on this app , it’s always lukewarm warm or indeed stone cold . We will never order fast food on this site again !!!!

KFC chips are the worst in the world. cold, soggy and some were hard in the middle. The burger wasn't the warmest either.

I believe this is the only KFC in the North of Ireland not using the Colonel's original recipe! Tasteless chicken, long wait with loads of staff standing about but not able to say, "We'll be with you soon." Not difficult. Music way too loud but at least the place was clean!

Dry and chewy chicken, looks like it's been recooked even though kfc never do that. Maybe a bad idea to get an early lunch? But thats me off kfc.

Driver couldn't operate a sat nav or app to find the address, his tracking was off so couldn't see where he was on GPS 40 minutes after the delivery time. Food was dangerously cold and had to be fully heated in oven and microwave at home. Worst experience ever

Absolutely finger licking good! The chicken is delicious and I love the taste of the new fries. The gravy is always amazing and the kids adore the mini fillets. The store is always clean when I’m in and the staff are always so helpful letting us know the best offers and savers. I love how they communicate well and make sure our order is right

didn’t receive my order on the 23rd of December, Requested a refund and still haven’t received one.

Just asked for a burger without anything on it in a clear manner, they proceeded to completely ignore me and put everything on the burger. The 3rd times this happened really disappointing that people can’t follow clear instructions.

Ordered on UberEats and the boneless tenders I received were disgusting they had a vegan taste to them but it was definitely chicken but didn't even eat half of one of the tenders, the coating also looked flat and like something you'd get from Sainsbury's

Had KFC delivered by Uber Eats and to say I’m not impressed is an understatement. Fries missing and zinger burger was not even dressed. If this is the kind of food kfc are serving they should be ashamed. Good deliver service mind you.

The most rude ignorant aggressive delivery driver ever it was very intimidating. In a rush, repeatedly demanding a code from the app. I closed the door as I was actually scared. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Really disappointed. Been sent a trilogy box meal instead of a boneless banquet and gravy instead of beans with our tower meal. Having worked in kfc before it’s really not hard to just check you are picking up the right box before you put it in a bag.

late delivery as informed by kfc the driver also delivers for other food outlets . not there problem ! just eat compensated £5.54 on our £30 order it was cold scattered in bag a real mess . only thing we saved was 2 cans of orange before food hit recycle bin . this was our second bad delivery from KFC there will not be a third chance .

The order never arrived. Went from preparing with driver assigned for well over an hour to suddenly jump to delivered. No option to cancel as driver had been assigned. What’s the point in the 4 digit code when they don’t have to ask for it.

Just received our order and one portion of chips are missing.

Order was placed at 8.16. but order came around 10. too late.

Food was absolutely freezing burger was all mashed up and tossed about chips were hard and the supercharger sauce was everywhere ridiculous
