Time kept changing and food was cold, better to collect next time

Said the courier was there for 40 minutes before the food was actually sent I live across the road and by the time it got here it was cold and missing items

why is it so hard for staff to check the bag and see if they've got everything right! always something missing!

Everything was cold and sloppy, it seemed like it had been out for delivery for quite a while. This used to be a decent KFC but no longer as last 2 deliveries were late and cold.

Has improved since my last visit 2yrs ago as it really was bad but now very hot food and friendly knowledgeable staff..

It would have been better if the driver either knocked on the door or rang the bell. I only got my order by opening the front door to see when it was arriving only to find it on my doorstep resulting in it not being as warm as it should have been.

The delivery person was very polite. A credit to yourself. If only all delivery people where like that. 10 out of 10 for delivery person

I'd just finished work and hadn't eaten since breakfast. Ordered on the way home and was delivered literally 5 minutes after I entered the house! Driver was polite and professional. Food was yum!

Super helpful I forgot to up date my address but thankfully the driver rang and said he was at our old house with with the food. He brought it to our new house we where so greatful. Very pleasant and well mannered most delivery drivers wouldn't have went out of there way. Guy needs a payrise. He was also bang on time even though there was the issue with the address. Diffently use just eat again.

I'm very disappointed. I never received anything I ordered last time. I have also not received a refund. I was hoping to have this sorted so that I could order tonight 😞 I received a cancellation of pepsi, popcorn chicken and chips.

It was on time only bc the delivery time kept on getting moved back like from the original delivery time it was 30 minutes difference

I ordered a leg of chicken an ended up getting a breast of chichen, they had left out the dips that were ment to come along with the meal

I requested NO fries mash and gravy instead. Also specifically asked for SIDE not BREAST received drum stick which I DO NOT EAT. VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️ Not sure I will order again 😔

Waiting time was 25 mins then continuously chanhed adding 20 mins each time instead of just saying 1 1/2 hrs at the start. Didnt get my gravy which ruins the whole meal and phone not being answered. So gutted with my meal

The just eat driver drive around in circles around Bangor and stopped 9 times. I ordered food at 20:40, it is now 22:00 and my food is cold. I want a refund, it's beyond a joke. I can't even order from anywhere else as everywhere is closed.

It was advertised as 15 - 30 mins it was for my son's dinner before work but he had to leave without it. It appeared the courier was waiting for approx 30 mins.

What is the point of a food delivery service when the driver doesn't know where he is going, even though I enter my exact location via the app. The driver circled my area, then stopped a ways away, this is when I decided to take it upon myself to go and find him in the rain. I observed a male getting into his car at the location pinpointed on the map, I asked him if he was Justeat - he said he was. I asked him where my food was and his reply was on the doorstep, yes of the wrong house on the wrong street ( 50 metres away from my address) in the rain. Well if I cannot be guaranteed to have my food delivered to my exact location as requested then I wouldn't be happy to use your service again. I will be taking this further if I don't hear from yourselves in good time.

Late. Driving waited for 15 minutes at the restaurant for more orders then went halfway around the town delivering them. Mine was freezing. I am not happy and I'm not finisihed yet. I was a refund.

Got a delivery. Chips cold and covered in pepper which I hate. Tried to ring branch but gave up after 7 tries. Not biggest fan of KFC but food is usually warm at least.

Never ordering again. This is the 3rd time ordering from them on JustEats and the second time we had items missing but this time I'm extra annoyed because we were getting a treat for my daughter for getting an award at school and BOTH the kids chicken tenders were missing. Had to call the store at least 10 times before someone picked up and as I discussed the issue I heard the lady on the phone ask another employee who clearly admitted that it was his mistake and she STILL tried to point the finger at JustEats. Told us to go to the site and ask for a full refund... no such option exists. So no food for the kids and out 45 quid. Never again.

I ordered at 18.13 and was given an expected delivery slot of 18.50 to 19.10. This was revised to 19.10 to 19.30. The food when it arrived at 19.32 was cold. The chips were too cold to eat, the burger was slightly warm. Very disappointing

Good quality, decent service, friendly.

The chicken leg, chips and gravy were lush. But the chicken burger was watery and rubbery, almost had an undercooked quality to it.

They have marked my delivery as Delivered but the food has not been delivered. and it has not arrived. So i cant even refund the order As they marked it completed before checking the order

Worst KFC ive ever been to, over the years its gotten really bad. Cleanliness, attitudes and food all disappointing, and the scan your code fiasco is a joke! Never working so not able to make use of promo deals, never had this problem with BK. Update May 2023, staff completely preoccupied with drive thru and collection orders. Almost pointless queuing unless you are prepared to wait a very long time, all customers should be given the same scale of priority. Update Nov 2023, so the new signature fries are very nice indeed I must say. In regards to the food in general - hit and miss really. I only go for the offers now mostly as I find it overpriced overall. Update April 2024, same old same old. Once you have had KFC in Turkey or Spain then you realise what a difference, lovely crispy crunchy coating, not greasy and very tasty. Why are we being served this rubbish year after year at rip off prices!!!!

Rice was dark brown, mushy, like it had been reheated several times. Last three out of four times I've ordered rice it has been like this. Very poor quality

Best KFC I have been too and the service was the fastest I have had in a drive thru. It was very busy and I was 4 cars behind ordering but placed order and it was ready by the time we went to collection window. This is the way all drive throughs should be.

this is the second time I've ordered extra gravy, been charged and paid for it, and it's not in the order, driver knocked the door and was already in the car by the time i got there.
