Food was not good, the sub was burnt and they didn’t give the specific sauce I asked for! Extremely disappointed

when the delivery arrived I was confused as to way the driver needed my order number as my delivery address wasn't listed so I had to find my delivery number and read it out before I recevied my order which has never happened before and I was a little baffled at this request. so it makes me a little apprehensive to order food again. the food however was lovely.

Very stingy on the meatballs, every other subway provides a sufficient amount and I got 4 tiny ones with barely any sauce

Lovely Subway for a lunchtime snack!

Although delivered early, a dreadful order arrived. They never seem to get it right in this store. No salad in the veggie sub, only cheese. No jalapeños (paid extra for) in the nachos. Very little cheese or salsa, basically a box of burnt crisps which were inedible. The salad was thrown in the box like a dogs dinner. No care taken at all. Hope they open a proper subway close by.

They delivered my food to the wrong house

Huge shout out to whoever made my wraps! The first time I have ever had a decently filled wrap from Subway. Also the wrapping job of said wraps was phenomenal. I have a sneaky suspicion the wrap artist has had plenty of practice of wrapping well stuffed objects up. They should be proud of their talent and be given a pay rise!

I recently had the pleasure of trying a 6-inch veggie sub made by my friend Deva, and it was an absolute delight. Lovely fresh food nothing missing and really fast delivery

90 minutes was simply too long. It sadly was not stated if there was a shortage of delivery drivers this time, instead the delivery eta kept changing, which was hugely frustrating this time around. I hate leaving negative reviews, but there should be an option for restaurants to communicate better with their customers if they're facing lengthy delays.

Food was phenomenal! Woman who delivered it was lovely enough to even come to the door, super quick service also! 10/10 to whoever made the food and the lovely woman who brought my food! ❤️

Normally, everything is ok from here but I ordered my usual and first thing I noticed the bread was soggy almost like water had been spilled on it. I ate around the soggy bread and my mouth started to feel like it was on fire. I have stomach issues and a Jalapeño Pepper had found its way into my food, it was pure luck I did not swallow it. More care needs to be taken with preparation, I doubt I would buy from here again.

Quiet mid week but clean and comfortable. Food piping hot and all ingredients fresh. Friendly staff. Better than going to the chippy!

Absolutely awful customers service from this place 1st of all get bag full of crisps and drinks which did not order phoned the store which they put my wife on hold before hanging up when phoned back they said would get my order and to ask for refund on just eat which takes 48hrs and I'm not getting my food because they no driver absolutely shocking customer service asked for manger but of course he's not there disgraceful would advise not to order from this place if they treat customers like that !

ordered meal deals and should have just thrown the money down the drain. one sub had no salad on it at all while the other had missing salad options and looked like whoever put the sub together just couldn't be bothered. Will not be ordering from here again. absolute waste of money! And to top it off the delivery was very rude as well. expected me to go to to his car to collect my order

Tasty Bombay Tikka sub and delicious cheese and garlic bites !

Staff from last night, I really thank you. I ordered 7.45, there was no driver and I looked it up and said the shop closes at 9, so at 8.50 I got in contact with Just Eat and explained the situation, there was no driver for over an hour. Even tho the shop closed at 9, as per Google, the driver wasn't assigned until 9.20 and wasnt on the way till 9.30 whoever was on last night, not only did u get the order perfect but if you legit stayed later and waited I've nothing but thanks and compliments to give. I work in Greggs, and I know how difficult it is when an order comes in just before close and no one shows, I normally press cancel which gives the customers money back and me and my staff leave. You had patience and again, even got the order correct, it was delicious, had a long hard day yesterday so it was much appreciated that you did that. I'll be ordering again (at an earlier time :b )

Wrong order for my son!!! And freezing

It was pretty good, they got my order right even with me having to add some things into the order note and it arrived early. There was plenty of sauce on the sub too which made it even better.

This is by far the best subway I've ever been served at. Staff are very friendly and efficient, would 100% recommend. Ate my delicious footlong BLT in peace and was asked how my food was after devouring such masterpiece. I will come back again very soon. Thank you subway :)

Didn’t give me my garlic slice all them where margarita slices! Also asked for them to be cheesey as they always put the smallest amount of cheese on and I was ignored! Not good customer service even funnier the receipt they printed which was attached to the bag literally has my note on it saying ‘please make sure they’re cheesey thanks’

Delivery driver was amazing. If everyone had his happy personality the world would be a better place. He was so lovely and considerate of me coming out of the garden to grab the delivery off him and offered to carry it for me

Unfortunately I did not receive my correct order, I paid extra for additional sauce, I paid for double meat, I also paid for extra cheese and for the meat to be heated and unfortunately did not get certain vegetables eg jalapeños in my salad. Not a nice meal

First time I have received poor service from this subway so was disappointing, especially as it is the only local take away where I can get a vegan meal at my time of order. This review is only for my vegan pb steak sub which I cant actually review as I did not get the pb steak, instead the standard veggie pattie. I would not have ordered this as I tried it before and found it far too spicey. This may seem minor but I put a little note in asking for extra pickles please, which I did not get :( It was just a bit of a disappointment as any other time Ive asked ive got loads extra, sometimes in a box!!!! the last order even a wee note with a smiley :) which made my day. The service and quality kept me coming back but I wont be returning now. delivery service was spot on

Food didn’t arrive, I got fed up waiting and went to collect it

This is the second time we've ordered from this subway and the order has been delivered wrong. One sandwich was supposed to be just meat, cheese and sauce which was fine but they just sent two like this when the second one was supposed to be with different bread, sauce, salad and I paid for extra cheese. Both were supposed to be toasted and neither were. Very disappointing.

I don't know what commons brae Subway's vendetta is against sliced cheese and American cheese but every single time I ask for either of these options, I get no cheese instead. Literally every. Single. Time. Yet when I ask for the blended cheese option, I get it no problem. If you don't have the sliced or American cheese, it shouldn't be an option. It would be better to put the blended cheese on it if you don't have it rather than no cheese at all for goodness sake. Other than that, the subs generally arrive cold and are barely toasted.

Despite asking for sandwich to not be toasted it has been toasted. I didn’t tick the box for it to be toasted and also left a note specifically asking for it not to be toasted as well yet a turkey and salad sandwich has arrived warm.

Food thrown together and delivered out. 2 olives in a 6 inch sub. Paid for extra cheese in a veggie sub and there was hardly any cheese in it. In the notes asked for no lettuce. It arrived with lettuce so my son refused to touch it. Nachos were the biggest disappointment. Tiny amount of salsa in the corner, hardly any cheese (which was stuck to the cardboard and not on the nachos. 4 jalapeños.
