Absolutely terrible, ordered a tuna salad and never got tuna, just salad. Shocking! Never got jalapeños in nachos and hardly salsa with 3 nachos! Never again from subway in duloch

waffle fries were not in the order but on the receipt

Ordered 2 cookies only got one , ordered a Footlong with no salad no sauce - came with salad and sauce - haven’t ordered in ages as kept getting order wrong - things haven’t changed !

Both subs only had one or two small pieces of meat.

I ordered a tuna mayo salad. I did not have any tuna mayo in the salad. Very disappointed

The last 3 times I’ve ordered from here there has been multiple items missing, £14 on a meal deal to only have one item delivered is ridiculous

Everytime these guys get the order wrong. Like it’s totally made up. Not sure if it’s a skill issue with reading orders but it needs fixed.

please stop putting freezing cold drinks in the same bag as the hot food. waste of money. arrives cold as usual. also incorrect items. but just eat won't refund. brilliant.

Delivery was 45 mins late from original delivery slot i waited 1 hour 20 mins for a sandwich and couldn’t eat it as my lunch hour was over also was amazed to find my bag not sealed and no receipt presented ohhh and also you forgot the footlong cookie that was ordered great effort 👍 will not be using this subway store again it’s not hard to get it right 👍

Delivery driver left at front door, did not knock or ring bell didn’t realise till checked app and was sitting out front for 10 mins!!!

Food was awful, burnt to the point it was like trying to eat a brick, both subs missing cheese, no sauce, dry and disgusting. Informed by our driver that the staff had made comments about how just eat orders don’t matter. Won’t be back :) x

Nacho chicken bites- so hard I couldnt chew them. Sub- cold + so dry. Nachos- cold and had like a teaspoon of cheese.. probably won’t be getting a subway again anytime soon.

Put my pizza slice in a box and it's eaten the topping. Why would I want a topping on my pizza.....

no sauce provided with the side or on the footlong. stone cold and quite frankly hearty Italian tasted stale rather than toasted. so poor I left 3 quarters of it. deliberately ordered from duloch as I have had poor service from the one in hospital hill. very very disappointed.

I ordered a foot long Ham sandwich, cheese bites, a chocolate cookie and a fanta orange juice. All that arrived was the sandwich and nothing else and charged £18.01. I called the shop and the staff said not their drivers and nothing they could do. would try calling driver, otherwise I can try claim a refund and re order. Not at all helpful and service is rubbish and this kind of thing is happening far too often.

My mozzarella bites were missing, I haven’t ordered for a while because always have stuff missing and it’s happened again!

Since reopening been very very poor. Nobody seems to know how to make a sandwich. Ordered a footlong and received 6-inch. Ordered online and picked up along with 5 other sandwiches. Only realised we had been robbed of 6-inches when opened the bag. One other sandwich was on wrong bread, another had ordered double meat at £3 extra and didn't get it. Phone number is not recognised, and no way to get in touch other than going back to the shop.

My order hasn’t showed up and I’ve been charged £11.37 and I’m only get refunded £7

I ordered grain wheat and got white. I ordered one coke and one sprite and got 2 sprites. Cookies are absolutely wrong.

The food was delicious but the order was incorrect and mixed up. There were no cheese bites delivered even though I paid £15 for my meal, I ordered my sub without tomato but it came with tomato, my daughter’s wrap was ordered with tomato but had none. Frustrating, but not the end of the world. When you pay £42 for lunch, you would like it to be correct

No issue with delivery time but items were missing and the bag was open (front door camera can confirm this) food had to be binned as we didn’t know if it had been tampered with or not, called and the person i spoke with was great, it’s in the hands of just eat now for a full refund!

the order was wrong, when we received it both subs were with the wrong bread, wasn’t toasted and was horribly wrapped. we were also missing dorito tangy cheese crisps which we paid extra for. very poor quality

I ordered ahead of time and scheduled it for 11:45, but it still got late. The sandwich didn’t look at all like the picture (the bread was uncooked for example, when it was supposed to be a melt). They got my drink order completely wrong, and the order was missing my cookie. Terrible in general

As usual there was a problem. Wrong juice delivered, f i ordered coke zero but received full sugar for 2 diabetics !

In my order I asked for a roasted chicken breast foot long where I received chicken tikka instead, I also ordered a chocolate milkshake and a tango instead I received an oasis and a Robinson blackberry drink

I like the speed of the delivery, the food was still hot when I got it which makes a change, however I would not recommend the nacho cheese bites as the were dry. Apart from that very good service!

Wrong food was delivered cant be that hard to make a sub

Ordered 12.20 and delivered 2.40pm. Driver called from store at 2.30pm saying they told him I’d Collected. Absolute rubbish. Next minute he arrives with it, turned order away as was over 2 and a half hours late.

Order didn’t come after 1.5hrs and time kept going further and further back. Drove to the restaurant and the staff said my order had been sitting for over an hour and that the delivery driver hadn’t been to collect.

Wrong toppings on sub ruining whole sub and making it inedible due to the pickle juice soaking through the rest of the stuff.

Nachos were stone cold with no Jalapeños.

I had salad on my sub when I didn’t order any and it also had the wrong sauce on it. Ordered tango orange and received tango paradise punch and also ordered a rainbow chip cookie and received double chocolate. No sauce with nacho chicken bites either. Every single part of my order had something wrong.

Food missing and everything else was cold

I ordered a foot long meal deal. The side of nacho chicken bites was missing. I tried to use the just eat app to report this and request a refund. However this is not possible as the app only allows the entire meal deal to be reported missing. Food received was good, but not happy that an individual item was missing and there is no way to report this and request a refund using the app.

My crisps however were missing

Ordered a wrap meal deal and ungraded to the dorito Nachos. What I got was a stale 6", a packet of doritos and a burnt cookie. Tried to call the shop with the number just eat provides and it doesn't connect. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! Would not recommend and will not be back!!!!!!

Food was not enjoyable after waiting over an hour for it. Things were missing. Disappointed

feel bad for the poor kids working here who clearly havent had any training, nobody knows what theyr doing, the guy asked me what was in the turkey breast sandwich.... manager was through the back chopping veg and not helping at all. staff would do one job and then go and chat in the back, had to ask to pay for my sandwich as the staff member just wrapped it up and left it at the till. it was also left to get cold after toasting while they chatted openly while customers were waiting. food was awful my partner had to throw theirs away as it was disgusting. i ate mine but felt sick afterwards. food prep area was dirty, loads of foods mixed up in the wrong containers. honestly terrible, avoid.

16:30 asked for two tuna salads, no Tuna very little ingredients left. There were two staff on, a 16 and 17 year old who looked like they had been dropped in it and they certainly had. However, both apologised for the lack of product but put together two nice alternatives. They were both polite and conscientious and I can't praise them enough. However, whoever runs this branch needs to ensure you have the stock before bigging the place up, It will help. I would still recommend going as it was maybe just a blip and hopefully not a regular occurrence.

Subway can't get a single order perfect anymore, I paid for a tub of sauce I didn't receive ruining the whole meal, haven't even ate the sandwich, it's always like this in Dunfermline now and has been for like 5 years

Came in about 5 o clock was greeted by 2 boys who made a great sandwich’s and had a lovely chat with me really recommend this place!!! And good manners

Ordered the SubMelt meal deals for 2 via Uber eats. Arrived more than 1 hour later. Driver went to the wrong address and caused some delay. However the food arrived with both sandwiches squashed and flattened because they were placed on the bottom of the bag, which took the weights of the drinks and sides. Was really disappointed but ate all the sandwiches despite the terrible condition because we were starving having waited for more than an hour
