Ordered from Uber eats and food arrived freezing cold and missing items

Easily the poorest subway branch in Dunfermline, always at least 1 item wrong sometimes as simple as forgetting to toast your sandwich. Will be using alternate branches going forward when wanting subway.

time kept getting changed by the time it arrived all the food was stone cold very unhappy

Food was incorrectly prepared, had this issue a couple of time with duloch. It was also all stone cold. Delivery was late. Not good at all

Incorrect sub delivered, cookie had clearly stuck to the baking tray and been pried off so was a broken mess! Not what you expect when you pay such insane prices. Will certainly be the last time for me.

Wasnt happy with my order got a sandwich deal and orderd sub =right crisps =right for a change cookie=missing and a normal coke=got coke zero paid full price and only recived half my order

Unhappy as asked for no lettuce and got lettuce I am allergic to it so I could not eat the rest of my order

My salad box was delivered on the side not straight so everything was in the corner, wont order again

Arrived after about an hour, both footlong churros were missing, no cheese at all in the footlong dipper, on sub was left without sauce, sausage or cheese, just filled with bacon. Absolutely horrible place, if you want Subway order at another location

I’ve ordered from this Subway branch multiple times, and without fail, every single time, something is missing from my order. This time, it was the sauce for my nacho chicken bites. In the past, it’s been a side order, a drink, or even a cookie.

No chicken inside chicken breast salad, wrong juice and crisps, disappointing and will never order from this subway again

Didn't have everything i ordered. shouldn't be an option to order if there's no stock.

I have been waiting 2 hours for my order to arrive. States driver has been assigned and order is still being prepared at the shop still. Terrible service overall.

Delivered way over the original advertised wait time. When it did arrive it was missing one of the subs and wrong drink was provided. The sub that was delivered was burnt and rock hard. Hardly any filing and one slice of bacon. Super disappointing

Our order took over one hour to arrive and we received the wrong order in the end. Tried to cancel beforehand and the lady said that was okay and a full refund was going to occur. We didn’t end up getting to eat as the distance travelled between where our order ended up was too far. Very disappointed.

No salsa on nachos, sweetcorn on sub which wasn’t ordered.

Staff serving with long hair free and hanging over food, and the glass had dirty drip marks and gunk stuck to it. Had a bite of subway and it was cold, the beef was slimy and I binned the whole sub. Was vomiting an hour later. Would like to report to someone higher because it absolutely disgraceful.

Footlong was not toasted and cheese/extra cheese not added. 6 inch was meant to be toasted.

You haven't followed instructions correctly I asked for no cheese on one of subs as can't have cheese and you put cheese on it also missing the sides cookie dough and sauce

Absolutely terrible, ordered a tuna salad and never got tuna, just salad. Shocking! Never got jalapeños in nachos and hardly salsa with 3 nachos! Never again from subway in duloch

waffle fries were not in the order but on the receipt

Ordered 2 cookies only got one , ordered a Footlong with no salad no sauce - came with salad and sauce - haven’t ordered in ages as kept getting order wrong - things haven’t changed !

Both subs only had one or two small pieces of meat.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered from here there has been multiple items missing, £14 on a meal deal to only have one item delivered is ridiculous

Everytime these guys get the order wrong. Like it’s totally made up. Not sure if it’s a skill issue with reading orders but it needs fixed.

please stop putting freezing cold drinks in the same bag as the hot food. waste of money. arrives cold as usual. also incorrect items. but just eat won't refund. brilliant.

Delivery was 45 mins late from original delivery slot i waited 1 hour 20 mins for a sandwich and couldn’t eat it as my lunch hour was over also was amazed to find my bag not sealed and no receipt presented ohhh and also you forgot the footlong cookie that was ordered great effort 👍 will not be using this subway store again it’s not hard to get it right 👍

Delivery driver left at front door, did not knock or ring bell didn’t realise till checked app and was sitting out front for 10 mins!!!

Food was awful, burnt to the point it was like trying to eat a brick, both subs missing cheese, no sauce, dry and disgusting. Informed by our driver that the staff had made comments about how just eat orders don’t matter. Won’t be back :) x

terrible delivery time…. cheese was missing on one of my foot long subs also was the wrong bread and wrong juice the fries were so hard i nearly broke my tooth also a cookie missing

Nacho chicken bites- so hard I couldnt chew them. Sub- cold + so dry. Nachos- cold and had like a teaspoon of cheese.. probably won’t be getting a subway again anytime soon.

no sauce provided with the side or on the footlong. stone cold and quite frankly hearty Italian tasted stale rather than toasted. so poor I left 3 quarters of it. deliberately ordered from duloch as I have had poor service from the one in hospital hill. very very disappointed.

I ordered a foot long Ham sandwich, cheese bites, a chocolate cookie and a fanta orange juice. All that arrived was the sandwich and nothing else and charged £18.01. I called the shop and the staff said not their drivers and nothing they could do. would try calling driver, otherwise I can try claim a refund and re order. Not at all helpful and service is rubbish and this kind of thing is happening far too often.

Since reopening been very very poor. Nobody seems to know how to make a sandwich. Ordered a footlong and received 6-inch. Ordered online and picked up along with 5 other sandwiches. Only realised we had been robbed of 6-inches when opened the bag. One other sandwich was on wrong bread, another had ordered double meat at £3 extra and didn't get it. Phone number is not recognised, and no way to get in touch other than going back to the shop.

I ordered grain wheat and got white. I ordered one coke and one sprite and got 2 sprites. Cookies are absolutely wrong.

My order hasn’t showed up and I’ve been charged £11.37 and I’m only get refunded £7

The food was delicious but the order was incorrect and mixed up. There were no cheese bites delivered even though I paid £15 for my meal, I ordered my sub without tomato but it came with tomato, my daughter’s wrap was ordered with tomato but had none. Frustrating, but not the end of the world. When you pay £42 for lunch, you would like it to be correct

No issue with delivery time but items were missing and the bag was open (front door camera can confirm this) food had to be binned as we didn’t know if it had been tampered with or not, called and the person i spoke with was great, it’s in the hands of just eat now for a full refund!

the order was wrong, when we received it both subs were with the wrong bread, wasn’t toasted and was horribly wrapped. we were also missing dorito tangy cheese crisps which we paid extra for. very poor quality
